They do require at least 24 hours notification if you are going to cancel and they charge 50% of the service if it is not canceled within those 24 hours. I came here to get my lashes fixed and saw Ashley. The new lash client appointment is scheduled for 1.5 hours I was out an a little over an hour. She did an amazing job. I went in with my eye completely bald. She was profesional and kind. The studio is located right off of main st so parking could be tricky. I am really disappointed with the lack of follow-up from Jena (Owner). It's been almost two weeks of trying to book an appointment as her client of two and a half years. It's really quite embarrassing. Neglecting clientele is completely unprofessional. My last appointment I had scheduled, I asked to reschedule because I needed to travel out of town. Jena never returned my text and so did not confirm the cancellation with me. I usually get a text message about the appointment, which I did not receive. Without my knowledge, Jena cancelled my appointment so that morning I text her I was on my way. Maybe a clear case of miscommunication and I get it, these things happen. However, since that day, I have yet to hear from her about rescheduling me. It is in the nature of business to learn how to follow-up. So simple. I have never been treated like this and am a very loyal paying customer. Like I said, rescheduling is normal. Everyone has a life. Everyone is busy. Just be professional and own up to the fact that if you cannot handle the amount of work you're faced with, just pay for someone to organize your clients for you. I would suggest getting an assistant to help with bookings before expanding. It's just not a good look to maintain especially with clientele who isn't afraid to write about their horrible experiences. This is a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. As a business owner myself, I'd want the absolute best experience for my customers. This is clearly not a great experience. I did not expect this at all. Luckily I found an amazing lash studio in Rohnert Park. I loooove their studio, politeness, thoroughness AND professionalism. Their prices are also so much more affordable. My lashes are bomb.
