Keep in mind... the duration also depends on how well you take care of them. After every session, she gives you instructions on what to avoid for the next 24 hours. She tells her clients to always contact her if there are any problems. She's very friendly and welcoming. Jennifer has created a successful business and clientele all by herself. Sadly, I chose this place based on the reviews. I asked her to do classic deluxe which I never heard of but I get classic lashes . The burning throughout the entire procedure caused such pain and my eyes to tear through the entire time. That has never happened in my 5 years of lashes. The pain was unbearable but I pushed through. She later explained to me she places extensions under the lashes rather than on top as most lash people. And she shared that people who visit her complain of irritation. She never said that at beginning My lashes looked horrible, they looked plastic and very stiff. They felt uncomfortable for at least 3 days. I noticed when I went home there were clumps of many extensions attached to 1 lash and so messy with so much glue that I was never able to comb them as I do daily. Many of my lashes were folded and glued onto other clumps . The worst experience in my life. I went back to my original lady and told me there were definitely NOT classic and damaged a few of my lashes . Please do your research. I don't know how they have such good reviews. Lastly, she tried to charge me for a deluxe but I didn't ask for a deluxe and it wasn't even a deluxe bc I probably would've paid for it but she said oh I did deluxe but won't charge you. Knowing full well it wasn't a deluxe. In fact it was less full than my regular set I get normally.

After i found a different salon to go to since my appointment got canceled, ive realized that GBY is not a good salon at all. The new salon i went to wouldn't even do the fill for me because they said i don't have many natural lashes left and if they did a fill on me then it wouldn't last. I had no choice but to have them remove what was left on my lashes and i purchased a growth serum after being advised to take a month long break to grow my lashes back and return for a real individual lash set. I'm extremely disappointed in GBY as they've not only been charging hundreds of dollars for lash extensions made with cheap products but Courtney rushes through appointments and she uses hella clusters on what is supposed to be an individual lash set. They don't care about being honest with clients and that is a huge red flag for me.

However I think this lady don't have any idea how to work on Asian style eyelashes. It's way too long for me that I look horrible. It's not even symmetrical, there's a big gap at the corner of my left eye and she said it's hard to do it. And the eyelashes are very hard and uncomfortable.
