    Cin R.

Clean and lots of Salvadorian options. Had the pupusa made of rice with cheese and chicharron, tamal de elote, and a jugo de tamarindo. I was so happy with my choices everything was flavorful. Another plus was that they were open until 11:30pm and it came in handy after a long and late flight. Server was nice and patient. Definitely coming back.

Pupussa with chicken and cheese yummy!

Looking for a good spot for steak dinner. Came across this spot. Cute spot and great weekly deals. Steak dinner with delicious side of rice and beans for $12. Staff was very nice too! We also ordered pupussa for an app and it was filled with chicken and cheese, really delicious. We'll go back.

Pernil is my new favorite dish from Latin Flavor. While I miss eating at the restaurant, take out is very good.

No sales lleno... sales derrotado. Si no has ido, ve.

From the outside, the building looks a little run down but once inside you could never tell. We ordered the Super Antojitos Atlakat. This is a loaded plate with carne asada, refried beans, chicharrones, tostones, yuca, and cheese. Each item was filled with bold, comforting flavors with a touch of what felt like home cooking. My friends complimented the crispness of the pork belly. The meal was filling for 3 of us with left overs. Seems like they have a great lunch menu and the prices are very reasonable.

When I arrived, I was surprised they had more tables than I was expecting. There wasn't a wait, but it was full. They also have counter seating with a tv if you're into that. I ordered pupusas "revueltas." For those who might not know, a pupusa is a traditional Salvadoran dish made from thick corn tortilla stuffed with a mixture of ingredients. "Revueltas" or "mixed/scrambled" which I ordered is a combo of beans, cheese and pork mixture which is blended and filled inside the pupusa. It's served with a type of cabbage salad and tomato sauce. So good. I also ordered a tamale which was delicious as well. This is my go-to place when I'm looking for Salvadoran. Try it!

We chose a two top on the lovely patio. After ordering sweet tea, we were brought a basket of tortilla chips and some spicy salsa. We ordered guacamole and it was perfect. Onto the main courses: She had the taco trio with black beans/rice and I chose a chile relleno with refried beans/rice. Instead of the usual cheese stuffed poblano pepper I opted for steak + cheese, which also had some veggies in it. Very tasty. El G is a charming place and the servers are nice and efficient. We arrived at 1 pm which we found out was the perfect time. It got very busy later. Can't wait to go back with others.

I had the Birria tacos, hubby had the fried chicken chunks with added onions, our friend Bill had a delicious chicken marinated breast with rice and his awesome wife had the Mexican plate combo, which had so much food! I am so glad I took a chance on this restaurant because we all agreed it will now become a staple in our rotation of places to eat. Additionally, the staff was so genuine, kind, and nice and I love that!
