The owner Kathy Hopper is the ultimate professional. Kathy makes it a point to remember everyone's name and if applicable physical limitations and injuries. All of the instructors are welcoming and friendly. Lagree can be tough but it's so rewarding. It's a full body workout and very efficient. You get an excellent mix or resistance training and cardio. The instructors are happy to offer substitutions for exercises, and give excellent cues. I highly recommend Sculpted Body. I will be reporting this business for fraud as my credit card has been charged and this business kept my monthly fees but cancelled my membership due to their ERROR and inability to handle scheduling and billing. But if you don't reserve upcoming month classes and pay, you still continue to be billed. Classes are boring and repetitive, unless you have all your day free and can come at different times. Mid-day classes were all for beginners. They do have reformer beds that other facilities lack. I might just buy my own and watch YouTube teachers.
