I received a gel service which came out fine but my technician, Cindy, wasn't very kind and hit my hand repeatedly because she was upset my nails were short coming into the appointment. They didn't even last a week and then I went back in and you know what I will say the service was very nice. They fixed my nail, but then two other nails broke two days later are you kidding? So I haven't got my nails done in a long time because I've been busy with school. I was looking for a simple but dopamine vibe for my nails since it's around summer time! The nail technician was very professional and knowledgeable, and she answered all my questions with patience. She picked these vibrant colors for my nails that match with my own handmade bracelets super well! This new Tiffany blue color is really cute, it would look really pretty even if you only get this color! Ladies working there are incredibly polite. They give you a nice neck massage for a few seconds after they're done with nails. This was my second time there and pictures are 48 hrs after I left, same thing happened last time making them my shortest lasting regular polish manicure. The problem is the poor technique, they soak nails in water which will lead to a load of water being absorbed in our porous nails and quickly crack hrs later once the nail dries out. Also, neither the nail polish or top coat application is extended over the free edge of the nail which just makes the polish at risk for peeling off quickly (see pictures). Would recommend place re-evaluates the current standard process they use for manicure and improve the current techniques so that the final result can last at least 5-6 days. read more

The best graduation nails ever !!! I ended up getting dip powder extensions and gel pedicure for a total of $131. The salon is so clean and pretty with a nice atmosphere. Angela did my pedicure and made sure that the white wasn't see-through and that everything was clean. Lucy did my dip powder extensions and they are the best extensions I've ever had. They are so sturdy and I even got a neck and hand massage and cuticle oil. Lucy spent so much time shaping and filing the nails into the most perfect shape for me and was able to follow the reference picture I requested. I am very satisfied! I thought they did my eyebrows perfectly! Even better, they accommodated me as soon as I walked in. I asked for skinny and arched, and that she did! For $12 bucks, not bad. I've seen cheaper in Harlem but I rather pay a few more bucks for my eyebrows to look good. read more

i got a pedicure yesterday 8/19/24. the young man that gave me a pedicure, didn't know what the hell he was doing. i had to ask him to scrub my feet , he looked crazy walking around . I will never go there again in my life, even if it's FREE. I got a gel manicure on December 27th. I noticed on the 29th that my nails were chipped in two places. I went and asked them to fix it. They fixed one nail and painted over the other. Today, I noticed that same nail (the one they painted over) chipped again and had to go back. I found another chip tonight after I had already gone back. I'm not sure what kind of products they're using, but it isn't good quality. It's ridiculous how I had to go back twice 4 days after I had originally gotten them done. I will be back tomorrow to ask for a refund. This is ridiculous. read more

the atmosphere is nice but the work is not great for what they charge. I got charged 80 dollars for a gel and fill when I usually pay 45-50 for that but I decided to try this place out. while the lady did my nails she constantly burned me and cut me. I asked her to do my nails very square and none of the nails were square at all. I went in thinking they'll do a regular fill with acrylic but they dipped my nails and did a constant process with nail glue and a dip powder. the workers were sweet but their work could be better. overpriced. read more

I am looking for a place to keep doing my dip manicures. I got a dip mani with tips, and at my appointment, my nail tech glued the tips to my skin. That was ok but my biggest complaint is now, only 16 days later, my nails are lifting. my previous nail salon, when i would get the same procedure done, it would last until I went to take them off (always a month). Ive had to change nail salons because I moved, but I won't think I'll go back to broadway. for the price you pay, I expect the nails to last. read more

really bad at dip powder acrylics. i kept pointing out places where they messed up the nail/ the french tip was extremely uneven and they insisted it was fine and wouldn't fix it/ made me pay full price even tho i said i was super unhappy with how they turned out. she also hurt my finger & made me bleed & overall just kept gaslighting me telling me oh well see that sign up there ur lucky we didn't make u pay that price. never going back read more
