Karolina referred me to one of her artists at the Delray location to give me a 3D volume fill while she was on vacation. My experience with Anastasia was great! Her location was easy to find and the studio was clean and very comfortable. Karolina had left explicit instructions regarding my type of lashes and style I like, and Anastasia followed the instructions to the T! Karolina also left instructions regarding the cost so there were no surprises. Anastasia was highly professional, attentive, and even texted me the next day to see how my lashes were and if I was pleased! Top notch! I'm very grateful that Karolina went to the lengths she did to ensure I was taken care of while she was away. I now know I'm in good hands when needed! I came here for my original appointment with Le which was great. When I returned for a fill 2 weeks later I was looking for more of a subtle look so I booked a mink lash glam look fill instead of a 3D volume fill which was what I originally got with Le. Le was not available for the day I wanted to get in so I booked with Zuny and explained this to her. She seemed to understand so I let her do her thing. During the session my left eye was watering more than my right, I was worried because she kept having to change the eye pad but since she is a professional I relaxed. At the end my left eye was actually glued shut and she had to cut my real lashes to open my eye. She then tried to say It was because I was moving and my eye was watering. I was not moving, and like I said I believe a professional should know what to do if and when that happens. She then told me she was charging me $30 more than the fill I booked for because she decided to use more expensive lashes without asking or even telling me. I told her that was not what I wanted or asked for so she "agreed" on giving It to me for the original price which was $85, and then when we got to the register she charged me $95. My left eye was still irritated when I left, but when I got home I realized there was actually glue stuck on my eyelid and a huge clump of my lashes stuck to the false lashes which is still painful now. There now looks like there is a hole in my real lashes and for every false lash that has fallen out two of mine have been stuck to It. read more

Great experience today! My daughter's got lashes and they look beautiful. I decided to try it too. The salon is quite sheek and staff was friendly and accommodating. The owner's happened to be there and were very personable. Kiesha did my lashes and she did an Amazing job. Relaxing rooms and tried not to fall asleep but did lol. Love my lashes as the staff did a before and after pic. Was amazed with the difference. Highly recommend this new business. Very pleased ! read more

I had lashes done by Petra about a week ago. She was very professional and even made my husband a cup of coffee while he waited. The lashes look great and almost a week later I have only noticed a couple come out, which I think is normal. I would definately recommend Lash Secret. read more

Very disappointed. Gave 2 stars cause Patricia was very nice and sweet. I purchased voucher for 120 pcs ultra full set lashes extension. I didn't get 120pcs. I was so upset and literally went home and count every single piece that was glued on my lashes. They were close to 40pieces each eye. False advertising. I would definitely not recommended this place and will never go back. I don't know how to remove them. They looked so fake and spacey. $5 lashes strip from drug store would have looked better. read more

I've had lashes in the past that lasted for 6 weeks without a refill. However with Lash secret I had the upgrade to extra soft full set and within 2 days they were falling out quickly. Went for my refill in which I am almost certain I did not get the same lashes as they felt completely different (stiff and poking my lids) and again by the 2nd day had almost half of them fall out. One touch to my eye and I'd come away with 4-5 lashes in hand or on my cheek. And mind you I know how to care for them so was extra careful. Many of the eyelashes were glued together in a clump so when they came out it left big gaps in my lashes while also taking my natural lashes with it. On the plus side the place is nice with the exception of the front door that seems to slam shut after each entrance, and the extremely loud owner who forgets that her customers can hear everything she says to her employees. Much of which should have been discussed n private. The girls themselves seem very young and inexperienced. Both times my technician answered phone calls in the middle of my time, and also sent text messages. I found this place to be very unprofessional and with my lashes falling out so quickly I feel they may be cutting corners and cheapening the end result and products they claim to be using. I would recommend not using them and going to a place that has been doing this for a long time with very experienced lash techs. Perhaps get a good referral. I WITHDRAW MY RECMMENDATION to use Lash Secret !!! After going there over three years and in three different shops, I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. My last two visits were disastrous. Either Karolina has become so greedy she insists her techs do "up selling" on each visit OR she simply allows one tech to do it. Watch out for the new BAIT and SWITCH practice where you make an appointment for one thing and then have this one obnoxious tech bully you into a series of other services, refusing to do what you came for. I wasted an hour of my time driving to and from the salon after I walked out rather than let her get away with it a second time. I don't know her name but she is in the room across from the bathroom And has very limited English skills. Avoid her at all costs. I was very specific about what I needed in both phone calls and texts. I even agreed to change my appointment time for her convenience. But she waited until I got there, a half hour drive, to begin arguing with me, as she had done on my previous visit when I had given in. Not this time and NEVER AGAIN. I could have saved myself an hour of driving if she had made her arguments by phone or text beforehand but she didn't. I expected Karolina to step in but she didn't. My lashes last for almost a whole month between fills and Karolina always has great tips for me regarding how to make them last and look great. The salon is clean, stylish, and comfortable. DO NOT GO TO ZUNY. AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THE GROUPON. The Groupon will only get you a "natural look" which is basically 30 extra lashes more than you already have. If you want a more "dramatic" eyelash look, just pay the $130 and not waste an hour of your time to look like you applied mascara. Zuny is unprofessional and not careful. She harrasses you about coming on time before you even get to your appointment. The second time I went, she changed my appointment time and let me know through a text. She glued my top lashes to my bottom lashes and had to cut them to seperate, so that I could open my eyelids. She also seemed REALLY annoyed that I had spaces between my eyelashes, and remarked I would not ever get the look I wanted because of this (I've had extensions before that I liked from Estetica). Honestly, if I had great eyelashes, I WOULD NOT BE GETTING EYELASH EXTENSIONS. But hey, what do I know? I'm just a bald eyed panda face who wants to look like a beauty queen. :) Save your money ladies, and get lash strips or find more experienced lash technicians to give you what you want. read more
