If you are looking for a luxurious, quality, and the most amazing massage without the Las Vegas…read moreResort hotel price tag, this is the place to go! I was going on vacation to celebrate my wedding anniversary with my husband who has never had a massage in his life. It was very important I found a place that would fit all our needs to ensure he would have a pleasant experience. And Massage 1 spa ( on dean martin) did all that and more! Booking was very easy. You can choose to do it through their website or call. I called and booked a couple massage: one deep tissue and one swedish thai massage combo both including hot stones and the private suite (which included a dry red light and wet sauna with a jacuzzi tub and lounge area with a shower). The facility is very clean, peaceful and has a very relaxing atmosphere. Our massages were amazing! My husband and I both work out and lift heavy weight so we really wanted them to work on our muscles. They exceeded our expectations, listened to our wants and massaged all of our problem areas away. When our massages were finished, the private suite was the cherry on top. With our muscles relaxed we were able to continue that relaxtion with the saunas and hot tub. We left feeling refreshed, renewed and so relaxed (which I clearly cannot emphasize enough)! I look forward to coming back here the next time I am in Vegas. If Massage 1 was one of your options on your spa list, I HIGHLY suggest you go here. You won't regret it and you will definitely want to come back too.

The rooms are super comfortable--the table had a heated pad and the whole setup made for a great experience. I booked a one-hour Swedish with Massi and she was amazing. I'm booking with her every time I'm in town from now on.

Needed a place in Hawaii that could do a Brazilian sugar last minute. I just flew in from…read moreCalifornia I knew that I would be hitting the beach is quite often but also knew that I had to get beach ready. There are very little options of sugar services here in Hawaii. What I like about sugaring is that my it leaves my skin smooth and my skin does not react like it would with wax. I love that sugaring is made of natural products too. I reached out to Nes to see if she had an open appointment and thankfully she did. What I liked about my first interactions with her was that she had really good communication, let me know what the Covid protocols were, and also had options of contactless payment. This was my first time getting sugared here and I definitely will come again.

Nisa is so awesome! I used to go to another sugar waxing specialist pre-COVID, but because of all…read morethe closures and re-opening uncertainty, my original specialist is not working at this time. I was kind of desperate because I wanted to maintain my Brazilian, so I decided to search up other good rating and affordable sugaring specialists. Nisa's business popped up as one of my top 3 places, and when I inquired with her, I was able to book an appointment right away :D the price was almost as good as the original place I'd go to. I believe Nisa has her own website that will show how much she quotes on her services, but you can always text/call her to ask as she's super approachable and friendly. I specifically came to her for Brazilian sugar waxing only, although she is more well known for lash extensions. In order to book an appointment with Nisa, you'll have to put a down payment of $50 + tax first. Only contactless payment because of COVID, so she'll take Apple Pay, Venmo, or Cash App. The $50 booking fee is non-refundable but it can be used towards either the service or you can leave it there and use it towards booking your future appointments. (For example, I Venmo her $50 for booking fee, once I meet her to do my $70 Brazilian sugar waxing, I only have to Venmo her $20 after our session is done.) It is cheaper when you are doing maintenance on your Brazilian sugar waxing (coming in every 4 weeks), and it does grow back very slowly! Nisa is super flexible with scheduling appointments, and she'll always text you a reminder when your appointment date is near! I love her sense of humor, she's like a cool mom hahaha. Upon arriving for every session she will check your temperature and have you fill out a COVID checklist form. Make sure you don't book an appointment with her if you had travelled or was exposed to COVID in the last 30 days or so, it doesn't hurt to ask first about it. Wearing your mask is required throughout your session and she sanitizes every single thing, just incase you're wondering how her business is operating during COVID! Currently (from my knowledge) she is only operating her studio at one location, on Dillingham Blvd and another location in Ewa Beach. I'll continue to visit her for as long as I can since I'm always satisfied with her work :)

This was, without exaggeration, the worst nail salon experience of my life…read more I booked an appointment through their system, yet upon arrival nobody even bothered to check my reservation or ask for my name. Instead, they immediately tried to upsell me on extremely expensive services. The most shocking part is that these prices are being charged by people who seem to lack even basic knowledge and skills in their profession. First of all, hygiene standards were practically nonexistent. The older woman who worked on my nails wore no gloves, used a UV lamp as a hand rest, and there was no dust extraction system running, meaning I spent the entire appointment breathing nail dust. Even worse, the tools used on me were simply wiped off and put back without any visible disinfection. Completely unacceptable. The woman removed my previous set so aggressively that she removed skin along with the product. Instead of properly preparing my cuticles, she used an e-file in such a careless manner that she cut almost every single finger, leaving me with multiple open wounds. I requested square nails, yet every nail ended up crooked and uneven. When I asked for a correction, I was told it was "too late." Too late for what exactly remains a mystery. Then came the most painful part. She applied some product from an unlabeled bottle, calling it a "base," and spread it directly onto the open cuts she had just created. The burning sensation was unbearable. After that, she proceeded to pour gel over both my nails and the wounds. Throughout the entire appointment, instead of acknowledging her mistakes, she repeatedly insisted that I was "allergic" in an apparent attempt to excuse the pain and burning she had caused. I am not allergic--this has been medically confirmed, and I have been getting my nails done regularly for over 10 years without ever experiencing anything remotely similar. Open wounds covered with chemicals are not an allergic reaction; they are the result of poor technique and negligence. I was in so much pain that I asked her to remove everything immediately because I simply wanted to leave. I walked out with bleeding fingers, damaged nails, and paid $25 for this experience. Had I not been desperate to leave because of the pain, I would not have paid even $1. The final appearance of my nails was honestly heartbreaking. I would never allow a client to leave in such a condition. Absolutely unacceptable service, terrible hygiene standards, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for client safety. Looking at my fingers now, I finally understand why so many people avoid this part of town. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this salon. I am attaching photos from the apocalypse I experienced. Rest assured that this will be published everywhere.
