The pho arrived steaming hot with a flavourful broth, tender, high-quality beef, and fresh herbs. The vermicelli bowl ended up being one of my favourites! The grilled pork had an amazing charred flavour, and the fish sauce tied everything together perfectly without overpowering the dish.
