Shaheen & Jason were fantastic. They communicated before arrival, which was very helpful for me to time getting to the property to meet them. They immediately jumped in with removing the old dishwasher, assessing what needed to be done, and getting it done. They were out of there in half the time that I thought it would take. They paid attention to all the details, including vacuuming up and cleaning and putting everything back in its place. They tested the machine to make sure it was fully functional, removed the old one and then went on their way. I have only good things to say about their work ethic, polite manners, and overall professionalism. I've already asked them about returning to replace another appliance. I am filing this complaint due to repeated service failures and misleading conduct by Latour Plumbing and Construction, LLC during a washer and dryer installation scheduled through Best Buy. Over the past three weeks, I missed work on three separate days because the contractor repeatedly failed to perform the service properly. The initial pre-inspection did not identify required installation components. On the next visit, the technicians asked me questions as if I were responsible for the pre-inspection, indicating poor internal communication. They also attempted to charge me additional fees for items and services already paid for through Best Buy. When I questioned the charges, the technicians left without completing the installation. These actions caused significant inconvenience, financial loss, and raised concerns regarding professionalism and transparency. read more

Very unprofessional and appears not to take their job serious enough to get things fully completed. Latour Plumbing and Construction was used as the 3rd party installer for a gas stove I bought from Lowes back in February. Things started when they missed the first drop off window and had to reschedule 3 weeks later. Once they did come and install the new stove in March, they never bothered to close out the permit in city hall. I've been chasing them for 9 months now and still no response to get this resolved. Unless you want headaches, I highly suggest looking for someone else to do any plumbing work. read more

So, I had a dryer that needed to be installed and was matched to them through Best Buy. Tony and Brady were wonderful from start to finish. The communication was perfect and I knew when they picked up the dryer-- and almost immediately they were at my house. The removal and installation was rapid and flawless. I noticed how neat they were wil installing the aluminum venting pipe. It took them little time to do an outstanding job--- hence 5 stars. I would call them again without a doubt. read more

I bought two dishwashers that needed installing. latour was contracted through Lowe's for the installation. Corbin and Nico showed up as scheduled. Corbin had some problem solving to do seeing as my house is over 110 years . He kept his cool was kind, and helpful explaining to me what was going on. I had to call them back because I had a problem after the installation. They came back that same day and solved the problem immediately I'm very impressed. read more

Very disappointing experience. The installation was postponed twice. When it was finally rescheduled, we were given an extremely large time window. I had to take a full day off work and wait at home the entire day -- and they never showed up. We were told that our appliance "wasn't ready at the store," which was not true! We have proof that it was ready that same morning. Moreover, the customer service was the worst part of the experience. The owner was very rude and aggressive by phone, instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally. Overall, extremely unprofessional service and terrible communication! read more

This company installed the dishwasher I bought through Costco. They had a hard time turning off the electricity and, after the fact, I found out that they had cut the line powering the insinkerator. When I called to get them to fix the problem they never answered the phone or returned my call. I had to pay an electrician to fix the damage that they purposely caused. In addition, one of the technicians used my bathroom without asking. Terrible service. read more
