I wasn't a fan of getting eyelash extensions until I got them done at LASHURY. I had a bad experience before at another place so I was a little nervous about getting them done again. By the most the lashes are heavy and the glue which is used is not sticky enough or hurt on my skin. I did a lot of research before coming here because I was scared but Patty is perfectionist, super clean and very professional. I love my lashes a lot and I receive many many compliments everywhere I go. I am usually very sensitive and I have a lot of allergies but I had no reaction and I can't even feel them. She is extremely talented and amazing at what she does and expends a lot of time and energy into making sure you leave her salon looking glamorous. I'm Asian so I never had thick or long lashes to begin with. I also wanted to note that my lashes aren't particularly "healthy" nor in the best condition due to wear false eyelashes and mascara for many years. I've Patty done my eyelash extensions for many times and I really love it! I don't have lots/long eyelash but Patty did very pretty lash extensions on me. After Patty did my lashes, I feel my eyes open up and I don't need to wear eye makeup everyday. It does save lots time for me! This was the second time I've tried lash extensions and the first time I ended up in the emergency room with a scratched eyeball! My experience with Patty was amazing. I was so scared to try them again, but was taking a vacation and really wanted the convenience of waking up ready to go. The lashes cut my getting ready time to a third of what it was before. Two weeks ago I got eyelash extensions for the first time with Patty at Love Me Love My Lash.  I have always oogled the long lashes of others, and have used Latisse and different lash serums. I have definitely seen the length of my lashes grow, but no matter how many times I curl them they don't stay curled and they're not as full as I'd like. So when Patty reached out about expanding her business in eyelash extensions I was all ears (and eyes!!) I was nervous about the lash process, not wanting to damage the lashes I had worked so hard to lengthen.  Patty explained that it is when the extensions are not isolated properly that they can damage your lashes. The key is in the application, and of course, how careful you are with your lashes afterward. Choosing the right person to apply the extensions is serious business. This is something that someone will be doing by your eyes, so safety comes first! Make sure the salon you're considering is sanitary and that lash technician using clean tools. Also make sure that your lash technician is a licensed esthetician/cosmetologist. When in doubt, ask to see their license. The learning and certification process for lash artists can be quite brief and is done through the eyelash manufacturers, Patty explained, so there are "lash artists" doing business who don't have the extensive training in hygiene and sanitary working practices that licensed estheticians do. The more you know about your options, the better your chances will be of having a great experience instead of a regrettable one that leaves your lashlines bald. If you have never done lashes, the most important thing is to find a skilled professional. Yesterday was my first time getting lash extensions and I am SO fortunate and grateful that I went to Patty, who came recommended highly by a good friend (who refuses to see anyone else). I'm so glad I had the good intuition to cancel my groupon and go to Patty instead. Lashes aren't something you want to mess around with--its ON your eye, hellooooo. Also not to mention, Patty is such a perfectionist and genuinely cares so much about the works of art she creates, that she literally will not let you leave until they are perfect. She knows that when you walk out that door, you represent her work. It's honestly rare to find someone who cares this much about their craft. From my research, she charges a very fair price for extensions ESPECIALLY considering the incredibly meticulous, beautiful, polished work she does. I'm an extremely picky person when it comes to people working on my face and my hair, and I have to say that there is no one else I would trust with my lashes. I have infected eye . I found Patty from Yelp and had high rating so I felt good and called. I spoke to her on the phone, and she told me her pricing which was very high. I agreed to go to her since she spoke highly of her work. When I went there my first impression of her was not good. Not a good customer service, she looked sick and tired. I went to the room and talked about what I wanted. She started taping my eyes which was painful and she was not gently at all. My eye was hurting and burning. The entire 2 and half hours she was sniffing and sneezing on my face. At one point Patty left the room without even telling me where she was going and when she returned she sat down and immediately touched my eye. I was already scared about her sanitation and being sick and sneezing on my face, so I asked her kindly that please clean your hand before touching my eye, she got very upset and said I am very clean and I need to respect her. At this point my eye is shut and I am extremely frustrated and fearful. I didn't say anything to her and said I am just nervous. She finished my lashes and I noticed it was not done right, but I told her I just don't want to do anymore since my eye was irritated from her taping and removing it over and over which was extremely harsh . The next day couple of lashes on my left eye was poking me so I had to call her. I went back the next day so she can fix it. I left town for an event over the weekend and on Sunday my left eye was hurting me and today Monday my doctor diagnosed me that I have stye on my left lash. BOTTOM LINE : If your are sick don't see clients and infect them it is not sanitary. When you leave the room you need to clean your hand in front of your clients, sanitation is not a joke and I got infected as a result of her reckless practice. Ladies, if you like your lashes and don't want to get infected don't go to her. BTW : majority of my lashes fell of , my lash looks horrible and I have infection in addition to that. This is my worst nightmare. read more

Patty did an AMAZING job on my lash extensions. I went in today not really sure of the style I wanted and Patty was patient and helped me pick out a style. After she was done with one eye she made sure I was happy with the result. Turns out I wanted a little more lashes & she happily added more. She really takes her time to make sure you have the lashes you want. She's so sweet & the new client price $75 is unbelievable! She has the comfiest chair too! I enjoyed a couple naps. I've gone to Patty twice now. I found her due to my hairdresser being in the same building. The first time I went it took over 4 hrs which now seems ridiculous. The second time I went for a refill it took close to over 2 hrs. I made a last minute appointment the night before for a refill and had to cancel due to a family emergency the next morning. Trying to reschedule was like pulling teeth. Finally when I was able to reschedule I text her that I was on my way to my 0730pm appt and may be 10 mins late due to LA traffic. I was told if I wasn't there right at 0730 she wouldn't be able to see me because she had to leave by 10. Again I don't think it should take over 2 hrs for a new set when her website clearly states 60-90 mins. Word of advice don't cancel your appointment and try not have emergencies unless you want to jump through hoops to reschedule. I really don't need someone that I pay for a service to be passive aggressive. Definitely will not be returning. read more
