I had called a few other salons in the area for an appt first and their manner on the phone was rude, layers wasnt. They were kind and accommodating. Every time I went to layers salon, I felt like I was visiting friends. After we left she decided she wanted it so I called and paid for it. We went and picked it up the next day and they switched it out with a lower quality wig that looked almost the same. There are thousands of wigs on Amazon for $20-30. Do yourself a favor and order a bunch from there. Try them on and keep what you like and return the rest. I know they don't pay more than $5-10 per wig that they're selling for $500-600
