They remind me of back home, but most importantly they don't leave that heavy sensation that a lot of Colombian burgers do. Love coming here for their colombian burgers. Ive been here many times in the past year since moving to Queens. My favorite is the entraña (skirt steak) burger. I love the combination of the sauces (esp the pineapple sauce) that come on this burger along with the cheese, pico de gallo and crunchy chips on top... chef's kiss. Originally, they were a food truck but now its also a sit down restaurant. The first time, I sat in the back in their patio, which is nice during the summer and have heating during the winter. The chicken taco was ok, lacked a bit of flavor. I've tried chicken tacos from other carts which were better, however it was still pretty good. The chorizo taco was amazing. I didn't except it to be that good! It was super flavorful. All workers were wearing masks except the lady in the front taking the orders. I was kinda iffy about eating from there for that reason. They didn't seem to care if their customers were wearing masks or not. I saw a few customers went up to order without masks. All in all, the food was delicious. I'm excited to come back to try their burgers. I paid using Apple Pay, assuming my charge would be reflected based off of what's on the menu... something told mw to check my Apple Pay, and I was charged a total of $8.14, for a $5 sandwich, when I asked about the discrepancy, the girl told me, "oh, there was a $1.35 gratuity added, Im sorry" which she refunded me, and while looking at the receipt, I was charged more to add butter and jelly as well as to use Apple Pay... which is never disclosed. This may not seem like a significant amount of money, but imagine all the extra money they are making by essentially robbing people by "accidentally" adding gratuities and charging extra for using Apple Pay (which most would use cash if they knew this was a thing here). This practice is beyond dishonest and and I hardly doubt it was an accident... with that said, be sure to check your receipts and inquire about the total before tapping your card. read more

Guac made the dish better I recommend it if you're looking to have saucy fries as steak fries is usually a very dry dish. Colombian hot dog came with the traditional chips, pink sauce, quac sauce. I've known this busy establishment since the guys started inside the small red cart several years ago. I always past them by as I walked home, hard at work in the cramped space all night. Since not much was open around my area, (they serve past midnight) my appetite gave in... and in this review I ordered, - the BURGER PIZZA, a Colombian style pie with chopped ground beef, ham, crushed chips, cheese, pineapple sauce, ajo and pink sauce - 6 pieces WINGS that were glazed in a fused house-made honey mustard and pineapple sauce BOY.... DID THAT HIT THE SPOT! I was having a stressful day, and after eating rarely do I blurt out to myself... "That sh*t made me so happy! I needed that badly!!" Their fresh burgers are the thing going for them, but to also mash it up on a pizza is ingenious! Crust is perfect, the meats are savory, plus the sweet pineapple sauce and crushed up potato chips all unhealth-ly balances your taste buds to a satisfying slice. Going against all popular opinions, but I'm not too fond of Latino Bites. Initially, I definitely wanted to support a local native New Yorker business, so I continued to place plenty orders. I usually ordered the extraña burger, burritos and tried their Hawaiian pizza. However, there are no shortage of Colombian burgers and hot dogs in this neighborhood. They need a lot of improvement as far as customer service goes. At first,, all things were overlooked. Then, there were the occasional incidents of a sour attitude when calling and /or sass when placing a dine in order. After some time, I found the food, service and ambiance wasn't up to par and quite frankly worth the effort supporting anymore. Be warned because if you do choose to dine in, they add an automatic 20% gratuity. You usually see that "18%" act within parties of 6+, or honest establishments will print their policy within their menus to alert patrons before receiving their check. I understand front of house periodically being stifled and the reason they want to protect their wages. With that being said, they should also practice good faith gestures: being conspicuous by circling or highlighting the gratuity on the check to allow unbeknownst customers to avoid double tipping. Just an insider tip. I've heard the bumptious owner defend plenty times his position on the matter. Genuinely, I want this business to thrive but with all these bad faith vibes, it's simply a recipe for disaster. Respectfully, which is why I must bid my farewell. read more

Was in the neighborhood and saw a huge line by this truck so we decided to stop by and try a steak Quesalupa (~$9), which is basically a quesadilla with a HUGEEEEE amount of cheese that pulls and yummy sauces! I would have given this truck 5 stars if we didnt have to wait 15 minutes to get our order, but the food was really good. Some of the food is a bit pricey but I'm giving 5 stars for food quality. They're right by my house on 85th and northern and let me tell you it's a great thing. Since they've been parked on northern, I've been able to try probably every menu item. Delivery has gotten a lot faster (which i use when I'm unable to leave my casa or if I'm being lazy and ordering food I'm going to commit to being lazy) I can't even tell you which of the food is my favorite because I genuinely have liked pretty much everything I've gotten. Their authentic tacos though I do rarely get just because I'd rather get authentic tacos from a truck on Roosevelt, which I also like better. But their Tex mex tacos are bangin' Their Arepa Burger is really good, so basically it's a colombian burger with all the meat and toppings on top of a regular Arepa. Colombian burger If you want the buns is worth it. My dad and friends love the entraña burger but it's really not one of my go to's. The Chalupas (which I'm confused what a chalupa is because I thought it was a tostada, maybe they're the same thing) are tasty as hell.
