Edwards customer service is above & beyond. I stayed on the Laughlin side for the memorial day weekend and wanted to rent some jet skis on Saturday, my hotel quoted me $180 for 2hrs and tried to swear that I wouldn't find a better price or deal. Well luckily for yelp and Edwards prompt replies, I found not only a better price but also quality and honesty. $137 including tax for 4hrs, starts when you hit the river, price included life vest, docking, safety tutorial, full-tank of gas. Only additional price you pay for is the gas you use which is pre-set prices($25 for 1/4 tank, $50 for 1/2 tank, $75 for 3/4 tank, etc.) Edward also goes over a safety inspection with you of the jet-skis so you know you're not getting swindled. On top of that, Ed threw in an extra hour despite it being a busy weekend. Definitely recommend this shop. read more

Edward was awesome! We ran out of gas and ended up tied to a tree in the middle of the river. Edward came within 20 minutes and was able to tow us to a boat launch. Not only did he do that, he had 2 of us go back with him and another guy on his jet skis to get our cars from another launch ramp. 100% recommend him, especially when we couldn't find any other tow to come get us for at least another hour. We called to get a deal for our 20 person group. I referenced the Groupon deal they seem to be running at this current time. The guy that answered the phone literally cut me off & said they don't offer Groupon deals & that Groupon is running that deal on their own. He then simply hung up the phone on me. Rudest guy ever. Honest and Respectful business! Came in this week and rented out 2 jet skis, for half day! Amazing price, which includes everything you need (Full Tank Gas, Tax, Life Jacket...). I thought the process to get us onto the water would take long, but literally 30 minutes and we were riding. I had 1 bad experience on the trip, and it had nothing to do with the business we conducted. For all of those out there who plan on bringing you phone along the way, i would def invest into a water proof pouch case. Brought the family for a mini vacation to Laughlin. Figured that we could get a seadoo no problem. We called a few spots and we were getting lot of "sold out,"and spots asking big deposits and high hourly rates without gas... kept searching Yelp for spots close to Bullhead community park. This spot came up! It was literally minutes from where we were. We walked in , signed a few papers, watched a quick video and we were done. He delivered it minutes later, we inspected it, he was super cool down to earth. He gave us a few pointers and we were off and riding..We rented it for half day , just enough time for kids and us to enjoy it without it sitting and not being used .Excellent Price!!.. I rented two Jet skis from Ed (The owner) on Saturday 09/01/2018 over Labor Day Weekend. He quoted me a price of $400 for 4 hours plus the cost of the gas. He was a man of his word because he did NOT try to charge me anything extra. He only charged me the agreed upon price. His service was also prompt because he got us in and out of the water in a timely manner despite being busy that day. The jet skis were adequate. This is a fairly new business and he has plans to grow by doubling his inventory of jet skis by next year. I would recommend him and I will likely rent from him again. read more

Today I was riding my jet ski that I just bought since I was moved from California and I had show a boat floating down the river and I see young mane driving his own ski having fun and he drives up to the boat jumps on it before it some kids because it was left on with no one in it. Can not say enough great things about our experience! Prices were super reasonable compared to a lot of other places and after reading horror stories regarding scams for other rental places at a lower price point we were nervous about renting from just anyone, however, Ed could not have been more honest. One flat fee that included everything except for gas. He had us video our rentals for our protection and pointed out various spots we should make sure to get on film. The rental process was smooth and he had us in the water within 15 minutes of us walking through the door. When we were done for the day, we simply called him and he was there to pick us up within minutes. Can not wait to rent from him again!!!! read more

We had 2 awesome days at the lake with our family and 2 Wave Runners from Bullhead & Laughlin Jetski rentals! Edward was incredible to deal with and made renting and towing super easy. The Wave Runners we rented from him ran like champs and didn't give us 1 second of issues. A lot of these places charge for a full tank of gas, even if you don't use it all, but not Bullhead & Laughlin Jetski Rental. With them, what you see is what you get.
