Found this hidden gem while walking downtown Kirkland. Heard live music and decided to check it out and was not disappointed. Place is super cute and clean. Service is awesome. Place was crowded and busy but everyone was happy and having a great time. There are a lot of wine options to choose from, you can do bottles or glass. If in a group bottle works out cheaper. Since I wasn't too familiar with this wine brand I opted for glasses. Tried their red blend and Cab, both were smooth and glasses run about $12. There have chairs and tables or you can stand cocktail style. Restrooms have complimentary tooth brush kit if you want to remove those red wine stains from your teeth. We had a very pleasant afternoon here - it was sunny. And we sat on stools exposed to the outside. Our server was Austin. He was very attentive and was able to explain the red wine flights we tasted. The decor was St. Patrick's day themed and all the staff were wearing green leprechaun hats. It was a nice laid back time, and it wasn't very busy. Went with a friend for the first time 9 Nov. Austin was incredible and attentive; friendly but not overbearing and answered all of our questions about the food and wine. The atmosphere in Redmond was incredibly cozy, and the food was tasty. There was live music by Johnathan and it was perfect for the intimate venue. I was invited to Melody Lynne to meet a few friends to get together and watch my friend's brother, Dan, play the guitar. He is awesome .... great voice, musician and performer. Melody Lane is a small wine bar with a casual and comfortable atmosphere. It's a great place to meet up with a few friends or a date. The people that work there are very friendly and the establishment is generous. It was my birthday, and my friend brought a cake. The bar reserved a table, gave us a discount on a bottle of champagne and even gave me three beautiful roses. Given the niceness of the staff and their laid back attitude, it created a lack of service. It was difficult to get a glass of wine or water. They would just forget. Their food options are minimal. Don't expect to eat when you get there. They have a small dish of Mac and cheese which was average, a small cheese and cracker plate, and a few other items. They provide almonds. Not knowledge about the wine they serve so be prepared to google it or know what you want. They are generous with allowing you to taste it before you buy. Overall, I really love the feel of this friendly, intimate wine bar. Just go there not expecting great service but you can count on some very nice people! read more

Excellent service! Right when we walked in, the server poured us some complimentary Sauvignon Blanc. She was super friendly and easy to talk to. The wine tasting was excellent, $14 per person for 5 tastings. You can choose red or white or mixed. They do not skimp out on the pours, even though they're tasting size pours. The snacks are equally great with the occasional free brownie plate to complement your red wines. They have live music as well! I've always walked past this place and finally had a chance to visit, on a Thursday night. The music was super loud and seemed to belong in a nightclub, not a wine bar or restaurant. The only food menu was on a chalkboard and the waitress recommended to go take a picture of it. Which was ok except it was on the wall over someone's table it was totally invasive when I went to snap a picture. It was neat they gave a free pour of one of their reds and one of their whites. I opted for a tasting but my husband, who didn't really care for first two wines, just ordered a glass. He sent it back when it smelled like burning rubber and didn't taste good at all. They brought him another white and said on the house but it wasn't much better. I picked my wines to taste and it took so long time to get the pours. I had expected the waitress to pour them in an order that made sense but that didn't happen. And forget about ordering food. I usually buy a bottle to help support the winery and get the tasting fee waived but it wasn't worth it this time. We had a dinner reservation and thought 90 minutes for a tasting and appetizer would be sufficient. I finally waited at the bar where the waitresses were coming and going and asked for a check. The food we had ordered wasn't even on the check so it hadn't been rang in. Overall I was beyond disappointed. I'll stick to Woodinville for wine tasting. read more

Just to start they have a very nice wine selection and those behind the bar are more than willing to pour plentiful tasters to ensure that you are happy with your wine selection...they also have a nice local selection of beer on very clean taps!! We were lucky enough to be there on a quiet Saturday night and had an amazing conversation with the owner and his wife. They were a pleasure to talk to, smart, funny and knowledgeable with regard to business and wine, amongst other topics like farming and chocolate. The owners and staff made the start of my wife's birthday out one to remember. New wine bar in the spot where the tiki place used to be. Owners are really friendly and were there giving out samples of some of the grapes and other fruit that they grow at the vineyard. Nice selection of local treats (the Princess Torte from Hoffman's is the only one we tried, and it was delicious). They also have local beer from Maelstrom and cider from Elemental. The Pinot and Chardonnay we tried we're really nice, and we'll definitely be back. read more

So I was sooooo excited to try this new wine Bar....The decor and lighting was nice. It looked like they had a decent wine collection. Notice i said looked. NO one greeted us after a good 10-15 minutes, no one said we'll be right with you. The one guy working just looked at us. Went there for Happy Hour on a Friday and this place is freakin sweet! We sat down and a server brought over complimentary tasters, berries, and brownies. Then we all tried their 7 dollar flights (great price), once we all decided what we wanted a glass of, they had our drinks our quickly. Great wine, great service, great price. Will be back! read more
