1. Not hygiene. I believe they didn't clean their tools, and the bed is not clean either. They didn't use the disposable liner. 2. Use wrong lashes, even I have told them 3 times which lash I want. After first visit, I asked if they have the lash I want, they showed me, so I confirm they have that kind of lash. Therefore, I make the second appointment, and told them again I want that lashes, they agreed. However, they used the wrong one. I texted the business owner and let her know this situation, I'm thankful she was nice to offer a free extension next time. I thought she would inform her employees. The third time (for free) I went, I make sure telling the girl I want that lashes. GUESS WHAT, they used the WRONG ONE AGAIN. After an hour I left, the business owner texted me to ask me to pay! WTH?! Isn't that you agree for free? Then I had to reminds her and I told her they used the wrong lashes again. NOT A SINGLE APOLOGY FROM ANY OF THEM. NOT A SINGLE APOLOGY. Apparently, she didn't communicate with her employees, doesn't have any standard hygiene concept in store and doesn't care to retain customer. I've been here 3-4 times. And I hate to do this, but there's no way I could give them any more than three stars; mostly due to my last service. My first two times, about what I expected, you get what you pay for. Lasted about 3.5 weeks both times. I liked it, enough to go back a second time. I've had a different technician each time. This past time I was grateful they were able to squeeze me in. However when I walked in it was clear they did not have enough people to assist me. One older woman walked me to my table, put my eye pads on, and that's then they pulled the switch up. A younger girl, who CLEARLY did not have much, if any, experience doing lashes, began applying my lashes. I couldn't even figure out what was going on by the way she was holding my face and poking my eyes. The older woman had another customer come in, she came and went in about 40 minutes. Then the older woman came to finish the job. Speaking in another language to the younger girl, clearly reaching her how she was supposed to be doing it. It took way longer than it should have. Every once in a while the older woman would throw in some English and say "yes, she wants a little cat eye, hybrid, fluffy," so that I heard the buzz words I spoke in the beginning. At the end they looked fine (general theme for this place) but by the end of the week half of the lashes had already fallen off. Do not come here. I came in for lashes and left with red eyes. I thought it was simply the fume from the glue. Next day my eyes were the color of beets!! I called back and asked for Nancy to remove it. She placed what I thought was a solution, but burned the inside of my eye lids and eyes. I started crying and screaming in pain. She guided me blindly to the bathroom to rinse!! She tries again, and she still got the solution completely in my eye. She couldn't do anything and kept saying she doesn't know what to do. I went to another place and had them remove it. Not only was it painless, they charged me $60 because there was more goo between my lashes and the extension. Elegant ilash is horrible. I had tried individual lashes years ago, unsuccessfully. I'm not good at applying false eyelashes but I had an event coming up so I decided to try it again. This salon is amazing. The results have been fantastic. They last me 3-4 weeks. I did no prep. My tech helped me through it and honestly, the results were a little heavier than I wanted but this was my fault for not doing the smallest bit of research beforehand. However, my family and friends could not stop raving and several folks said "Something is different. I don't know what you did but you look amazing!" So... it was more my shock at seeing myself with lashes than anything else. I re-did them 2 weeks later because I was leaving town and was fearful that the glue would weaken and suddenly they would start looking haggard. (I did the same level of fullness!) Those lasted nearly 4 weeks and survived 7 days of beach vacation. My third time I asked for a light natural look. They are lovely but I'll likely go with the original application next time. I do wet them while showering and dry them using a dry towel gently pressing the lashes. I use the complimentary lash brush frequently. Lily is wonderful. I don't know the name of my original tech. Individually applied Lashes are now part of my regimen and worth every penny. read more

Michelle is incredible. I have been trying out multiple salons for eyelash extensions and no one comes close to how good Michelle is. My lashes look so natural but soooo gorgeous. I had my first set done by her 2.5 weeks ago and maybe have lost 3 lashes. Also, I am not delicate with them so that proves that they really last. For me the main selling point is how delicately she works on my eyes. I have really sensitive eyes but can't even feel her working on my lashes! It's a really relaxing process. Beware that these ladies DO NOT USE A BOOKING app. I booked my appointment for Tuesday because I don't live in the area and Tuesdays I work in Costa Mesa. I waited 20 minutes to get a call saying I'm on their books for Wednesday which negative I am not here on Wednesday. I knew this place was to good to be true with their 50% off full set.
