Sure enough, Jason came out today and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He completed the repair in no time and was very upfront and honest about the pricing. What made the experience even better was that I wasn't even able to be there in person however Jason still made the entire process seamless by keeping me updated throughout the whole process with messages, photos, and phone calls the whole time. We were basically able to handle the entire project virtually, and by the time I finally got home, everything was already completed perfectly. Other contractors were quoting ridiculous prices for such a small repair area, but Jason never once tried to upsell or take advantage of the situation. As a woman, I've unfortunately experienced contractors trying to overcharge or push unnecessary work before, so I really appreciated the honesty and transparency from ProGrade Exteriors. Living in Omaha you're going to pay more for these services because the contractors have become accustomed to receiving premium rates from insurance companies. Paragon will give you a fair price while still providing professional service and quality workmanship. They stand behind their work and make sure the job is done right. When I received a quote from Paragon everything was written up in a contract explaining the things they do and the the things they don't do. There were photos and descriptions for optional materials listed with prices. There were no surprise extra costs or added fees. I was in the hospital when the day came to replace my roof but trusted these guys to make sure the job was done right. When I got home the roof looked amazing and when I had questions Brandon was happy to come back out and explain everything. If you need exterior work done, call these guys and you wont regret it.

10/2/2017 I'd like to leave zero stars for Two Brothers…read more I've never had to make a claim on my house because I am a newer homeowner. Unfortunately for me, I didn't do much research on them because my brother recommended them. One of the brothers who owns the company (Jonathan) got his large payment and is now not cooperating with me or my insurance company. He can't/won't prove the work has been done. It started when I complained to him about his lack of communication. I had no idea what they were doing to my house because he won't give me or my insurance company a summary. Because they won't give us a summary, my insurance company can't release my depreciation check. As they were working, they found more hail damage that needed fixed but after I complained to him, he backed out of fixing it. Now I need to get another company to my house to finish the work, but I don't have a summary of what Two Brothers did. For all I know l, the work might not be done. Two Brother's insurance adjuster won't return my insurance companies phone calls until she knows they're are closed and unavailable. Two Brothers said they were going to show me all the work but he still hasn't. He is making my first insurance claim a nightmare. Two Brothers wouldn't tell the contractor the code to my side gate, so he had to walk all the way around my house to the back gate to get to his equipment on the side of my house... which I thought was rude. One of the owners from Two Brothers laid on my couch for TWO hours on a Friday evening, waiting for me to get home to sign the check over to him. There are so many red flags, I can't even remember them all. He said he called several times and left voicemails but I didn't get anything. He told me to rush home from work one day so I did and he was already gone. When I told him that was ridiculous, he denied saying it and that it was crazy.. I wouldn't recommend Two Brother to anyone and they are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. UPDATE 10/3/2017 I talked to the part owner, Jonathan, at Two Brother this afternoon and he told me for the 4th time that he emailed the summary for my house to my insurance company. I spoke with my insurance company later, they told me they have not recieved anything. My insurance company called Two Brother and spoke with Dawson, who is Jonathan's cousin, he told her they they DID NOT do all the work, in fact they OWE ME $2,773. And they they withdrew from the rest of the work because there was a personality conflict. We didn't have a personality conflict until I started doing my research when I started noticing red flags and confronted him about them. I appreciate the cousins honestly but I will not ever recommend this company to anyone. Update 11/16/2017 Two Brothers had to come back to my house on Oct. 18th to fix a gutter. After they left, there were holes all over in my siding where they were working. I called Two Brothers and brought it to Dawson's attention. He claims he stopped by my house to look at the damage. He said that it's vandalism done by a drill so their company isn't responsible for it. I called the cops to make a police report on Two Brothers and will now have to take them to civil court to solve this issue.

It took us a bit of time to get everything in place to have the job done and they honored the original quote (even though it had an expiration date of late July). When we were finally ready to have the work done, scheduling was easy and they arrived at the time promised. They did a great job protecting the workspace and replaced an electrical outlet that erroneously had some insulation sprayed into it. We are very happy with the outcome of the spray foam insulation - the spray foam provides a much better barrier than the standard fiberglass and Radiant is a good company to work with.
