She then asked I wanted to upsale to the 90 min experience, which I politely declined. I was not expecting to disrobe my top, which was no biggy but the person stayed in the room (which was odd). The facial part of the 60min minutes was nice, the scalp massage was ok. It was a bit rough at time with the scraping and I would have preferred more massaging but overall it was ok. During the treatment, I was again asked to upsale to the 90min, which again I politely declined. (if you want to upsale then don't charge 3% for using card for payment, as its recommended when booking to pay with cash) After she finished blow drying my hair, she proceeded to start recording the back of head & then coming around to ask if I enjoyed the treatment. I awkwardly replied "yes", then she showed me additional pictures & videos that she took during my treatment. I was definitely caught off guard as I think they should have asked me prior to the treatment if I was ok being recorded. I would like to try this type of treatment again, but just not at this establishment.

She worked continuously for about an hour and a half, giving both hand and scalp massages without any break. By the time I left, I felt completely refreshed and relieved of my fatigue. What stood out the most was how sincere and hardworking she was throughout the entire session. I really appreciated that.
