April did a great job. The quickest install I ever had. Nice body of work. Very soft technique. Will definitely recommend. Kim was ok. I didn't like the fact that she rest her palms on my face. Either my eye or nose. It was a bit irritating since I wear contacts. Also she was texting during the installation. What's the point of wearing gloves then handling your phone that your face is touching. The lashes came out well tho The receptionist is super professional. Came from out of town and needed a fill. However they insisted I remove them all and start over since they couldn't insure the ones from another place. But then 3 days later, I've got clumps falling out and I'm back where I started....needing a fill. Frustrating. Also, the tech kept getting stuff in my eyes that stung. I purchase a Groupon upon arrival they wanted me to update for much fuller look, I communicated I did not have time to front desk they insisted that it would be the same amount of time for classic, when I was about to cancel she said they could do it in an hour. I was frustrated but when I went back Maria my eyelash technician was welcoming understanding my time constraint. she did an amazing job and had excellent customer service. my eyelashes normally don't last and they are still standing after a week of gym, stem rooms etc. Maria is truly a gem. read more

personal emergency called and asked if I could still come at 20 minutes late for a lash removal. These are her exact nays words "I dont have time because I have an appt at 1 you will be here 20 minutes late (1:20) to leave the lash remover on for 20 to 30 minutes then it takes 10 minutes for the removal" i said " so then u do have the time.. I am doing the math here." That's 40 minutes "no because i dont want to cut into my other appointment" at which point I said "you're 15 minutes late to our appointments all the time and you can't be five minutes late to your next one?" So basically they wanted to use the "ur late we get to charge you for doing nothing" technically I wasnt late was I? You just refused me service and charged me. That's not legal. I will be disputing this charge. Not cuz I need 30 bucks but because I'm a Harvard grad who u pissed off. Dont see Nay at this location I needed a removal cause they looked like $hit after 2 days anyway. First time I went to get my eyelashes done was about 2 weeks ago. I saw the Valentine's Day advertisement and I was so excited because this would be the 3rd time I've ever having them done in my life. Everything was good with making the appointment . Honestly the eyelashes were ok after she was done. I had some irritation when I opened my eyes but I am no expert so I just thought it was normal. I paid the amount and kept it moving. From the time of service to the next day about half of the lashes were out. My eyes were constantly irritated and burning, every day I had to tend to them as nurture them back to health. By the 1st week most of the eyelashes fell out. I told the business about my experience, and I was made to feel like it was my fault that my eyes were irritated because let me quote what was said to me, "I'm not sure about the burning and itching as our products are top quality and that is never an issue. The reason I even reached out to ask how your lashes were doing." That right there was a direct quote from the person that was texting from the shop. That response did not make me feel that great as if I was the problem and the products are that great . After I told them that she made me feel that I'm the problem and should be more mindful of how you deal with a customer after they complain and not everyone is the same, she lightened up and apologized. I was offered to have this fixed for free but after that interaction, I felt it was in my best interest to not go back there. I totally got ripped off! I purchased Volumized set On Groupon compared to a full set hoping that my lashes will be fuller and more have more volume; but it looks like a normal set compared to everywhere else. When I confront Rebecca she said that you'll need to purchase an extreme set. Their Groupon did not offer extreme set, if they did, I would of purchased that instead. Sorry this is a long one. In summary: this place honestly deserves zero stars! 1st visit: I got the Groupon package for a full set plus 3 fills for what seems a price too good to be true (for a reason I later learned). I set up the initial appointment online and put in the notes that I was using a Groupon. I didn't realize this place was a 45 minute drive for me, but I figured it might be worth it given the seemingly great deal. I showed up to my first appointment, lay down & the lash artist asks, "Are we doing a fill today?" I said, "Yeah...it's the Groupon for a full set plus 3 fills." Then with attitude she replied, "We can't work on your lashes." I asked why not, and she explained with an "are you stupid?" look on her face that they can't work on lashes from another salon because then they can't guarantee their work. I've hopped from lash salon to lash salon before this, and I had never heard of this before...but after some thought, I convinced myself that this made sense. I just really wish I was notified before I made the long drive. Since I was in no rush to fill my lashes, I decided to drive back home and wait another 2 weeks before taking my lashes off myself (with oil), and rescheduling this full set that was going to be "guaranteed" to be great. 2nd visit: I came in with all my lashes off, ready to get a full set from Lash LV. This lash artist, Beau, was much nicer than the one I had met initially...and that's about the only good thing I can say about this place. After she finished doing my set, she ripped off the tape from under my eyes...OH MY GOD! The tape she used pulls your skin 10 times worse than a bandaid! I've been to numerous salons, including one in the Philippines, and none of them have ever used a tape that caused pain. I asked her why they use such painful tape, and she said next time I should pay $10 for them to put a pad under my eyes so that it won't hurt as much. What?? Fast forward to me looking at my lashes when I got back in my car...My lashes looked a lot more full 2 weeks ago when they refused service to me! Each lash was glued on a bunch of my lashes. Then they started to fall off 2 days later, pulling off chunks of my lashes (photo included). Just about all of my female coworkers noticed the terrible lash job. That should have been enough for me to throw away the rest of my Groupon, but I'm a very frugal girl... 3rd visit: So I actually bought lash tape from Amazon for Lash LV to use on me, and I made sure this appointment was not with the same lash artist. My appointment was at 12pm. I left my house at 11am since it's a 45 minute drive and I had to go to the bank to get cash for tip. At 11:20am, I received a text asking me to come to the appointment at 12:30pm...kinda annoying, but I get it...things happen. At 12:30pm, I show up to what looks like a closed salon. There are no other cars nearby in the parking lot either. So I call the business number and the number that originally notified me of the time change. No answer. I text the number, and receive a text back saying the boss should be at the salon by 1pm. Well damn, I already waited 30 minutes...so whats another half hour? No cars in sight at 1pm. At 1:20pm, 2 cars drive in and park near me. The 2 drivers, hurry out of their cars and rush into the salon. I follow them and open the door. The 2 ladies stare at me like I must be in the wrong building. One of them (the owner, Kirin) asks, "May I help you?" I replied, "Yes, I have a lash appointment...was supposed to be at noon." She says, "Well you're gonna have to wait. I got to do her first" pointing at the other lady. I said, "I have already waited 1.5 hours." Kirin became super aggravated at my response and yells out "WELL I'VE BEEN IN COURT ALL DAY!" So many times I should have just walked away from this place...soooo many times...but I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt. I thought okay she's having a bad day...she still shouldn't talk to her customers like that...but maybe she's a new business owner, and maybe it's a really really bad day...and I've already drove this far and waited this long. So I said, "Okay, how much longer do I need to wait?" She told me she'd be done by 2pm. So 2pm finally comes, and I finally get to have my lash fill! I lay down at 2:05pm, and somehow she was done with my fill by 2:17pm. I looked in the mirror, and my lashes were at least somewhat better than what I came in with. Then I go to check out, and she tried to charge me $65 hahahaha...$65 for 10 min...this lady is out of her mind! I explained to her that I had 3 more fills left on my Groupon so I ended up not having the pay the ridiculous price. Needless to say, I threw away the rest of my Groupon. To be honest, I'm very surprised that this place is still in business. The owner is a terrible business woman with even worse customer service skills. the groupon deal only covers lashes that are bear minimum. the lady that did my eye lashes was nice but the lashes look terrible and dramatic which is opposite of what i told her i wanted. i paid the upgrade to the "classic" and within the first 24 hours over half my lashes on my right eye are gone. no i haven't washed them or anything. this place is such a rip off i am so disappointment in myself for even trying this place again! last year I went and got the "natural set" WHICH look like spongebobs eye lashes. I know I'm not a lash technician, nor am I claiming I'm one. I wanted to get my lashes done for a music festival this week, and I saw a groupon with an amazing deal for $60 volume lashes. I thought this was too good to be true, turns out it was. I got there and I asked for Russian volume, the technician Beau said it was a $25 upcharge which was okay for making my lashes look prettier, and she did my lashes. It took 45 minutes and my lashes turned out to be classics. I called back after my appointment and told her I'm not satisfied, and she argued with me saying there are Russian fans in almost half of my lashes. I've had my lashes done for years and there are no fans to be found. She said she glued on 4-5 individuals per lash on almost half of them and I can assure you again, with these pictures, they are just classics. I called again the day after to ask for a refund because this place is 45 minutes from my house, and they informed me that if I wanted what I paid for, then they would have to charge me an extra $25. I already paid $25 plus a $25 tip on top. The the technician Beau then insisted of saying that I lied when wanting an upgrade for a Russian volume and she just charged me for an "extreme volume" and then proceeded to say she did a"hybrid" on my lashes. Either get your facts straight or go back to esthetician school. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL JUPE YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. I've been going here for almost a year, at first it was fine when Rocky was there. Lately they have been going through girls like crazy and always get someone new. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and kept going. 2 weeks ago I got a new girl who was very nice but was very slow. I booked my next fill (today) for 2 weeks instead of the normal 3 weeks so I can get them much fuller than she did them. My lashes were almost gone by today (day 14) they all fell out. I called before my appointment and told them I know I was going to need more time because my last fill was horrible and they fell out. She said they booked me for 2 hours (because I got the slow girl) and we would have plenty of time. When I went in I made it clear that this shouldn't have happened in 2 weeks and I'm not paying for a full set. The girl was working on me for almost an hour and a half I told her I didn't expect this long and had to go to work. When she showed me my lashes both inside corners were bare. When I went to make my next appointment (because they force you to pay in packages so I had 2 left) Kiran the owner said I needed to pay the difference for the full set. I said for 1 I told you I'm not paying for a full set and 2 my lashes look like shit! This place is unbelievable!! They can keep my last prepaid package. Don't go here. Decided to give this business a try because they had a special for $99 for volume full set. Wish I would have listened to the poor reviews! On their website it states "individual lashes on each lash" but the tech who applied my lashes put the lashes on what seemed like every other lash. Usually when I get my lashes done it takes over an hour, this tech was done in less than 30 minutes. My lashes looked very sparse and some of them came out later that evening and the technician really was not personable. Her kid was there and everyone was having side conversations. Although they do have a 5 day return policy if the lashes are falling out, I chose not to return to have them fixed, because what's the point? Unfortunately, I always try to support different lash artists, but this is just not the place if you want friendly, personable, hygienic service. Go somewhere else where they care about their reputation and clients because word of mouth can make or break a business. But they did not tell me when I paid for it that once you pay for it you won't get a refund. I'm leaving LV so I'm trying to get a refund since I won't be in town to use the 3 refills package. But no, the owner insist there's no refund. She says, it won't "expire" so I can use it when I'm back in town. But I seriously doubt it since I felt like I was tricked into buying their package without being told I can't get a refund if I don't use it. This is the first negative review I have ever left on Yelp. I've never felt the need to leave one, however this was so bad that I feel I need to. Please note that this is not my first set of lashes, and I am forced to wonder if the positive reviews are from people getting lashes for the first time, who just don't know any better. I had a Groupon and scheduled my appointment. I paid an extra $25 for volume lashes. I barely got natural lashes. My left eye, which is the one she was working on when she began hurrying, was about half as done as my right eye, and that one was not volume either. They charge for the pads used on your lower lashes. $10 extra. Or they use surgical tape. I was told by the girl at the lash place I went to the very next day (to get my lashes fixed) that that was insane and that the pads were really inexpensive. Which led me look on Amazon, where I found 50 sets for $9.99! So that's about a $9.80 mark up, which is a rip-off. They also do not use mink lashes, despite everything in the paperwork stating mink. I wanted synthetic and was told they only use synthetic. She did show me the package, and it clearly said synthetic, so know that if you are wanting/expecting mink, you aren't getting it. I could go on and on, but I will wrap it up. I ended up going to a complete different place the next day and getting my lashes fixed. The girl was kind enough to give me a discount because she felt so bad about the state of my lashes. So on a positive note, I have found my new place that I love to get my lashes done. But please, heed my advice. Do not go here. You will be disappointed, and it will cost you someplace else to get your lashes fixed. The cheap turns out expensive. The first time was a ok experience, but my lashes started to fall off on the 6/7 day. my 2nd appointment was set with the technician I used the first time. I got a call that afternoon asking if I can change my appointment from 4 pm to 3 pm. when I get there they 10 minutes late and it's another lash technician. Got a Groupon for a "volume" set but it wasn't. I've had lashes done many times on the east and west coast so I know the difference between volume and classic, which is what they really were even though the tech tried to convince me otherwise. However, almost 4 weeks later, they still look bomb so kudos. Most of the lashes are still there. The place was clean and nice enough. My only issue was the glue. The fumes were so strong I was barely able to breathe. Having a mask on the whole time only made it worse. Although she did a great job, the glue was too much. read more

I purchased a Full set volume of Lash extensions through Groupon. Scheduling wasn't bad like what I've read here and they seemed friendly. I got to my appointment half hour prior and saw there was another person getting their lashes done, here is where The 2 star comes in - when it was my turn, the lash lady told me to come in and lay on the same bed where she just finished with another customer, didn't clean it or change the sheets, it was gross and I even started trying to "brush" the bed (shocked really) not sure if that was their protocol but I still went with it. She did the lashes in 30 minutes, now this is the 2nd time I've had them done and the first time, the lady took an hour granted this was years ago anyways, she gave me a mirror and it looked like a natural look, I ask if that was the full volume and she said yes. I was done and gave her tip (even though I was extremely disappointed, but thought maybe I'll give it a chance and see if it'll last the 3 weeks life span of these lashes?)
