Well i was with my friends heading to the Aero Trampoline Park when all the sudden we go to the checkout (we already paid online) when this gur at the desk started being rude because it was fricken toddler fricken time and i fricken already paid for the god damn tickets and they lady was pmo so we left and we watched like 7 more people go in and get rejected not only taht but toddler time is not on the website if says nothing about taht and ON TOP OF FLIIPPING THAT THERE WAS ONE FLIPPING TODDLER IN THE WHOLR FLIPPING PARK what the hell are we gonna do run them over or something like smack them and her mom was telling the lady it was my freinds bday and she didn't careso that was my experience at that musty dusty crust ass place 10/10 never recommend do not go do not give money they are very mean not on website and IM MAD GRRRRR read more

We came "all the way here" from Cranston for a 5 year old friend's birthday party and it was worth the drive. I was apprehensive when we got the invite because I thought it was going to be one of those insane trampoline parks that are mobbed with teens doing air flips... but when we got here (mid day on a Saturday) we were pleasantly surprised to find it was wide open, not too busy, and had plenty of different separated areas with age-appropriate fun for toddlers to teens (to adult, and there were indeed a few older folks bouncing). I was comfortable with my 4 year old playing in the entire space which was clean and well-staffed. The birthday party was seamless and I could see the staff was working hard and attentive. read more

So fun. No really. 9m-109, age has no limits at a place like this. However if you have bad knees, you might want to reconsider. We have enjoyed ourselves 5 or 6 times now at this jump park. It had a lot to offer. I like the general trampoline area but the kids love the rock wall, balance wire, toddler area and the battle cages. There are a lot of older kids so if your children are toddlers or even k-3rd grade, be very careful of who they're jumping around. Broken bones are not easily fixed and one good jump to the ankle will do just that. I wish they had a better drink and snack area, hopefully that will be updated soon. read more

This is a really good trampoline park. Prices are about same as Launch, Altitude etc. It's pretty big and has foam pit, basketball hoop, slide/play structure for kids. My only complaint is that it was freezing (my kid was jumping, not me). It's probably fine if you're jumping. There's also a bunch of couch like seats and chairs. I sat in a chair (totally not paying attention to signage on it) and was asked to move which was awkward. Apparently it says alarm sounds if not paying for a massage A little bizarre. We have a ridiculous expensive one from Cardis at home that trumps this thing (don't ask- my husband bought it while I was couch shopping) so it's not like I was trying to steal seat. Anyway, just kind of odd. They don't serve food here either so don't come hungry, or bring snacks. read more

Went here for my daughter's friend's birthday party. She had a great time. She did wish they had more things to do when taking a break from bouncing, but she otherwise had no complaints. Can't speak to prices as I didn't have to pay anything. There were several staff walking around keeping kids in appropriate areas and making sure they were playing safely. My only complaints had to deal with sanitation. All of the hand sanitizer devices were empty, which drives the nurse in me nuts... LOL! Luckily, I always have some with me. And the smell... I swear I had flashbacks to being in high school in a gym locker-room. I'm not sure what is causing it, but if I were them, I would invest in air freshener or something because it made several of the parents feel nauseous. Luckily for the kids, they are nose blind to those sorts of things. They do have some refreshments and a place for the parents to sit. There are cubbies for shoes and such and lockers available to rent to put valuables in. All in all, I would say it's a good place for kids to hang and get some exercise. It's a little out of my way, so I can't see us coming here regularly. read more

My kids got head lice from this place, assuming the toddler foam pit since that's where they spent most of their time. I know for a fact this is where they got it from because they do not go to daycare and weren't around any other kids for 3 weeks or so. Noticeably filthy everywhere, will not go back. read more

Been here a million times.. have always had a blast. Unfortunately this time- there was no parent pass available to purchase. I always love to do a little bit of jumping with my daughter and friends. Got here right at opening 3:00pm on a Tuesday it was completely dead. I stepped foot on one trampoline and a staff member was there in moments to "kick me off". I couldn't even believe it !!! An employee kicks her out of the chair because they're "pay to sit" only. This is my son's current favorite spot. We come here once a weekend at this point. For little ones 8 bucks an hour can't be beat. The park is clean and the staff are excellent. A lot of times over zealous staff can really ruin the experience but here their focus is on fun and safety. They don't not pick your kids over little stuff. The staff are always full of high fives and big smiles. Truly welcoming. Management seems to really care about the place. Constantly adding improvements and new features. The giant jungle gym is a hit and offers something different than the trampolines. My 5-year-old spends about half his time climbing and making friends. Can get busy in the afternoons, come around opening but be aware sometimes the park can be closed for private events. Maybe call ahead the night before? Overall I'll continue to come here. I even have my own pair of socks and will jump with my son. Excellent exercise. Bring something you won't mind sweating in. read more

We went there to see if our 3yr old would love the place before booking an event there. We loved how big the area was. The staff was very helpful with questions we had. Our son at first was shy to jump but about 5min In he was everywhere from the general trampoline area to foam pits to the playground. We are so excited to have a trampoline park nearby. We have been 2x and my 12 year old loves it. They appear to have a toddler area too. I paid $14 for the boys to jump for an hour plus socks which I think were about $2. Last night was glow in the dark which the kids loved. read more

We've been here twice, once for a birthday party and the second time we came for the Friday $20 special. Staff here has been attentive, polite, and helpful. My ONLY issue with this place, and hence the 4 stars, is the Friday night DJ. We brought our younger daughter here with a couple of friends and the music is not age appropriate for younger children. Aside from inappropriate music, this DJ has only one genre: hip/hop. No variety in the music like a decent DJ would have. We even requested a song (that you could bounce around to) to mix it up and he never played it, just continued with the monotony of the same music. The music is more suited for an 18+ club instead of a family environment. I wish I could rate just the DJ because I would give one star. read more

This place is amazing I had my sons 4th birthday party there Saturday night and the staff that was on and in charge of my party was absolutely amazing they were extremely helpful and outgoing!! The young man in charge of our party Jaquis Vieira was amazing every step of the way and extremely great with my over joyed and over sugared party kids running all around. From booking my party to arriving to the The facility Kaitlyn buote made us feel welcomed and was with us every step of the way with any questions we might of had. It's a great spot to get energy out especially as the weather gets cold! Have been here multiple times this week, clean and family friendly. However, about 20 people here today and half of them have there masks under their chins. And no one is enforcing the mask policy. I bring my autistic 5 year old here regularly. He doesn't communicate. He refused to jump after ticket purchase, we guessed he might be hungry, a stressful but common situation. They don't sell food, just candy and sugar, I would have gladly purchased food if they sold it. so I ran to the nearest McDonald's out of desperation. Upon entering the building two staff including the manager snapped at me and said I can't bring outside food in. I explained my son's autism situation and they didn't care & continued to shame for not reading one of the 20 tiny flyers upon entry, if it's posted, I have yet to see it. I was forced to bring him outside in the freezing cold to eat. Later on, I saw two adults with outside food eating & no staff said anything to them. Further, I see outside food here all the time. Lastly, they rudely tell you to times up as if you're stealing from them when your time is up! Still had 2 minutes left by the way. Let me tell you something, I never want to be there longer than what I paid for & like most parents, I want to leave before my time ends, it's loud cold & uncomfortable. Certainly enforce your policies but you get one star because you're rude and you're attitudes are lousy. So you reap what you sow and you earned my one star. read more

Terrible experience- I went today with my 10yr old, 5 yr old and 2 yr old. The attendants were only attending to their phones and when my two yr old was barrelled down due to "Malaysia" and her neglence I had enough. She literally laughed and said she was in charge of when kids go down but she couldn't even be bothered to put her cell phone down. I had my daughters 10th birthday party on Friday 5/4/18. From start to finish it was an amazing experience. I had decided that this would be the last big birthday party as we were celebrating my daughter entering double digits. When I spoke to Lisa, the manager, I told her my intention was to invite about 75 kids and she didn't bat an eye. Her confidence in her staff's ability to handle this size of a party put me at ease. I mentioned that I wanted to have an area for the children to be able to hang out and dance and that I hoped to book a photo booth to memorialize the occasion and she was awesome helping me work out the details. I really love that they allow outside food. Pizza is offered for the kids, but to be able to bring in outside food made the party more enjoyable (bearable) for the adults. The staff was really attentive and very creative setting up the room. The kids had a blast and there was plenty to keep them entertained for the whole party. Thanks again! read more

My 2 year old daughter loves coming here. Great place to bring your kids. The first few times was great, this time was lacking. Too many young kids working there with no adult staff on shift. I wish they would clean that bathrooms with more frequency and clean the park better. I never had a problem before but this time the park area smelled extremely bad. They should have an age limit in the park area, too many older kids running around knocking over the little ones. Warning to parents, accompany your toddlers inside the junglegym. I went with my daughter and this little boy who must have been 4 or 5 years old and had taken off his pants and underwear and was completely naked & jumped on her and threw her to the ground.. but aside from that, she loves going there read more

Great for childern, they love the high energy in this place, great for birthdays and to take your hyper childern to have a great way to burn energy, met kids there own age, and just enjoy having fun.
