When I was ready, I got in the car, drive 10 feet and had to stop. My car was clank-clanking. The covers were bent forward and very loose, hitting the rims. I stopped, reported to the Derrick, and he said he'd fix it. 10 min. later, he tells me that they didn't do anything to the covers to make them all loose, etc. Keep in mind, I had new tires installed months previously and a rotation done previously with NO PROBLEMS, with the same caliper covers. Derrick lectures me on the covers saying they are not made for my car, that they don't belong and they cause damage, and how I should just have them take them off. Umm.....Sir, why are you so hell bent on me taking something off MY car that YOU don't like. When I declined, he lowkey had an attitude and said "fine!" We will do "what we can." When I got in the car, same problem but louder, I had to go to work. Drove carefully. I called corporate, they told me the same thing....that the calipers don't belong on my car, etc. They were custom made for my car and have been PERFECT for 4 years. Now I can't help but to believe they messed them up on purpose. When I made it to work, I looked at my tire, the caliper had been bent forward, sliced thru, scraped all to be damned and flat out ruined. Fast forward, the manager called me and told me to bring the car back and he highly recommend that I take them off. Isn't that what they wanted all along? And they don't want to pay me for them for THEIR mistake. I'm seeking counsel. Why do I keep going back there? I think this is the last time. Just last year, they switched out my lugs for ones that don't go on mine. I pointed them out, bought the correct ones from the dealership and they DID reimburse me for those. But they've lost so many of my personalized valve caps until it's tiring. I'm just so UGH at companies like this. They SWEAR they can do no wrong. Just own up to your mistake and correct it. PLEASE?! Now I have got to come out of pocket for unnecessary BS, and go thru the changes of getting new caliper colors.

In the last couple of months I had gotten a new battery for my car but I got in it one day last week and it wouldn't turn over. NOTHING. I suspected it may be the starter, the alternator, a blown fuse or even worse, computer or electrical issues. I was able to start it with a jump, but any time I turned it off, it would not start again without one. Mike and Steve were able to get me in pretty quickly. These guys have a lot of integrity and perform good, honest work. They discovered the only thing wrong was faulty/loose battery cables and they got the repairs done quickly. The repair cost me less than $100. I'm grateful to have such a great auto shop in my area. I will be a customer for life here!

We immediately noticed their hours of operation and were happy to see they were open both Saturday and Sunday. We spoke with Nate who was helpful and friendly. He explained that one of our vehicles would need the safety inspection only (since it is less than three years old), and the other would need both safety and emission inspections. The cost seemed very reasonable, $13.60 for the safety inspection and $30.00 for the safety and emissions. Since it was already late afternoon, we made appointments for early Sunday afternoon. We dropped one vehicle off while we ran errands and they gave us a call and we came by and swapped vehicles. The entire experience was great and we will absolutely go back in the future. We will also inquire on tires for comparison when we are in the market for new ones.

I had to return the vehicle within a few days because my alignment was terribly off pulling to the left fairly hard They fixed it and I was on my way One month later I woke up to a completely flat tire and had to go back again. There was a hole in my new tire and it had to be patched. They charged me $33. It's frustrating to say the least as I expect that when you buy 4 new tires and an alignment you wouldn't need to keep returning with issues. I would not recommend this location and/or mavis in general as I am questioning the quality of their products.
