Nick from Latour Plumbing & Construction was sent to my home by Best Buy to pre-measure for a refrigerator replacement. He was extremely helpful and professional throughout the visit. He arrived on time, moved the old refrigerator, and even showed me how to do it myself. He also removed a piece of cabinet trim above the refrigerator that had been limiting my replacement options. In addition, Nick drilled a hole in the cabinetry at my request so that I could use the extra electrical outlet behind the refrigerator for my microwave. He also took the time to answer all of my questions about the refrigerator's water connection.
