Yikes. * The 4th session (the worst and last for me) was done by an inexperienced nurse who accidentally targeted my eyelid/eyelash area with the laser. * This caused significant pain, tearing, and irritation, and part of my eyelash was burned/cut off by mistake!!!!!. * Her reaction was unprofessional when I pointed it out. * I immediately reported the issue to reception. * I was later connected to a remote nurse/clinician via video call, but the response was dismissive and unhelpful, suggesting castor oil and saying it would regrow. (yay for me ;) 5 months I hardly got to regrow my lash) * No proper care, apology, or resolution was provided. * They contacted me twice afterward: the first time I was unavailable, and the second time the caller was speaking in a loud and aggressive manner, so I asked to be contacted another day as I was not willing to continue the conversation in that tone. * It has now been several months with no refund, no resolution, and no proper communication from the clinic management. I unfortunately only took a picture right after the incident. After that the eyelash fell out & only grew back several months after (with intense care) but I didn't take any photos during that time. Summary: Very inconsistent experience, not suitable for sensitive skin, and poor professionalism, skill level, and customer service throughout. I absolutely do not recommend.

I made the appointment through their website and selected the Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage. I got a text to confirm my appointment and a link with details of the appointment. Also, right before my appointment, Jessica texted me the address, where to park and a photo of the office front since the online map will show you a church entrance. They are on the opposite end of the church at the end of the bridge. When I got there, I pressed the doorbell and Jessica greeted me. She took me to the room and gave me the towel to change for the top part of my body. I was expecting a simple face massage but I received an exceptional one instead. I thought she was done after she massaged my face and neck, but she continued to massage my eye area with a cold tool followed by more massage in all areas. Once again, I thought she was done but she put a candy scented gloss on my lips followed by light therapy then more massages. I think that gloss made my lips pink again. Also during the session, I was enjoying the smooth jazz with nature sound in the background. She listened to my concerns and really focused on my eye area without sacrificing other areas. She lifted my eye lids and drained the baggy eyes. She lifted every muscles in my face and was reversing years of gravity. Moreover, she moved here in February so everything is new and beautiful. It's two stories and there's about four rooms. The master room has a sauna. Also, there's a nail salon that has its own room. You can definitely have a spa day with your friends.
