I came here for my first pilates stretch class with my friend and we had so much fun! The studio has a parking garage near by for easy access and they validate the parking at the end of class! We signed up for the class using MINDBODY app and once we arrived it was very easy to check-in and pick a reformer. The class was amazing! Who knew I need to stretch that bad! The coach was very friendly and encouraging. At the end of the class we were able to lay, relax, and enjoy the amazing sound bath! I can't wait to return! read more

I've been here for three classes now, and will say this is one of the most calming studios I've ever been to. The decor reminds me of a spa, but the workout will definitely have you sweating. The machines are well maintained and clean. The instructors are awesome and will consider any suggestions for specific areas people may want to work out a bit more. I love when the offer of three class specials as it makes me want to visit more frequently! Keep in mind that the studio door is only opened 5-10 minutes before and after classes. If you're late, you will be locked out and they will ignore you. My only complaint would be that the reformers are way too close together. There have been several times when people will bump into each other due to the placements of the machines during the exercises. **parking is in the garage and they do validate parking. read more

My newest exercise commitment is Pilates. Doctor and PT ordered prescription for strengthening my core after a back injury. A friend, Laura Scholz, teaches at the studio and since I was a little intimidated by the whole new adventure, I consulted her. She talked me through what the Daily's type of Reformer class would be like and then I joined with a ten class package at the studio. It is pricier than my yoga, at $280 for the selection I got, less a friends and family discount you may be able to get (20%). Sometimes there are price specials throughout the year. I have til Oct to use up the classes. The Foundations class with Karly has been my favorite so far and I am venturing into a Sculpt class with Laura this coming week. The small four person class is intimate in just the right way. My body is responding well to the new exercises and combining the core based practice with yoga. Teachers ask about any injuries, your prior experience with the practice, and are helpful at any adjustments you need to make during the class. The West Midtown location was tough to find at first- it is across the street from King Plow in a mid rise brick building. The tiny studio is at he back almost all the way down the side walk. Very light and welcoming space, with a spa like vibe in a way...yet lots of work to get done for everyone! I look forward to exploring even more challenging classes and am likely going to buy another package of sometime when I finish these at my pace of 1-2 a week, in August. read more

I love this sleek, new workout studio on the Westside. The classes are small and intimate; I have never had more than nine total students in a class. I also love the body positive atmosphere -it's not about getting skinny, it's about building strength and endurance here. Instructors are kind and motivating, but don't let that fool you into thinking they won't kick your butt - they most certainly will! The class I've come back for again and again is the "Daily 30," a 30 minute circuit training class that's one of the toughest I've ever taken. During the Daily 30, you'll rotate through three minutes of strength exercises, followed by two minutes of cardio, and finally one killer minute core work on the mat. This is the perfect workout for someone who is busy (like me), because I can always convince myself I can carve out just 30 minutes to go workout. There is plentiful free parking, and though space to change and shower is limited, it is available. I discovered this studio through classpass, but it's so good, I would certainly consider getting a membership. read more

As a Pilates newbie, I was nervous about visiting The Daily for the first time. A friend had mentioned the studio to me, and told me I'd love it. But as I'm currently freelancing and have the freedom to work out midday (or in the morning, or at night), I thought I'd sign up for a class that might be less crowded. Since I've never taken any sort of reformer class, I signed up for one of the "Foundations" classes. I'd always been intimidated by the contraption, and was relieved to find the classes are small, limited to four students at a time. I'm now four classes deep here, and I really love it. The studio itself is very modern, and the equipment feels brand new. All of the instructors I've had balance positive encouragement with technical adjustments, and options for safety and fitness level for every movement. The beginner class (which I hope to "graduate" to the remix, sculpt, and other classes soon) focuses on each set of muscle groups (core, arms, legs, glutes), but even the basic exercises leave me shaky if I'm giving it 100%. I'm primarily a yoga girl, and have been practicing for several years. I've done plenty of barre, and was even a runner for a few years, but this is definitely something else. It hurts so good, and I love visiting whenever I can. Even better: The Daily is on ClassPass, if you're a member. read more

I've been to the Daily Remix class and the Cardio Pilates class. Both were a lot of fun and the teaching style is great. This studio has a modern feel and the clientele is ages 20s and 30s. I am attending on classpass but would consider a punch card or membership. I feel like I get a great workout is a short amount of time here. They have a shower upstairs but bring shampoo and body wash. read more

Very welcoming, friendly gym with great instructors. Went to the daily 30 class and got a good workout in. The workout was on a 3, 2, 1 minute basis. First did 3 min of strength, followed by 2 minutes of cardio, and 1 minute of abs. 3 sets of this pattern is performed. The strength and abs portions changed each set but the cardio section was the same during the class I attended. All exercises are spelled out on a white board making it easy to remember what move is next. If you need help remembering how to do one of the exercises the instructor is watching and very willing to help. The atmosphere of this gym is awesome. They have made it very warm and inviting. It is very modern and simple yet perfect. There is a downstairs and upstairs that is loft type style. The ceilings are high which is nice. Overall great gym and really nice people here. A friend and I took the "Daily Foundations" beginners class on the pilates reformer. The studio was impeccably clean and very stylish. The reformer classes are small - only four reformers in the room - and the instructor gave us personalized direction. Overall, it was a challenging workout. My favorite studio in Atlanta! All of the instructors are amazing, intelligent and helpful. I have gained so much strength in the past 4-5 months and would credit that mostly to the reformer. It's amazing how quickly pilates starts changing your muscles and how you engage them. There are two levels of reformer class, HIIT classes and mat pilates. In one word: Amazing. I was looking for a new workout on the westside and I am so glad that I found The Daily. The Space: Beautiful, sleek and clean. No stinky gym smell here. There are restrooms stocked with high-end products and even hair bands if you forget yours! The Classes: Small classes with personal attention. The largest mat class I have seen so far was 10 people. Reformer classes are limited to 4. I am a huge fan of the Pilates reformer classes. It's a challenging core workout that is a little different each time. Just took the most amazing Pilates class with Lily. It was the traditional form of Pilates that was expected not the "new" aerobic form like these new studios. She took her time and explained every position to us. The studio was serene and very clean. Will definitely go back again. read more

The Daily is hands down the best studio in Atlanta - Trust me, I've tried them all. Lily is attentive, kind, approachable and great at what she does. The balance of core work in the Pilates classes (reformer and mat) mixed with the interval training in the Daily Remix and Daily 30 classes is enough to keep you from ever getting bored. I particularly like their smaller, more intimate class settings that allow the instructors to pay close attention and help you through the moves and the class.
