When I laid down she showed me samples of the lashes and what it would look on my eye and we agreed to which style. She was so meticulous and soft with her hands on my lashes. This place is really clean and has soft music playing in the background where you can relax while getting your eyelashes done. They provide water and chocolate at the front waiting room. What made the experience worse was having to go back and forth with management and technician speaking their native language between themselves and me practically begging for more volume. I was repeatedly told that my lashes "can't hold" volume, even though I regularly get 4D - 5D volume sets from other places and they hold perfectly fine for 2-3 weeks every time. The technician kept insisting it was impossible instead of listening to what I requested as a client. The technician was also being rude when she told me if I don't like it she will just remove the lashes and I can leave. I still thanked her several times and was extremely polite, I left her a good tip but I will never return. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for actual volume lashes or if you expect management to be receptive to customer concerns. RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: I want to clarify that the technician assessed my lashes BEFORE starting and even showed me a reference photo of a 4D volume set saying that WAS THE LOOK I would be getting. If my lashes truly could not support that style, that should have been communicated BEFORE the service began -- not only after I expressed disappointment with the final result. The explanation about my lashes "not being able to hold volume" directly contradicted BOTH what I was promised during the appointment and my consistent experience getting 4D-5D sets elsewhere.

They've been holding up really well too, surviving naps, showers, and me aggressively rubbing my eyes at 2am (don't recommend, but still). Only downside? The last lash place I went to irritated my eyes causing it to hurt whenever I closed it. I went back the next day to get a refund and to remove the lashes. This resulted in me having bald spots throughout my lash line. It was completely bald in my inner corner. I tried leaving my eyes alone for a month for my lashes to grow back, but it was still sparse and bald. Chloe worked her magic and did her best given the circumstances of my sparse lashes. She listened to my needs and how I would like my lash style to be. Before going here, I was told that I was not able to get the curly lashes due to my natural lashes not being able to hold them. All I wanted was curly and long lashes without emphasizing my small eyes. I was able to get curly lashes with length and not having the lashes look droopy on my eyes. Chloe is also very flexible at each follow-up appt, willing to go longer/shorter/bolder, whatever floats your boat! LOVE LOVE LOVE looking glamorous and ready-to-go after just rolling out of bed.
