I rarely leave Yelp reviews but I really had such an amazing time at Lash Pilot with Sandra! She is so friendly and professional and I walked her through some of my concerns with my short lashes. I had had some over curling and wrong size lifts that left my lashes all crooked and over curled. She reassured me about the new sizes we would use and was so friendly that I just wanted to chat the entire time! I did a lash and tint and my lashes look so beautiful, long, and lifted! I will be rebooking with Sandra again soon! They also had a great bundled offer for tint and lift to make it more affordable! read more

Tram gave me 70% filled set of natural lashes, and they are so beautiful. I highly recommend her for speed but also for quality, seamless lashes. She used 3 different lash lengths to create fullness while still maintaining a natural appearance. Street parking for 3 hours was very easy to find right in front of the salon. In a pinch, I called different places in the Santa Monica area and 95 Lash was able to get me in at a time that worked with my schedule. I've come in here twice for lashes and purchased a LivingSocial to get eyebrow permanent makeup done. No where on Livingsocial did it say you had to be a first time client, just "limit one per customer". When I called to make an appt, the owner said they would not honor it bc "you've been in to see us before" and "it's only to bring new people in". That's fine, but please state that in the offer...I purchased it more than 3 days ago, so now Livingsocial says all I can get is a "trade in credit" rather than a refund. Thanks for the hassle & unprofessionalism, I feel like I'm being punished for being a customer. Now I'm out $217. I've been frequently coming to this salon for about a year now for my eyelashes and hair. I get my lashes done with Angie and she does a great job. She takes her time and listens to what I want done with my lashes. I also like that she doesn't talk a lot so that I can take the time out of my day just to relax and decompress. I go to Tram for my hair and I really appreciate the time she takes with me. She always does a great cut for my hair. I have fine hair and she knows exactly how to cut it so that it looks thicker. This place is very unprofessional and instead of showing sympathy or try to resolve the horrible job that was done I was given combative remarks to down play my opinion and they keep dismissing how I feel. I had never had brow lamination before and had no idea what to expect, but I was so impressed with the way they turned out! She spent SO much time getting every detail perfect. She even tinted my eyebrows twice because she didn't think the first color she put on matched my hair the way it should.
