I'm 78 years old and been fishing and boating most of my life today Sunday my son and I took our first trip the last chance bait and tackle and let me tell you if you need fishing gear or service on your boat or wanna buy a boat this is the place I have never received such great service. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and the places absolutely immaculate I'm not saying anything derogatory about Bass Pro shop but this place can hold its own all day long with bass pro anyway I hope you enjoy this review and drop by a visit with these people next time you need some help trust me on this this place is where you wanna go. We came in to check this bait and tackle store out considering we are new to the area. This store is a lot bigger than it looks outside. They have an onsite pole repair man which is awesome. Anthony and Matt were the two gentlemen that assisted us. They are both very knowledgeable about the local lakes along with the rules and regulations of Riverside fishing. They have a large selection of activewear that provides UV blockage. There is a barrage of flutter spoons! They maintain a large selection of frozen bait at decent prices. I surprised my hubz with his fishing license for the year, he was pretty excited about that. I would absolutely come back here again. Great customer service skills! Awesome staff. Didn't catch his name but the guy at the counter on Sunday sold me a new reel and some swimbaits that i love. Great advice and knowledgeable which helps a lot. First day using my new gear hooked up on some really nice fish. Lost all but one which sucks but that's my fault I'm sure. At least i beat the skunk with a really decent fish... This is a RAD shop. I'm new to bass fishing and love going in and just talking about it. A couple weeks ago I was explaining that I was having trouble catching bass on a specific body of water. Fortunately one of the guys there was familiar with the spot I was talking about. He went and grabbed a few items, suggested the rigging and how to fish them and off I went with a handful of lures. I caught fish on them doing exactly what they told me to do and couldn't have been happier. I really liked the fact that instead of trying to sell me a metric ton of stuff he instead went with a couple items that he said he was confident in. Having a wife and kids my fishing budget has limitations so I really appreciated this. They have a huge selection of tackle, knowledgeable staff and are super friendly and welcoming. So coming in here a few weeks ago I purchased an Avet reel, a nice WFO travel tackle backpack, and some 80# braid. The prices in here are on par with Bass Pro Shops and the service much more than you could ever get at a big box store. The first outing with my new equipment was in Cabo and after a few moderate sized fish my expensive new line failed way below the expected fish size, so back to the store on my way home expecting to spend more money on line. It was sad to here that the line failed due to manufactures defect, and lose a fish, but I was thrilled to hear they would cover and re-spool the reel for free. That is why this is a top notch establishment in my book ,and they will continue to get my business for that. read more

This place is amazing. From the outside it looks like a small place. When you go in it's very big and loaded with all kinds of tackle and gear You will find a lot of bait here that you can't find at the big stores. The small guys who hand makes bait can't supply enough to a Walmart so they are selling to these size shops. They carry everything to the high end or for a crappy fisherman like me. The two young guys working there are real helpful. Like I said I'm not very good at fishing but my sons like it. The guys there showed me some real easy stuff to help them get better and really talked to me and didn't treat me like an idiot because like I said I'm not good at fishing. This place has resonable prices and great service the guys in there really take care of you they have good knowledge and take there time to help u.
