We had a truly pleasant experience visiting with Nicole, the owner, who is originally from Pittsburgh but lived in Atlanta earlier on her life. We wanted to visit Woodinville and specifically support Black-owned wineries and she is the only one. Visiting her was so endearing. She took the time to teach us about her winemaking, the types of wines she makes, and we tasted several times. We purchased bottles for our home cellar of: Sauvignon blanc Riesling Syrah Her passion for winemaking is palpable as is her wealth of knowledge. Visiting with and meeting Nicole is so comfortable to wear you want to stay longer. Support her business. Purchase wines and she is so honest about costs and the best time to ship to certain areas of the country. Her wines last for seven years and use less sulfur content since she has a sulfur allergy. I appreciate that. I appreciate her representing for the culture in the Seattle area. read more

Came here for an event. Loved the chocolates pairing with wine. The chocolates were made with wine and beautiful looking. The owner, Nicole, was friendly and attentive. The facility was small and cozy. I bought a bottle of Shiraz. Wish there were more red wines to choose from. The price range was more on the high side. Parking was easy as there was a parking lot. Once I found building C, it was easy to find this place as it was C700. read more

You will relax and enjoy having some of the most stellar, top of line wine collection crafted by love so good you will be back..The wines are so yummy packed with some natural and different notes of fruits like Blueberry ... Nicole..oh sweet Nicole you are kind and generous to your customers, She is such a great hostess.She checked on us at perfect timing we chatted it up it was great! Shes greets people at the door with her beautiful smiling face. Not a lot people do that anymore. I am big on customer service and this was outstanding, the flavors of a sinful red wine stood out with a taste so divine. Paring the cheese was so satisfying (really really good cheese) with the fig jam(so good) and crackers were a great complement to the wines it was delicious. Definitely try Lashelle wines you will be so impressed. I don't drink alcohol for religious reasons as well I am truly allergic. But I went to an event at this place. I think we met the owner if I am not mistaken. She was such a sweetheart and didn't made me feel awkward as it's a wine tasting event and here is me not tasting anything . She gave me a water bottle with the same glasses everyone is using. She kept her smile and her cool throughout the whole event. The chocolate has alcohol and I didn't know so I did eat one of them and holy moly that was good. I did feel funny bubbles in my head as I never drink lol. I wish they have the same chocolate without alcohol cuz that was so good. It's definitely a cute winery for like a small party as you can't fit a lot of people there. I was here for a wine tasting and chocolate pairing Yelp event. The place was easy to locate by following Maps. The only thing is, if you never been on this street to any of the wineries and you check it out at night you might think you're in the wrong place because suddenly you find lots of warehouses which as it turns out is where there are a bunch of wineries ! You learn something new every day! Plenty of free parking just outside the winery, which is a small and simple place (few high chair tables). I think a few touches could be added here and there to give it a cozier feel. Nicole, the owner, is very sweet and approachable! I enjoyed listening to her. And she was generous to pour us a bonus wine of our choice. Thank you! I did find the bottles a little bit more on the expensive side (e.g. Chardonnay was priced at $36). We purchased two bottles on a recent visit- a 2019 Cabernet and 2022 Riesling. LaShelle (Nicole) was very friendly and made sure to check on us if we needed anything. The Cabernet was very fruit forward, smooth, nice taste and the Riesling had a more citrus taste than most of my typical likes for white wines but somehow it just works and it's quite smooth. The atmosphere is pretty chill and it was interesting to hear the story behind the business. Being the only female black owned winery business in the area we wanted to check it out to see what wines they were offering. They also had a Chardonnay that was tasty- and I'm not a Chardonnay girl typically bc it's drier and less sweet than I like whites but somehow it was a nice surprise. We took the two bottles home and continued to enjoy them. Give LaShelle a try and support this local female business!!! read more

I'm super excited to have discovered a black (woman) owned winery in Washington, and close to home! Purchased several bottles online which were to be gifts, but I might need to keep a few bottles after trying the Red Willow Vineyard Cabernet. I received a call from Nicole to pick up my purchase much earlier than the Friday pick up (today!), which worked great for my unbelievably busy schedule this week. Her wines will surely get me through the week! The Cabernet is absolutely delicious! A smooth and unpretentious Cabernet everyone wants, but doesn't know it exists. Uncomplicated and fruity without the sweetness. Juicy and well balanced. This would make a great gift for anyone new to cabs. I also purchased the Roussanne and Malbec. The Malbec is my absolute favorite this far. Nicole, you have inspired me to learn more about wine, and I look forward to coming in for tastings soon! So glad you're here! read more

Stopped in for a tasting and this place was SUPERB - welcoming and accommodating for our large group, informative about both the wines and the process of making them, attentive and interactive tastings, and, simply, excellent wine. The experience of such a tasting with the owner and winemaker was fantastic, and we left with bottles to share and word to spread. Highly recommended - the Sauv Blanc and Cab Sauv Rose were delicious, and the Cab Sauv Field Blend can't be missed. read more

Highly anxious and stressed, we decided to visit this winery with four adults, three kids and a dog. (Why?!?) The owner Nicole greeted us with open arms, seating the kids at their own table to play and draw with color books and crayons we brought with us. Nicole made us all feel right at home providing the kids with light nibbles and bubble water so they got to feel as special as we did tasting her creations. With five small seating areas, this intimate setting could be easily overlooked. But the wine and service are the worth the stop! It is unusual to enjoy every wine on a tasting menu, however I really did love all the offerings. I could taste all the subtle differences between each, and enjoyed the "sipability", of her creations. We ended up leaving with 7 bottles between us. Thanks Nicole! read more

Lashelle was a good experience. The wines were very good and the service was great! We had a lovely server who wasn't super attentive, but they were very busy. Like most of the wineries in this area, Lashelle has a personal touch that makes all the difference. Recommended for a intimate feeling with tasty wine. read more
