Then I received a text from Lily after submitting for a quote. I responded explaining the situation, and she immediately said, "no problem, we will price match." At first I honestly thought I might be texting with a bot, but it turned out to be Lily herself, the daughter of the owners. In a bit of a panic about missing the other sale and not having anything locked in, I called and spoke with her brother. He stayed on the phone with me for over 30 minutes, walking through my entire order and making sure I had everything I needed. I was blown away by the level of service. Maybe I'm a bit jaded living in LA, but this felt truly above and beyond. It's rare to find a company that is this responsive, personal, and genuinely cares. I also love that this is a family-run business. It makes such a difference, and I much prefer supporting companies like this over big corporations that often lack customer service. It really shows in how they treat their customers. We are so excited for our cabinets to arrive and already look forward to placing more orders as we continue fixing up our new home. I do wish they had more scrap bins for wood blanks, but I do appreciate there offerings that they do have on a regular basis. I had a front door replaced in the past by competitor and the quality was not up to my standards…read more Well, not the case with Divine their workmanship and supplier products are of the highest quality. I had an 8' door wall that needed to be replaced, so I contacted Divine Doors for a quote. They gave me several options that were available in that opening size, next I selected the one with a wood casement interior. The replacement was done with perfection. My next installation will from Devine Doors & Trim.
