I had an appointment with Ashley on Thursday 6/30. It's now 4 days later and it looks like I got my lashes done 4 WEEKS ago. This was my first time here and while Ashley was very nice, I'm not sure what glue she's using. It smelled super funky during our appointment and my left eye was in pain. I didn't get these lashes wet for 24 hours, I only use oil free products, etc. My lashes shouldn't look like trash after 4 days! I wish I could get a refund because it was also the most expensive set I've ever gotten. Every time I've had lash extensions, I'd make them last 6 weeks!! I don't get fills. After a disastrous lash experience, I called Kai at Lash daddy for a rescue. I explained that i was flying to Europe the next day and needed them removed and redone. Kai immediately made time for me with one of his lash artists I received a set of beautiful lashes.. I've been coming ever since. Kia runs his Studio exceptionally well. You truly get what you pay for here. I moved to the area less than a year ago and wanted to find a place close by to do my lashes. I've lived all over Vegas, so I kind of try new artists to see which one I like in terms of personality and final product. I mean, an hour is way too long to be with a stranger.. I don't even know where to start. I guess I'll just start listing 1. I've had several appointments with different girls here - none of the ones I've had appointments with made me feel welcome. One of them didn't as little as greet me or introduce herself. No direction. Nothing. Pure awkwardness. 2. One of the elite artists that I had an appointment with me HURT ME THE ENTIRE HOUR, pulling and tugging on my lashes. I'm guessing she messed up with the glue because the ends of my lashes were just a cluster of extensions. 3. They give out $5 off cards with no rhyme or reason, so I get them sporadically. During one of my transactions, the guy mentioned my $5 off and swiped my card without giving me the discounted price. Pretty much said oops, gave me another $5 off card, and sent me off. Ok, now I have $10 off at a place I will never be going back to. 4. This was the last straw. For the THIRD time in a row, I get a text to reschedule my appointment because my artist had an emergency to take care of. Ok, I work in healthcare, I understand emergencies. But three times in a row, so close to my appointment, that's unprofessional. I don't even have time to schedule anywhere else. Cherry on top: I only received an email confirming the cancellation and no apology for the inconvenience. I gave this place many chances. It's really more like a 3.5 stars. Decor is nice and my tech was sweet and personable. I'm giving 3 stars because my lashes simply did not last. I got them done on a Friday or a Saturday. And by the time i had driven 20 mins home, I'd lost a few fans. And it was down hill from there. I was down so many fans that by Sunday one eye was almost bald and the other was on its way. I contacted them but they were closed. So once they opened the next day, i was out of the 48 hour policy for a free touch up. So i paid for a mini fill with the $5 off they offer everyone lol. And the same thing, i was loosing fans left and right. Which normally isn't that big of a deal. But i was left with pretty big spaces with each lost fan. I then realized, the fans were wide to cover up for the fact that they're not lashing every lashable natural lash. No wonder my tech was done so fast. Within a week, i needed a fill. I figured maybe by the third time, my tech would have figured out my lashes and maybe switched glue or something. Idk. But of course, once i got to the car, i lost a few fans and noticed how many lashes were left unlashed. Fortunately, i am a lash tech and i had a bonder that i applied to my lashes as soon as i got to the car and my lashes lasted a lil while longer. But still not as long as they should have lasted. Especially not for the price. And that was my last time there. Everything was nice except the price and the fact that the lashes just do not last. read more

Saying that I'm disappointed is an understatement. I booked an appointment with a "platinum artist" who left my lashed looking like they're half done. My appointment was booked for 1.5 hours and she finished within an hour?? After leaving I noticed my right had a bald spot so I went back to get them fixed by another lash tech that was available. She fixed the right eye but added too many fans that made the left eyes look bald. The next morning so many lashes had fallen out of my left eye that now I had to go to another place to fix them. Spending more money on something that they messed up on the first time. Having to go somewhere else within less than 24 hours of getting them initially is ridiculous, I spend 140 on lashes that are not even lasting. Do not recommend for anyone to come here. read more

I got a call back on Tuesday and they only offered a 48 hour policy. Rather they offered a 50% off service, ya eh. I figure even their 30 min fill in service would not be enough to repair my lash and did not want to feel suckered into paying for additional time. She's figured out what works best for the length of my natural lashes and also for the shape of my eyes, along with working around my allergies and sensitivities to most lash glues. Today was my first time getting eyelash extensions in life. I'll admit, I chose LashDaddy because the name appealed to me, however, once I looked this business up on Yelp!, I knew this was the place for me. The interior is GORGEOUS, just like LashDaddy (Kai) and his lady workers. I loved the way the lash stations were set up, they were super comfortable and you got the option of getting underneath the "lash bed" cover, if you wanted. The whole vibe was very "kick off your shoes and relax", which I did and I'm pretty sure I fell asleep at one point or another, lol! I got assigned to Caroline, who patiently allowed me to take my time and go through her gallery of "Classic" lashes, as I didn't want anything too dramatic my first go-round. She did an AMAZING job and also asked me if I was experiencing any irritations or discomforts during the application. Afterwards, she gave me some after-care tips and advice on what to avoid in order to keep my lashes in the best shape as possible. As someone who has only ever had an eyelash lift done, I finally decided to take the plunge to get eyelash extensions -- let me tell you, I'm so glad I had my first experience here with Lash Daddy! I originally purchased a Groupon for this service but unfortunately, the girl at the front desk let me know they weren't part of that program anymore. I was disappointed at first but decided to proceed with the services at their full, original price. My lashes were done with Gel, who was incredibly sweet and patient through the whole process! She asked me about how I wanted my lashes done, including any pictures I had for how I envisioned my lashes to be. I went ahead and decided on a level two, wispy look. Gel let me know that the pictures I showed her were more like a hybrid set, which is a mix of classics and volumes. The ambiance was luxurious and comfy. I actually fell asleep at one point! Afterwards, Gel showed me the final product and I was so happy with the results!
