Melo (the owner) answered the call even before official office hours and assured me he'd take a look as soon as he could. By about 10:30 in the morning I had an estimate. The price was very fair for a catalytic converter and air flow sensor. He had the work done by that evening! He had offered to do the inspection but wanted me to drive it a bit before doing so. The next morning the check engine light was back on (he had warned me this could happen) and he was very accommodating to look at it again that day. It turned out there was another bad sensor and he replace that as well without charging any additional fees. He was always very responsive and accommodating, ensuring that my vehicle was taken care of and that I, as a single woman, felt confident. I highly recommend this business!

I took my BMW X3 to Jimmy to have the window regulators replaced. I had noticed while driving by…read morethat E&J frequently had BMW's in their bays being repaired, so I felt confident that they could repair something as simple as a window regulator. I paid over $360 for this repair, picked my vehicle up, and the very next day...I rolled down the window to let a bee out of the window as I waited outside to pick my daughter up after school...I heard a snap. The window regulator was malfunctioning again. I went by the shop to ask Jimmy if he had issues replacing them, and told him that the driver side rear was broken again just one day later. He didn't offer to take a look at it to see what the issue was...nothing. I vowed to never use the passenger side rear...afraid that the same thing would happen, and you know? Months later...I came out of the grocery store and my back window was down? I never touched this window, which means that it's possible that I've paid this young man for a job that was never done properly. I was ROBBED!
