My eyebrows were very thin and sparse due to a thyroid condition I developed in my forties, leaving me looking much older than my years. Not satisfied at all. I went in expecting one perfect set of brows and came out with the complete opposite. I trusted Kellie that she would understand what I was looking for as she is a professional but the microblading experience was far from even giving one star. Maybe for the location and hours of operation being convenient but that's about it. I went and got a second opinion and my suspicions was correct-Kellie didn't follow my natural hair line, used too dark of eyebrow color and too thick of strokes. The worst of all being, I have mismatched brows clearly one is higher than the other and the arch is not the same on both. I probably shouldn't have gone back after they healed the first time but I wanted to give her the ability to fix what I saw was the issue. Don't get me wrong, she is a very sweet lady and great communicator but for anyone thinking of going here please do your research and see the pictures of all the woman who got this same procedure --you will be able to tell the difference--one brow is different from the others. As far as the other services I received here--dermaplaning with Tina and Lashes by Yvette..both of which I was highly satisfied of the outcome I highly recommend coming here for those two services. read more
