This business' food trucks "runs" outside of Jacobi and while it is a very attractive truck they don't run their operation very well at all. The food is good, it's Latin food so it's pretty hard to really mess up, but the service eh. They seem to completely forget that they're posted up outside of a hospital that employs hundreds, because they just can't seem to handle a lunch rush of a handful of orders. This is likely also due to the fact that they care more about Uber orders than customers standing on the sidewalk, if that's the case then go somewhere else like right outside of a McDonald's where all the bike delivery guys hang. Because otherwise, long food pickup times that utterly delete our lunch hour have just lost you some customers. read more

Now that we moved across country, it is one of the main foods i crave living in Las Vegas. Today I ordered some Steak Tacos and my all time favorite drink "Mango Biche" the frozen drink reminds me of the actual fruit back home, nothing like it. Estefania was my waitress and she was great! I have to give the food credit - because it's good but treat this place as just take out. Because the dine in experience is AWFUL! The service is horrible. I've been here multiple times and the waitresses either don't listen, or are negligent. They either forget your parts of your orders or requests. I think the delivery took a while and I don't fault them for it because of everything that was going on. The food I'd say get the quesadillas. They were very satisfying. The burgers I'd skip. **Delivery Review** One of the few non-fast food options for a late Friday night meal through Uber Eats. Lots of options here for gut-busting meals at a reasonable price. Settled on the Super Burger w/Bacon ($11), Chicken Salchipapa ($8), and Colombian Hot Dog ($6). Food arrived after about an hour and a half, which was longer than the suggested delivery window. Thankfully most of the items were still warm (aside from the hot dog. Burger is a dense layering of beef, cheese, bacon and sauce. Overall good flavor and the meat is not overcooked. Hot Dog is a mess of cheese, salsa, and potato chips over a beef frank. Wayyyy too many chips over the meat; having to scrape off most of it to get to the good stuff. Despite a decent amount of sauce, felt the beef frank was dry and overly salty because of the chips added on top. Salchipapa is a bunch of well cooked fries with chicken, pico de gallo, corn, and a bunch of other things added on top. Liked the fries themselves and the chicken - would have preferred some spice the counter the sweetness of the sauces. Fine enough spot for some late night cheat meals. I ordered a chicken burrito and couldn't actually find any chicken in my burrito and I actually think it might have been for the best because it probably would have made me sick. We also ordered the s'more pizza which looked like something a toddler made in a play kitchen and I don't even think it was cooked. They use Hersey bars though because you could still read the lettering. In a neighborhood like Jackson Heights where delicious and high quality latino food can be found everywhere do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. First of all, I have picked up food from here before and never been asked to confirm anything, just need to say a name and that's it.
