This place is very cute, i've been to two level two classes, one at each location. I feel challenged and sore the next day, a little bored but it's still relaxing. I wouldn't recommend anything below a level two if you've taken reformer classes before. read more

They weren't kidding when they say the parking in the back gets full quickly. I thought I had given myself enough time by arriving 10 minutes early but that was clearly not the case. Therefore, I checked into my class late and found out that the sticky socks was a requirement and not an option. It was either pay the $15 for the socks or the $20-ish missing class fee. Either way, I signed up for the level 1 reformer class and found it to be too easy for myself but great for someone just getting into exercising. The instructor was very kind and helpful. I wouldn't mind coming again for a level 2 class. read more

Love this Pilates Studio. I'm going to mainly do pro/con comparing with Stellar Bodies, because they've been my favorite for a decade pretty much. At The Studio - There are several different types of classes based on level/ability, which makes them a bit unique compared to places like Solidcore and Stellar. You might not be as sore after one of the Level 1 classes as you would be at Stellar Bodies or Solidcore, but you'll be coached into correct alignment & lower risk of injury for sure. The focus is on slow, calculated movements (similar to Stellar), but also on injury prevention & recovery support. Price-wise, The Studio is quite affordable. Stellar is a bit more expensive (depending on class package/day). I haven't taken a Level 3 at The Studio yet, but I imagine they're in line with Stellar. Both offer support from the instructors, but The Studio has smaller class sizes and the instructors put Pilates & injury prevention first. Stellar is more focused on getting a great workout, but that can be achieved at either studio. Overall, I'll still make it to Stellar occasionally (not much since their Midtown location closed though), but The Studio has become my weekly/go-to for Pilates. read more

I enjoyed my first pilate session at the Studio Pilates. Mistakenly, I signed up for the signature one course thinking it was the introductory course. Therefore, I had to make the adjustment trying my best to get familiar with the machinery. Nonetheless, it was still a great experience, as the instructor was very helpful to ensure that I was not left behind. I look forward to my next Pilate session. read more

I'm addicted to the Studio classes! They are challenging but not so hard that you get discouraged and the teachers are so great! I genuinely enjoy working out when I'm in a Studio class. I've also met other students and everyone is so nice. The space is gorgeous and they have lots of different class times and class formats depending on the type of workout you're in the mood for. I'm on month two of my unlimited package and have been going 4-5 times a week and my neighbor said I look more fit! Consider me in a committed relationship with the Studio Pilates! read more

I discovered The Studio through ClassPass back in December 2022 and became so loyal that I canceled my ClassPass membership and switched to studio specific membership. The space is beautiful and the instructors are friendly. I especially appreciate that they provide plenty of modifications to meet everybody where they are at. Oh! Cute pilates studio in a nice location with great service! Parking was a breeze -- I was able to park for free directly in front of the studio on a Sunday morning. They also have a small lot around the side / back of the strip the studio is in. I was warmly greeted by the young lady at the front desk when I came in. She had me sign my waiver and asked if I had my grip socks and if I had any questions. The instructor Caitlin for this beginner pilates class was very sweet and welcoming. She gave easy to follow instructions one step at a time, and repeated almost everything so everyone could catch all of the guidance. She made sure to help those who needed with their form, and helped the first timers understand the moves. I informed her about some spinal restrictions before class, and she was familiar with the surgery I had, and checked on me both during and after the class. The studio appeared clean and organized. And it's very cute! They also have private rooms in the back with 2 - 3 reformer machines each, so people can get more one on one / one on two instructions, and classes tailored to their needs. The Studio is great! All of the instructors are incredibly motivating and well trained in their craft. The class offerings are diverse and exciting, but best of all is scheduling. So many fitness studios have restricted or hard to navigate schedules, and The Studio has classes all day, nearly all week-fitting into even the most full or challenging schedules. read more

It's clear that a lot of intention and love went into making The Studio. The class types + availability every day of the week made it an easy decision to go for a membership. I was intimidated to try Pilates because of the machines (it'd been 1.5 years since I was in a workout routine) but I'm 65 classes in since July and am LOVING this lengthening form of movement! My favorite part is how 50 minutes seems to fly by regardless of time of day and who is teaching. I learn something new and feel more in tune with my body in every single class. This is my favorite pilates studio in the area as it's super cute and extremely close to Emory University. I love to drop in between classes for a pilates session. The staff is super sweet and are a joy to talk to. The classes are super easy to book and give you the option to choose which reformer you want to be in the room while booking. Minji keeps the classes engaged while giving a great workout. This will always be one of my top recommendations to my classmates as the go to pilates studio! read more

The best pilates studio you'll find in Atlanta, hands down! While each instructor has their own style, classes are consistent within the levels. It's amazing to have such variety in the class type (reformer, tower, etc.), class choreography, and prop usage - keeps it fresh. The instructors are so wonderful with verbal cuing and hands-on adjustments (if desired), as well as providing modifications and progressions so you can choose what level of challenge you're comfortable with each class. The studio is GORGEOUS! So retro, so vibey, and so clean (always appreciated). And let's talk about how much *free* parking there is. Yay! read more

Love love this studio! I have been to this studio for 3 months. All the instructors are knowledgeable, welcoming, and helpful! They always check if you have injuries a few minutes before class, and provide modification based on your condition, to your body. The studio is always clean! Disinfecting wipes are handed out in the end of class to wipe down the equipment. read more

Such an amazing studio! It's in a lovely location and the interior is a space you want to spend time in. So well decorated, but also very functional. There's a good amount of space between reformers. Teachers have all been amazing and I love that they clearly define levels so if you're feeling like a push you can sign up for that, or take a slower tempo class intentionally. read more

Over the years I have taken MANY workout classes at boutique studios in Atlanta & The Studio is by far one of the absolute best places to take a pilates class. Right away you will be greeted at the front desk by one of their super sweet staff (you would be surprised at how unfriendly staff are at other places in the city) and you will be blown away by the impeccable and instaworthy decor, from the wallpaper to the fun Jane Fonda wall mural (by the bathroom). I have taken a class with pretty much every instructor there and they are all truly amazing and easy to follow and uplifting and kind! The classes always start on time and the music is always fun and upbeat and each class is different in the best way. Whether you are taking a Level 1 or a Level 3, a jump board or a Glutes & Ab class you will not be disappointed and you will be itching to come back. This is the traditional style of pilates reformer class which is something the Atlanta area has really needed. I am so happy they are expanding! She rudely interrupts clarifying questions and throws out inconsistent answers to questions you didn't even ask; she is overall disarmingly passively dismissive. After struggling with the parking lot, I say hello and check in on the iPad. My typical routine if I do not walk to class to avoid the parking (it is truly a nightmare because of the boutique nearby taking 1/4 of the spaces and max 30 minutes for another 1/4). As I'm about to open the door to class, Tania informs me that I will not be able to enter the classroom until the halfway mark because I'm now 2 minutes over the grace period. When I ask when this policy has been issued I was told it's always been the policy. That's not the case and she nor Courtney (sp?) the director were consistent on the established date of the policy. Always, 10years, 5 years a while. When I noted the policy that I was aware of was the possibility of allowing another person to switch between the curve or the reformer, then the policy date changed but ultimately was blamed on me for not keeping up with what was on the current website. The website policy is not explicit - may enter at the halfway mark is not the same as may not enter until. Words mean things. The policy is written to allow for selective enforcement. Regardless of the date, the policy is not enforced fairly or consistently. My last class I observed someone coming into the class well after 10 minutes but before the halfway mark. This is not unusual over the past 8+ years and most are familiar faces that quietly get to their spots and right into their workout. There seems to be some type of favoritism or other distinguishing factors that make the enforcement selective. What makes it worse, no one lets me know of the halfway mark. Sometimes classes start 1-2 minutes behind so I would have expected an indicator of when I could actually enter. Not the case- it's giving mean girl energy. Sadly the shift in staff is no longer welcoming enough to deal with the hit or miss music needed tolerate hit or miss classes. If Brittnee ever comes back (Tania couldn't even confidently tell me if she was there still), I may consider a drop in class.

Super cute, fun, and clean pilates studio! All of the trainers are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Each one has their own style, but I haven't had a class yet that I didn't enjoy. Classes are offered at different levels, different intensities, and different sizes. Some are smaller (3 people), and the intimate setting is a nice change to the larger group classes (12 people). I have my favorite teachers and work to attend their classes as much as I can. For me, the membership plan is worth it if you can attend at least 6 classes a month. (Some people come every day! Multiple times a day!) I mostly attend Hatha classes but I also enjoy Flow and Super Stretch. The stretch, yin and restorative classes are the most beginner friendly. I've only attended a few warm/hot classes and they are not my jam. However, they are very popular with others! M3 is LGBTQIA friendly and has a policy against racism posted on their website. I haven't seen any other studio display such a message. As a Black woman, I notice when I'm the only Black person in the room, and I appreciate when someone else who looks like me is present and welcome in the space. (I don't want to be the only one y'all!) They have an app to use for scheduling and a very active IG page. They also have contests to encourage class attendance and give good prizes! I won a gift card to a local store and felt so special. The only thing I don't like is the class schedule changing every season. Some classes don't change but I've had to drop some classes because they are on a new day or at a different time. I can't believe that I'm the first person to review M3. It's a great addition to Atlanta yoga and I hope more people sing their praises.
