I've been to her before, last year and she was nice. My lashes turned out good. When I made an appointment on her website weeks ago for yesterday morning. I paid and got a confirmation email. I even received an appointment reminder email two days before the appointment. When I got to my appointment, the door was locked and the interior looked abandoned. There was no furniture or anything to show she was still in business. I tried calling her on the line listed on her website and the line listed on Facebook. I arrived to my appointment on Monday, 4/24/2017, for my lashes to be done. I expressed that this was my first time getting lash extensions. I asked about the upkeep and was told to not place oil based mascara on and to also not pull them. I was told that the lashes would last 4 weeks. I went to work for a few hours after my appointment and the lashes fell off on both eyes. I expected a few to fall off but by Wednesday, my right eye lashes were extremely thin compared to Monday (day lashes were done). I did not use oil based mascara or pull on my lashes.   I sent a text message expressing my concern to Sharne on 4/26/2017. Sharne asked me to come in to get them fixed. On 5/3/2017 (today), I was supposed to go in at 1PM for my lashes to be fixed. By this time, my lashes looked terrible. I texted her around 10:30AM and asked her if she could take them off instead of fixing them. Sharne then insisted on charging me $30 for the removal. I am appalled that Sharne would charge me $30, when I already paid $180 for the installation, which was not installed properly. Sharne told me that the lashes would last 4 weeks. They did not even last 2 days. I never once asked for a refund, just asked for them to be fixed. When they continued to fall off, I changed my mind and then asked for them to be removed.   I will not be returning to Sharne as she is unprofessional and clearly does not care about customer service. She does not understand the value of money and unfortunately did not care about the value of mine. Why would you take $180 from someone for a service that is ADVERTISED to last 4 weeks, but only lasted 2 days? Then insist of charging them more money! read more

Sharne is truly amazing! I highly recommend her! I got my eyelash extensions done 3 times in the past. First time I didn't have any problems. The second and third time I went to two different ladies and both times my eyes had a really bad reaction to the glue. So I stopped trying to get my eyelashes done because my poor eyes couldn't take it. However, my cousin went to Sharne to get her lashes done and told me she's really great and her eyes did not react to the glue. I was still hesitant but reached out to Sharne who informed me that no one she has done lashes for had any bad reactions to the glue. She also told me her glue has a low fumes and even has one that doesn't have any at all that she can opt to use if necessary. Setting up an appointment and inquiring with Sharne was very easy. I went to see her for my appointment yesterday and no reactions to my eyes!!! YAY! I am truly a happy person. She really, really takes her time and does a fantastic job. Ridiculously last minute but she said that she was and I booked it right then.
