However, I do have a lot of lashes and so this backed my technician up. While I was getting my lashes done I heard another customer complain about how her appointment was supposed to have started 10 minutes ago. My technician apologized to her and said "I'm almost done". I could feel my technician being less attentive to my lashes and rushing. She asked me to open my eyes immediately after putting on my final lash and asked if it burned...of course it did she had just applied. She then provided the fan. At the end of my appointment she told me to get a lift next time since I have so many lashes. I came home and already had lost multiple lashes from the eye she rushed on. Retention was horrible. I had a lash girl that I went to for 2 years but she moved to Ontario so I tried this place. She never complained about the amount of work my lashes were.

Unfortunately, I felt extremely rushed by the gentleman who did my lashes. Looking back, I should have recognized the red flags and left, but I wanted to give the salon a chance. The salon itself was uncomfortably hot, almost like there was no AC, and the lash tech never even introduced himself. He acted confident that he could achieve the style I requested, but the final result looked nothing like the inspiration photos. My lashes have little to no curl, look sparse, and have visible gaps throughout. I'm honestly very disappointed with how they turned out. I called immediately after leaving to explain that this was not what I asked for, but I basically felt dismissed and written off. I also received almost no aftercare instructions besides "don't get them wet today." Overall, I really regret coming here and wish I had gone elsewhere. I genuinely feel like I could have done my own lashes at home and gotten better results.
