I walked of this place in tears!!!! Christina is the most unkind human being ever! She literally wished me the worst. All because of an initial misunderstanding in booking. When I booked the service, I was told that they needed a credit card to hold the appointment which was no problem. I was in town for the weekend and needed my brows fixed, I get my brows waxed frequently so I know I do not have sensitive skin or an allergy. The wax did not feel too hot when she applied it but once she ripped it off it did feel very sensitive. She handed me the mirror and they definitely Looked very red but nothing alarming. I love this place! So far, very good! Helen in San Clemente is wonderful. She is pleasant, affordable and VERY GOOD at her job! She is thorough, friendly and has a WONDERFUL eye for "natural." I have gone to several places that range from bad to average; the worst being OC Lash Gallery, but Helen is top notch. They are very simple with their pricing. $1 a minute so you decide how many lashes you can afford to do. I've had a lot of bad experiences with lash techs who put on these very fake looking "glamour" lashes and the fill them in to what THEY think it should be and charge you $45 - $70 depending on what THEY thought you needed to give you the look THEY do. This place is so much better. You decide what you can afford and she will do an excellent job to make your lashes look wonderful with the time she has. read more

I went to Lash Spa to get eyelash extensions for the first time ever. I was a little nervous, but my whole experience was GREAT! First, the salon responded to my appointment request that same day (within two hours), which was surprising because I made appointment requests with other salons a couple days ago who have still yet to get back to me. The lady that took my call ask me questions to find out what would suit my needs best. She suggested a natural look but as a full set. My stylist, Cindy, was so nice, professional and informative. She made the experience relaxing and easy. My lashes turned out perfect ! She even customized the length and style for my eye shape so that a pretty little curl winged at the end. SOOO CUTE! I'm very happy with the service provided and will be going there regularly (specifically scheduled with Cindy) to get my touch ups. I highly recommend this studio! Would not recommend at all. Very poor customer service and lashes started to fall off 10 minutes after walking out the door and drooped in my eyes and made me look sleepy. I can not believe I was just told by the manager of this place I was taking advantage of them because I wanted the bad job they did removed and my money back. I have been in 3 times already this week and was told it would be "fixed" and each time as soon as I left the lashes were already falling out. They literally told me it wasn't fair to them that they had to keep fixing THEIR mistake. You can see in the picture I attached. The top picture are my normal lashes ( before i went to Lash Spa Boutique ) after I curl them and do them myself. Then the bottom two pictures I can barley open my eyes, they look sleepy, I had multiple people tell me my lashes look weird. All I did was waste. I would recommend going somewhere else and spending the little bit extra to get them done right.. I actually had an appointment made for the removal and then the manger texted me being rude, I did state that it inconvenienced me going to a salon for an hour 4 times in one week for corrections to a bad job and then a removal with no refund. Because for obvious reasons it did but I still agreed to a removal cause the lashes are so bad. Also I told her 5 plus lashes were falling out every day (not attached to any actual lashes) and nearly 10 or more the first day. Not 2 or 3 a day like she stated. I never wanted more than a partial that wasn't drooping in my eyes and that stayed in. It was been one week and I have 3 and 4 lashes left on each eye. it looks so bad. Just stay away from this headache and pay a little more to get them done right somewhere else is my advice. read more

The eyelashes decreases my makeup time so it's worth seeing her every couple of weeks. She knows that I'm a new mom and makes an effort to try to accommodate my schedule. I recently moved to the area so this was my first time with Christina. It's been a week and I literally feel like they look exactly like they did the first day I got them done. She did one of the best jobs I've had done in a long time! Usually when I ask for a certain look most eyelashes stylist don't really achieve it but she did! My lashes look great I've had maybe a couple fall out but that is of course normal. The week prior I had gone to another place spent $189 and my lashes were all gone in less than a week.
