Then when I get there tells me I also need the tiny code that was wrapped around the hose attachment (who the hell keeps that) for the barcode that is also on the receipt I brought in.. so drove all the way back out for nothing and paid 20$ for a useless item. Being new to the area ,I went to the nearest place I could think of . The owner , Richard Duke , sold me a water heater that was on the sales floor . The price was great , but most of all that water heater lasted me over 18 years . The hardware is now run by Sons Kevin and Brent ,and maybe other family members that I don't know well .
