It's ok but. The people who work there are always sounding like they hate their job. They are always mean spirited and have no interest in their job. It was a huge mistake to celebrate my son's birthday at this place. It started from no one contacting me before the party to discuss final details and allow me to pre-order extra pizza for parents. This should've been a red flag. We came on time and spent 25min at the check-in. There were a thousand kids at this place, I don't exaggerate. Complete ghetto. Speaking of reduced capacity?! The staff were absolutely clueless 17 year olds who had no idea how to provide service and simply did not care. The rack designated for the party to leave gifts and shoes on wasn't available. Parents were carrying around jackets, boots and gifts. Our private room wasn't ready at the time our party was supposed to move there, we were delayed by half an hour. The table for 10 kids was long enough for 30 people - why?! Kids automatically picked seats 10feet apart - try taking a photo of the birthday boy with friends around... 2 extra pizzas for adults never arrived. The host didn't think of bringing a knife for the cake yet kept asking how else she could help. She brought it 10 minutes later and then said it was time to wrap up the party in 5 minutes. Basically, we had 20 minutes to stuff 6-7 year olds with pizza and cake and somehow enjoy the experience. She literally did NOTHING for us except forgetting important details of the event. The Bday t-shirt that was included in the package was never given to the bday boy. We were looking forward to our guests signing their names on it. I found one of the staff members and asked her about it, she went to check and never came back. We wanted to reload arcade cards when kids ran out of money, NO ONE could tell us how and where to do it. They kept sending us from one person to another. Kids bdays are not easy to plan, but I don't remember ever feeling so stressed and frustrated. Never again! read more

We went to the counter to check in, I stated to the man at the counter that we were late for our reservation because we could not find the entrance He stated to me in front of my two children. I went there today for a birthday party ... the place is really well run, with separate areas for kids based on sizes, a dodge-ball ref that keeps the discipline and the fun for everyone, and well monitored jumping areas. I've been to quite a number of trampoline parks with my kids, and this was definitely one of the more pleasurable ones, both for my kids and for my blood pressure. The only negatives are the size (it's a little on the smaller side, and thus probably not suited for older teenagers) and the ridiculous and Draconian release that seems common to many of the trampoline parks (I can only hope they won't hold up in court). Still, overall, a great well-run place where you can comfortably take your kids for a good time. read more

Took the kiddos here a few weeks ago. It was our first visit to a trampoline park and the kids were super excited, so I bought 2-hour tickets ($25 each) thinking we'd be there for a while. Also bought the grippy socks ($2 for 5). The kids enjoyed the foam pit and jumped around a bit in the other play areas. They got bored after 45 minutes and wanted to leave. We ended up sitting around at the snack stand for a little bit and then leaving. It was okay, but we probably won't be back anytime soon. My kids (and my husband, I am pregnant so couldn't jump:-) had an absolute blast here! My children are 4 and 2 and can sometimes be timid or intimidated in a crowded place, so the toddler area was perfect for them. They also loved bouncing into the foam pits where they got to have a turn one at a time. We wondered whether they would want to jump for longer than an hour, but by the end of the hour they were worn out and ready to go. Its great that they have some arcade games and a snack bar to transition out of leaving in case you're met with any resistance: "The jumping is over but we can do a few arcade games." "Lets get a slush for the ride home" My son can't wait to have his next birthday party here! read more

Daughter and her best friend went here last week. They said that other trampoline parks they'd been to were much better and said there was not really a lot to do there besides jumping, only dodge ball, which didn't appear entertaining because the "referee" just stands there and does nothing as the kids throw balls at each other. There was this one area I noticed that had the pit where you jump in and there are supposed to be foam cubes, but it was covered with a black vinyl tarp. What the heck? Kids were still jumping in it, and it was covered with a black vinyl tarp! Why it was covered, I don't know. The staff, which were mainly teenagers, walked around the trampoline areas and just did nothing really. We are not planning on going again. read more

It was a fun place overall but it gets kind of old after the first hour. My kids are very energetic and liked it but when we got in the car they mentioned that they wouldn't come back because it was the same old same old. Worst experience I've had, kids are excited to jump and they tell us a 2 hour wait. 2 and 3 year olds don't understand that, get your stuff together. We came on Mother's Day and it was pretty quiet. I guess that was license for the staff to stand around and do essentially nothing. Although there are many rules posted, it seemed that the kids working were unable to identify all of the ones that were incessantly broken since we arrived. These like 7 or 8 y.o.s were running wild and getting under foot for at least 45 minutes that I saw. There is also a sign about how tall you need to be for the bigger court and at least 3 toddlers were on there with their parent. THEN, and this is my favorite part, these two teenagers of color start running around and are told multiple times by more than one staffer to stop running. Now these are the same staff who have been ignoring the little white kids the entire time. (The staff are both black and white.) Finally I asked one of the staff, after the older kids were scolded again why it was okay for the little kids to run around (like they had been doing for almost an hour), but when the other kids did it, it wasn't. He said the little kids were too fast. I told him they were actually a greater safety risk since they have no awareness and keep getting under foot. Then I decided I was all done jumping. I just had my daughter's birthday party there and I love the idea of bouncers as my kids always have fun on them. Although this place is clean and had enough trampolines the party package was not worth it. We were given ample amount of time to jump but when it came time to eat and have cake that was another story. First, I had ordered the chicken wings platter and they were practically burnt on one of the platters. I had asked if they could replace them and they did. But when they brought out the new batch a couple of my guests had said that it was cold on the inside. My cousin had asked to have them fixed again. Then when it came to the cake my daughter didn't even get a chance to blow out the candles. I don't get that. I didn't know we weren't allowed to light candles. All they did was cut the cake and the mediocre singing of Happy Birthday was blah. Then we thought we were going to run out of food and my husband had asked for additional pizzas. We waited and waited and they never came. I don't even think they were working on them. I give the trampolines 5 stars but my experience was 1 star. read more

Everytime I go to launch I bring my two children under the age of 2. Usually it cost me $15 I have been going there now for over a year apparently the price has changed and it's now $30 that's a little upsetting that for over a year it's only 15 and then one night we come in and its 30. the manager his name is Chuck on duty was the rudest manager I have ever dealt with in my entire life. My toddler is going to jump for less than 20 minutes I asked for an exception due to that fact that it is usually 15 and that is what we always pay. where now that we know its 30 we will not be coming again he refused the exceptions mind you not a single soul jumping. Over a dozen times coming at a price of 15. "I already got my exception over a dozen times" according to him. Then he continued his speal with comparing this place to the movie theater. You would think that with not a soul jumping he would allow two 18 months old to jump for twenty minutes at a price we always pay. He was just rude and he lackedcustomer service skills. I have been in the industry my entire life and never have I met anyone that didn't seem to.have an y compassion about his job, clearly this was a mistake on launches behalf and we get punished for it. read more

Gave myself a day to write this review because I was so livid last night. I have been here several times before and I never really had any issues. i received an email with a promotion so I took the kids out last night. While I sat on the viewing deck I saw kids getting angry at each other to the point of cussing. One older kid (late teens) went over to the manager after having yelled at the referee (teen staff member) to complain about the ref not enforcing rules and playing favorites. When I saw that I thought I would stand in front of the dodgeball court to keep a close eye on the what the kids were saying and doing. I saw the teen ref talking to one kid as he allowed some kids to do what they wanted while forcing others out of the game. At one point, an older teen drilled a ball to my 8 yr olds head and I called him out on it. My older son complained about the ref, so I told him, so and tell someone at the front desk as someone has already complained too, maybe they'll switch him out. BIG mistake. My son went, and the teen staff member at the desk came and told all the other teen staff and they formed a circle around the ref. The ref got really mad and wanted them to point out who told on him. One of the kids that had been playing and had close talks with the ref walked over and said, "don't tell me it was that white kid." At this point I jumped in and said, "I sent my son." The ref got mad and challenged everything I said, not following the rules, not enforcing the - no head shots, etc. He was getting so angry that one of the other teen staff got in front of him and told him to let it go and that I was right. At that point I grabbed my kids and went to speak to the manager. The manager made me wait 10 minutes before coming to speak to me. When he did, he gave me my money back and said he was sorry, and that was it. My son told me in the car that while he was there he was being called a fag and a cracker. We're actually Hispanic, so its not like I've never heard racist slurs before, but regardless its NEVER okay to have it said period, and for the staff to do and say nothing about it either, was extremely frustrating. I think that teen staff members need to be better trained for situations like these but overall this could have all been prevented had management addressed this the first time there was a complaint. read more

Most horrible place to celebrate your child's bday party.. I booked my sons bday party for 18 children.. and accompanying 18 kids. I had the most horrible experience to find myself carrying to serving drinks to all the party guests. When we reached there were only 2 jugs and one bowl of popcorns. As per the party package we took it was suppose to have unlimited popcorns and unlimited drinks. I was surprised that for a party of 18 kids and 18 elders there was only two jars of drink( 1 was water and the other 1 was pink lemonade). With 18 kids the lemonade got over and all the kids did not even get the first helping. I run to the pantry to call the girls to give some more lemonade. From the pantry I carried the lemonade jugs to the party with people staring at me as if I did have party host. As per the package I get a dedicated party host. Really? They only kept 1 bowl of popcorns. As per the package popcorns were unlimited. When I asked for another bowl of popcorns they said the machine broke we can substitute that with ice cream. Really? First of all you should have kept atleast 2 bowls of popcorns not one. As per the party package party favors were suppose to have a bottle and sunglasses in it. When I reached home my son and daughter they opened the bottles to find nothing inside it. I checked with other friends and they confirmed there was only a bottle. It is clearly written on the website that the party favour includes a bottle and sunglasses. My son wanted to have a bday at launch and now with this experience my daughter does not want to. They offered me some free gift cards and other things which I believe are of no use to me because of this experience. I will highly NOT recommend this place to anyone. read more

THIS PLACE IS ALWAYS BUSY!! Whenever I pass by the place on the highway on the weekends, I look for a second to see that the entire parking lot is FULL of cars. I've only gone to this place three times, and there is a reason for that. Forget about going to this place in the summer, because the BS YMCA groups take up the parking lot with their three or four buses. It's best to go to this place at night on the week days, because no one will be there. When you get into the place, you are required to sign a waiver, which is nothing out of the ordinary, but then they make u give them your FULL name, and ADRESS, and all of this personal stuff that does not need to be there on the waiver. Once u get into the place, you can do a couple of things; go bounce in the main pit, play basketball, dodgeball, or go jump into the foam pit. The foam pit smells like shit, though, so I wouldn't recommend it, but overall, this place is really good. read more

We had our son's 6th birthday party here last spring. He had fun, and the party went well. I naively thought that Joey the kangaroo would make an appearance to at least give the kids a high five or give the birthday boy a hug, but he didn't. He is in the birthday party photos on the website which I had shown my kid and some of the wording made it sound like he would be at the party. When I inquired with someone that worked there, she said to the effect "well I could ask someone to go get the suit on, but it would take like 20 minutes". She asked when our party was starting and I told her that it was nearly ending, and people were likely to start leaving soon, so don't worry about it. When we were getting into the car, my son did say disappointingly, Joey didn't come. All in all a fun place, but can't help but think for all that money for a birthday party there, the kangaroo should pop in. read more
