Anyway, pretty upsetting to charge me full price as I am literally sitting in the ER. its just not very Sebastopol of them.

I am really disappointed with the lack of follow-up from Jena (Owner). It's been almost two weeks of trying to book an appointment as her client of two and a half years. It's really quite embarrassing. Neglecting clientele is completely unprofessional. My last appointment I had scheduled, I asked to reschedule because I needed to travel out of town. Jena never returned my text and so did not confirm the cancellation with me. I usually get a text message about the appointment, which I did not receive. Without my knowledge, Jena cancelled my appointment so that morning I text her I was on my way. Maybe a clear case of miscommunication and I get it, these things happen. However, since that day, I have yet to hear from her about rescheduling me. It is in the nature of business to learn how to follow-up. So simple. I have never been treated like this and am a very loyal paying customer. Like I said, rescheduling is normal. Everyone has a life. Everyone is busy. Just be professional and own up to the fact that if you cannot handle the amount of work you're faced with, just pay for someone to organize your clients for you. I would suggest getting an assistant to help with bookings before expanding. It's just not a good look to maintain especially with clientele who isn't afraid to write about their horrible experiences. This is a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. As a business owner myself, I'd want the absolute best experience for my customers. This is clearly not a great experience. I did not expect this at all. Luckily I found an amazing lash studio in Rohnert Park. I loooove their studio, politeness, thoroughness AND professionalism. Their prices are also so much more affordable. My lashes are bomb. Karli and Chantal do beautiful work! I trust both of them with my eyelash extensions, and no one else! They do an equally great job of cleaning up my brows and lip while I'm there, however for more extensive waxing, or if it's on a day I'm not getting extensions Lysanna is an amazing esthetician who can take care of all of my needs in that department, as well as make my skin look B-E-A-Utiful with a soothing facial! Karli has been doing my lashes for about 4 or 5 years. I absolutely love her. She is awesome. She does a wonderful job on my lashes. They are full and long, not as long as I would like but she knows what is best for me in order to get the best results. She knows my lashes and what works best. She knows me well and is not reluctant to try new colors. She knows I love my colors. I recommended her to my sister and now my sister comes from Sacramento, CA every month to get her lashes done. I've been spray tanned by Alexis 10 times now, and will never go anywhere else! The tan lasts for two weeks, there are no streaks, and once it sets (just overnight or 6-8 hours) it is impossible to tell it isn't real! I've never been asked if my tan was fake, have showered, swam, sweat and worn all types of clothing and haven't seen a difference in its longevity! I had a GREAT experience with Karli for my first time cosmetic facial tattoo! I did eyeliners and microblading eyebrows.
