I went to see Raquel to get eyelash extensions for my wedding. I did a full set with her as a trial and two refills that led to my wedding. It was my first time getting eyelash extensions, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but every time I have gone my experience has been great....so great that I am still getting regular refills with her 5 months after I thought I was going to stop. I get my fills done every 3 weeks and they always look great. I get compliments on my lashes, and most people ask if they're real...I think is a sign that they look real, right? Sure, you can get any deals for cheaper extensions, but Raquel comes to see me at my place that I don't have to go too much out of my way to schedule it in. Time is money, and I'm paying for convenience...and great extensions of course! If you're going to a wedding, honeymoon or vacation I would definitely suggest eyelash extensions! I cannot say enough great things about Raquel's wonderful work and outstanding customer service!!! Raquel by training is a graphic designer and artist. And she treats every pair of lashes like an important piece of work she is crafting! She is meticulous and a perfectionist!! Raquel is the only person I will allowed near my eyes. I have try different places but I think Raquel is the best. I have been a loyal client for almost a year now. My lashes They last as solid 3wks as long as you take care of them like she tells you. The first time I saw Raquel she was very helpful she helped me select the best look for my face and eyes. I left it all in her hands being that it was my first time. Raquel has such a delicate touch that I always fall asleep on her table. Raquel is a true professional and really cares about her clients. TREAT. YOUR SELF. Lashes are my favorite beauty splurge. Raquel does a phenomenal job at making the false lash application process comfortable. I have absolutely adored the results. I got so many compliments on how gorgeous my lashes looked, and it is so fun and luxurious to lay off the mascara for a few weeks. The results look natural (if you want), and long lashes definitely make your eyes pop. Lashes aren't cheap, but it is sooo worth it! I will not pay cheap money for someone to do a bad job. If anyone is going near my eyes and my lashes I will pay good money to get it done right. I'm a big believer in you get what you pay for. Raquel really know what they are doing. I do NOT want to write this review, because I waat to keep raquel to myself. The first time I was to Rocky I was sacred to get my eyelashes done because I did not know how they would turn out and whether it would suit me. Shel help calm me down and talked to me about what to expect. Once she was finished with her work, I fell in love because the eyelashes felt perfect and so weightless. It didn't feel as if I had any lashes on which was perfect. I recommend going to her when ever you have the chance because you won't regret it!!! Raquel is absolutely the best!!!! I was leaving to go out of the country to Thailand and could not find anyone to do my lashes at the last minute. Although Raquel last appointment was scheduled for 6pm. I called her and explained to her that I was leaving that night for Thailand and she was so generous that she agreed to do them. I was so grateful. She even decided to come to my place to do them!!!! Her set up was so professional and she was very knowledgeable about the different brands of lashes. I do not write reviews but for Raquel I will. She was really knowledgeable & absolute best at what she does. She taught me what no other lash lady has ever taught me about my lashes. She was gentle and detail. She uses top quality products my lashes look AMAZING and they last longer than 3 week...that means no 2 week fills!! this make it super affordable. I've had my lashes done at another salon they usually pull the on the tape that hurts and my eyes always stung, but with Raquel I didn't feel a thing! Undeniable Service. This is on behalf of my GF who doesn't have a Yelp and my actress friends. I picked up the discount voucher from a friend and scheduled it as a nice little surprise gift for my girl. Raquel does a great job. She helps you choose what's best for your desired look and they have a great natural look. When I saw my GF's I was surprised by the extra pop they gave her and it was done without the sorta over the top look; but I'm sure she can do that as well. Been going here for a few months and I love it! I have tried several places for lashes, and Raquel is by far the best! She is so professional and I do enjoy my appointments. What can I say, your missing out. I have been to a few different eyelash extension salons in LA in the past years. Some are cheap and horrible quality my lashes fall out with in a week.
