She was great about getting me in quickly, since I wanted to get my lashes done before a trip. Everything was very clean and we both wore masks the entire time. She applies the lashes in a clean room with the client lying on a comfortable memory foam massage table, and a fresh towel on a special lash application neck pillow to rest on. She helped me decide to go with a B curl lash, with the longest lashes in the middle at a .12, and a classic set. I prefer my lashes to tend more towards the natural side, and I am extremely pleased with the results. The lashes are perfect and give a little oomph without making me look like I am wearing strip lashes. I highly recommend Megumi as your go-to for lash application. Nice and relaxing spa music. It is a big open room with about 6 beds, with individual lash stations. They have a neck pillow and blankets. My lash tech was Aileen. She explained all the different lengths and styles. I showed her a photo of how I had them done before and she knew exactly what to do. She is also so much quicker than what I remembered. I get so many compliments on how full yet natural my lashes look and how it accentuates my face perfectly. I've been back 4x since my 1st visit and I always make sure it's with Aileen. When I explained the situation, there was zero flexibility or effort to help me out, which was a huge letdown since I needed that touchup for our birth announcement video. A while back a tech got lash glue on my brand-new clothes (including a pair of expensive jeans and freshly altered white top) which completely ruined them. I have no idea how this happened but when I pointed it out at my next visit, there wasn't even an offer for a small credit or any gesture to make it right. Clients are expected to be on time, yet I have had to wait on multiple occasions because they weren't ready for me. Plus, one of the techs frequently stops mid-application to check out other customers or help other techs, which just drags out the appointment. Usually I go every four weeks but recently I've had some big events and trying to get a touch-up has been difficult. I replied to confirm an available slot immediately only to be told it was actually already booked. It actually caused me to miss getting a touch-up before my son was born. I really want to keep supporting this business because the results are consistent, but I hope they start showing a bit more consideration for their loyal, long-term clients. She listened to my needs and how I would like my lash style to be. Before going here, I was told that I was not able to get the curly lashes due to my natural lashes not being able to hold them. All I wanted was curly and long lashes without emphasizing my small eyes. I was able to get curly lashes with length and not having the lashes look droopy on my eyes.
