Best value for your money! I've gotten my lashes done from several different technicians, and I have to say Ivy is the only one that made that I'll go back to. She only works weekends, but she is def well worth the wait! When I tried other technicians, I had a problem with the lashes not lasting an average of even 1 week. I didn't use any eye make up whatsoever nor did I get them wet. I came back a few times trying different technicians but I was referred to Ivy. It's been almost 2 weeks since my last refill and they still look fairly well kept. The prices are def within reason for my taste. The refill per 2 weeks will run you about $40, and the initial set is about $100. I'm very happy paying these prices now knowing the quality of lashes are great and the set will last a few weeks. The new studio they moved to is very spacious and the private rooms give a relaxed atmosphere. Set an appointment prior to coming so that there is no wait time! Love this place! read more

I wanted a really clean, precision look, so I found someone whose eyelashes looked great. (It took a few times to find someone who didn't actually have naturally long eyelashes!) I've gone here for 9+ months now and don't intend to quit. Tracy is AWESOME. They have a wide variety of lashes dependent on what you like, super long and dark or more feathery and natural. Personally, I prefer if if someone can't tell if they are my natural lashes or not, so I told Tracy, and she let me look at and feel the types of lashes. I ended up getting a lighter eyelash (synthetic mink) and Tracy did them with all varying lengths to be more natural. I also love this place because the lashes stay up vs drooping or going in all directions like some other places, and it's great for the summer because then I dont have to wear eyeliner! The appointments are always relaxing, and I tend to fall asleep for the forty mins-1hr. If you plan on doing it long term, I'd make sure to ask about the packages they offer. I can honestly say that Ivy, Nancy and Trinh are simply scientist when it comes to eyelashes... I get complements everywhere I go. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE HEALTHY LASHES! Getting past the fact that they hold their client to a higher standard than themselves: 1) If you are late they charge you $25. 2) If you are a no show they charge you $25. But it's ok when they are late and three times in the past 5 months that I went there (had refills every 2 weeks) I didn't get the technician I asked for and made an appointment with. Um...hello! That is basically a No Show! BTW, I was never late and the one time I did have to cancel, I called over 5 hours in advance. Getting past their shoddy management practices, my eyelashes were always done quite simply- WRONG! Multiple extension lashes placed on my natural lash, so much excess glue that two and three of my natural lashes were glued together and lashes were placed so far away from the base of my hairline that they looked fake. It is quite irritating to have your natural lashes glued together cause they grow at different times so they are constantly pulling. Every time I went I could hear them clipping the extensions off that were all crooked - basically almost half had to be removed every two weeks. Guess what! THEY WERE CUTTING MY NATURAL LASHES OFF TOO!!!!! Had my extensions taken off (at another salon) and I HAVE NO LASHES LEFT!! I have naturally long curvy lashes. Unfortunately they are very blonde and dying them only lasted about a week so I thought this could give me the dark lashes I wanted without the time spent using mascara. What a mistake it was going to this sorry excuse for a lash salon. Oh!..And they ripped a small patch of skin off my eye cause they use regular scotch tape instead of the proper eye guards that reputable lash salons use. It wasn't just one tech. I went to Amy, Vivian, Kim and Hanna. This is the first review I have ever given so don't take my word lightly. I just hope that my lashes grow back! :( read more

I recently decided to get lash extensions and was referred by a friend. I went in for my first experience which was good. I was pleased with the services provided by Hannah and even went back for a second refill. By the 3rd refill was when all hell broke loose. I went to the salon for my 3rd refill but due to me moving my appointment day/time up, I was scheduled to see a different person. Once I was taken to the back, she informed me that I didn't have very many lashes left on either eye and that they would have to charge me for a full set. I explained to her that I wasn't sure why that was the case because I didn't do anything differently than I had done the previous time I got a refill. She got up and went to speak to Tracy (owner) who relayed the message that she could do the refill but it wouldn't be as full and if I was looking for a full look, I needed to pay the price for a full-set. When I requested to speak directly to her, she was supposedly busy with a client but I was assured by the guy at the front desk that she would call me. Well needless to say, I've called and left several messages and it's 4 weeks later and she still hasn't called me. This is extremely poor customer service and the lack of communication shows. When asked "what I did differently?" I was offended because the technician NEVER thought to ask "was the refill application done correctly?" I've found that whenever dealing with Asian owned businesses they NEVER accept responsibility for any of their errors as if they are perfect and take the attitude of "If you don't come back that is okay because someone else will come in her and fill the spot". I definately will not do anymore business with this place. Also FYI - The parking is horrible & often causes you to be late for your appointment. read more

I'm 18 and the thought of getting false eyelashes would be awesome! The first time I went, the price was $80. I wanted to go back and get a refil and I called the store and they told me the price for a refil would be $40. When i got there, they told me that my total was $80 and i was very frustrated. It turned out that the price is only $40 if you are a member and I was never told this. So i had to go ahead and pay the price because I had already gotten out of my appointment. I go back a third time for a refil and my total at $80 which i knew ahead of time, but as I was checking out, I was told that because I am not a member the 4th time I come in, it would be a total of $250. That is way too much for a college student and just anyone in general for just a set of lashes. I am no longer going to be going to this business anymore because I felt that I was getting bad service for the price I was paying. read more
