a group of people in a wine tasting

Found this hidden gem while walking downtown Kirkland. Heard live music and decided to check it out and was not disappointed. Place is super cute and clean. Service is awesome. Place was crowded and busy but everyone was happy and having a great time. There are a lot of wine options to choose from, you can do bottles or glass. If in a group bottle works out cheaper. Since I wasn't too familiar with this wine brand I opted for glasses. Tried their red blend and Cab, both were smooth and glasses run about $12. There have chairs and tables or you can stand cocktail style. Restrooms have complimentary tooth brush kit if you want to remove those red wine stains from your teeth. Good place for a group hangout.

The service and generosity that Anders provided was top notch. They were very knowledgeable about the beers, wines and ciders being served and had fantastic recommendations.

Complementary splash of pinot! Staff is amazing. :)

We had a very pleasant afternoon here - it was sunny. And we sat on stools exposed to the outside. Our server was Austin. He was very attentive and was able to explain the red wine flights we tasted. The decor was St. Patrick's day themed and all the staff were wearing green leprechaun hats. It was a nice laid back time, and it wasn't very busy. Our favorite was the Merlot, which was nice and fruity, and medium bodied.

Zoe is an amazing host. From the minute we walked in, we felt welcomed. She knows her wines and is able to give you a tailored tasting. She asked questions and tried to get to know you and your wine preferences. Zoe is upbeat and positive. I highly recommend this tasting room. We will definitely be back. Plus she gave us this amazing dessert!

I was invited to Melody Lynne to meet a few friends to get together and watch my friend's brother, Dan, play the guitar. He is awesome .... great voice, musician and performer. Melody Lane is a small wine bar with a casual and comfortable atmosphere. It's a great place to meet up with a few friends or a date. The people that work there are very friendly and the establishment is generous. It was my birthday, and my friend brought a cake. The bar reserved a table, gave us a discount on a bottle of champagne and even gave me three beautiful roses. Given the niceness of the staff and their laid back attitude, it created a lack of service. It was difficult to get a glass of wine or water. They would just forget. Their food options are minimal. Don't expect to eat when you get there. They have a small dish of Mac and cheese which was average, a small cheese and cracker plate, and a few other items. They provide almonds. Not knowledge about the wine they serve so be prepared to google it or know what you want. They are generous with allowing you to taste it before you buy. Overall, I really love the feel of this friendly, intimate wine bar. Just go there not expecting great service but you can count on some very nice people!

The wine selection is very poor, what choices they have are terrible. Living in the NW good wine is a must have.

We chose our seat at a table for two and were instructed on the process of tasting chocolates and wine. We met the owner of Brugge Chocolates and, of course, the Wine Geek himself, Bob Delf. Each came around multiple times throughout the tasting to see how we were doing and to discuss the varieties. Both were charming and very nice. The tastings came with $15 credits for any bottles we purchased that day as well as a nicely decorated box of 4 chocolate truffles per person. We ended up buying some great tasting wines - The 2018 Madrigal (a blend of 3 varieties) and a Rose. I have been to NW Cellars previously and LOVE the Malbec and bought a bottle at that time. This place is hidden in back of a strip mall in the Totem Lake area and is worth a visit. Bob is a nice person who makes his own wines and really loves what he does. Give this place a try!!

Doing the VIP soundcheck for Yellowcard (our second time doing it!) was seamless and well-organized, giving us an awesome up-close experience before the main crowd poured in. The sightlines from the lawn are great, and the sound quality held up impressively well for a high-energy rock show in an outdoor amphitheater. Even though it's a winery, they had good beer options available, and the concessions moved at a solid pace. Leaving post-show was surprisingly painless...the designated Uber/Lyft rideshare area was clearly marked, easy to walk to, and felt safe and well-lit while waiting for a pickup. Pro-Tips: VIP is Worth It: If you have the chance to do soundcheck or early entry, do it...it makes the whole experience much more relaxed. Bring Layers: It cools off significantly once the sun goes down behind the trees. Rideshare is the Move: Using the dedicated pickup zone saved a ton of the usual post-concert parking lot headaches. I'd definitely recommend seeing a concert here, it's easily one of the best outdoor live music spots around.
