Long overdue review for Lashed & the lash queen Helen! 1 star because it's so easy to book appointments, text them! 1 star because the place is so cute/clean/smells clean too 1 star because the employees are sooo nice, the second time around I was greeted by first name when I walked through the door! Shows they study their schedules and want to make the visit more personable. 1 star because they are also educators and teach other women to do the work they do! I love women empowering women.. and men of course. 1 star because Helen is AMAZING at what she does! She's hilarious, let's me nap, sings Adele songs (I love Adele), and always serves these lash looks! I came here nearly 6 weeks ago, got a "classic lush set" by Helen. She made me feel comfortable, educated me, and asked me exactly what I wanted my lashes to look like.. and she delivered!!! With proper care, my lush lashes lasted for nearly almost six weeks! I booked a regular refill with Helen, she let me decide if I wanted to change the curl- which I did and don't regret, and of course... they look amazing again! It's a plus that my man loves my lashes too! Seriously recommend this place and I hope everyone gives them a try!! 5 solid stars! I have now done 3 lash lifts with Helen, and the results are better and better each time. She finds even the smallest lash, and the curl lasts a full 6 weeks. Helen is really careful and takes her time, explaining everything about the process, the product, and the after-care. I have never experienced lash fall-out other than my natural lash cycle. They care about keeping your lashes healthy and advise to space treatments no less than 6 weeks apart. The mascaras they offer for after-care are musts! I have not tried their lash extension services, but all of their other clients always seem very happy. Their customer service and phone/appointment system are great as well. They always follow up with you a couple of days later to make sure you are happy with your lashes. The place is very pretty and clean. read more

I love Lashed! I recently moved to San Jose and was looking for a new lash spot. I came across their IG page and immediately made an appointment. I regularly see one of their junior artists, Dawn. She is great, and has made my lash goals a reality. I work in healthcare, so I like to keep them classic and professional. Dawn always nails it and never leaves a lash behind. I used to shed pretty quickly, but with the techniques used by Lashed artists, my lashes are still looking great even when it is time for a fill. Lashed has a very cute and comfortable studio (with really cozy blankets because I usually fall asleep during my fills) and the manager, Cindy, greets me by name when I walk in. Feels very personal and that they care. They also accept Venmo, which makes payment super convenient! THIS REVIEW IS FOR ANNE:) After a horrific extension experience about 6 years ago i swore I would NEVER get them again. Fast forward a few years later and this post partum mama needed some help. I feel my lashes got super fine after having my second child. After seeing my girlfriends lashes and hearing all about Anne I thought " what the heck?" And decided to try them again.... THANK GOD I did. Anne is seriously a LASH GODDESS. Every visit is like the first. She impresses me every time. She is so easy going and fun to talk to. This review is way way overdue! I was referred to Aubrey back in 2015 by a friend of mine who had amazing lashes and I wanted the same for my wedding that was coming up. Got to know Aubrey through my many refill visits and she has such an awesome, positive, get stuff done personality which shows in how she's grown her business. Her lash extensions are always pretty and fluffy, would last me 3 week, and my lashes for my wedding were super gorgeous. I came here for my first set of extensions and it was perfect! The front desk was helpful and answered all my questions I had about the lashes. Diana did my lashes and she was extremely nice and walked me through the process. The chair is so comfortable that I fell asleep throughout the service ! Be careful they will classify a RESCHEDULED appt as a cancellation. I called to reschedule and they took my deposit and cancelled the appt. There is no such thing as rescheduling it's all considered a cancellation. I even got a voicemail from an employee saying I wouldn't be charged for the rescheduled appt and they still changed up on me later and took my deposit. I don't know the quality of their work as I never got to get my lashes done so I can't say whether they are good or not. But be careful ladies they will keep your deposit if you make any changes!! It says if you CANCEL they will keep your deposit it didn't say if you RESCHEDULE!!! Cancel means you do not make a new appt it means you changed your mind and don't want their services! They should really be more specific with their disclaimer! read more

This is a long overdue review. I first went here as a transfer client sometimes last year because I had an allergic reaction to the glue from another salon. Anne was new at the time, and she did such an amazing job. I get dizzy when I lay flat, and she was able to work with that. She knows just how to position me. Fast forward to now, (I took a little break from lashes) and she's still just as sweet. She never fails to make me feel and look good. She still remembered how I liked my lashes and went a little fluffier/longer. And I do not have any reactions to their glue/lashes. I have never been happier. I don't know what I would do without her! All of the staff is amazing. Cindy is such a great front desk. I always feel welcome when I come here. Ladies, if you have the chance come here. Both Tera and Aubrey are extremely talented at what they do. I have experimented with fake eyelashes and extensions for years and nothing tops these girls in the Eyelash World! I have never been a girl known for her make up skills, I wear more of the every day natural look which is why my eyelashes are my go-to. Aubrey's lash service is worth every penny. I am very picky on all sorts of lash details whether it's not curly enough, too long, too short, too thick, too thin, itchy, or pokey....
