His face makes folks feel sick. Lol Well he has mental issues no doubt. He's rude, he gave me about 4 underhanded not so obvious insults during the interview. He lied about many things. I have 5 years furniture sales expertise. I do extremely well I. Consultative roles. He said he needs someone with the right amount of experience. he advertised the job as ENTRY LEVEL, NO EXPERIENCE WE WILL BE WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT PROPLE. He's Asian. He asked my nationality during the interview. Wouldn't the EEOC love to get ahold of his shirt bald headed ignorant ass. He set me up for a second interview and kept making excuses for not following through. I told him in the Email he's a liar and he's not appreciated. I could probably sell more furniture then him. It was horrible, when I got there I was told there was no one there to load the recliner onto my vehicle. The lady that sold it to me Naomi, said that we could load it up. I told her I was not going to do that and she should have told me before I picked it up that the loaders would not be there. It was not only a waste of my time but my son was injured helping some old man named Larry that works there try to load it onto my vehicle. The only reason my son even helped was so that we didn't have to come back again. The man Larry was too old to be moving anything in the first place. My son told him to wait so he could adjust the chair on my truck first but he didn't wait and he injured my son by shoving the chair onto my truck and made him lose his balance and he fell and pulled a hamstring in his leg. That old guy thought it was funny and laughed that my son got hurt and didn't even apologize. Come to find out that it's against company policy for other employees other than the loaders to help move anything. I was very upset about what happened. Later I received a phone call from a Vanessa about what happened and she told me if she were there that would not have happened but it did and my son ended up with an injury and also missing 2 days of work due to the injury he sustained which could have been avoided if these people would have not been negligent in the first place. I received a phone call from a Vanessa, and of course nothing was done. Vanessa just said that she would speak to them about what happened. It's sad that businesses nowadays don't care about the customer just the bottom dollar. I miss Weatherbys they had great furniture and cared about their customers.

Just over a year after we purchased, our couch started to rip on 2 of the cushion seams. We called and they said they would take care of it. I set up a time with Larry to stop by our home to take a look and pick up the cushions. After waiting on him the next day FOR 2 HOURS, I called and he said "my driver said he already came by." Do you think I would call if they already stopped by? After that, I didn't trust them. 3 weeks later, we finally had our new cushions, after messing up the size they ended up replacing the entire cushion with the fabric. We also had a pillow that was ripped too, he brought the wrong size back to me and said "sorry it's the wrong size, you can just sew the other cushion yourself." It's just a pillow, but the comment was so rude. About 2 weeks later, the other 2 cushions started to rip. I called Mr. Larry a WEEK ago and he still hasn't returned my phone call. We paid over $2200 for this couch and it's just over 1.5 years old. They said when we bought the couch it was a "lifetime guarantee." This place is a JOKE, their furniture is junk and I do not recommend to anyone.
