I used their wash-and-fold service. The quality of the wash and folded clothes were very high. At some wash and fold places, the clothes come back with a few wrinkles. I was incredibly impressed to find that not only were all of my clothes perfect, some of them were actually hanged on hangers at no additional charge! The one thing that keeps them from getting 5 stars is that they advertise same-day pickup on their website, but when I asked they weren't able to commit to that. read more

The ultimate gift to yourself--have someone do your wash. The wash and fold is very good here. You bring in a BIG bag of your dirty things and they fold it better than anyone I know. I recommend it for a birthday gift to yourself or for those days that you need the wash done while at work. Multitasking at it's best. I don't like using public laundry places especially with the whole COVID19 situation but when I must LAUNDERLAND WASH & DRY is definitely my go to spot! The machines are well kept and the place is cleaned regularly so it's usually immaculate when I come in. The prices are affordable, I highly recommend giving them a try. It's the safest spot in East Phoenix :) The employees are very helpful and friendly as well! read more

Dropped my clothes off on my way to work at 8:30am. Picked clothes up on my way home from work at 5:45pm. Everything was clean and folded or on a hanger. Both women I spoke with were friendly and courteous. Could you ask for anything better? read more

I really wanted to like this place because it's so close to my home and it was so convenient to drop laundry off in the morning and pick up the same day after work. Unfortunately some of my clothing items were missing and when I called to see what happened, the person who works there brushed me off with a well polished speech of how it was definitely an accident but to call later to speak to the other person. Both my husband and I have called back 7 times however they keep telling us that the person we need to speak to is not there and to call back again later. This place is ridiculous! I was okay with the prices but stealing someone's clothing items is just not right! Stay away if you want to keep your clothes! read more

I went to this place because of the stellar reviews for their wash & fold service, but decided to also drop off my dry-cleaning, for convenience's sake. The wash and fold service is just as amazing as everyone else writes - efficient, easy, they did a fabulous job and it was SUPER cheap. The dry-cleaning service, on the other hand, is horribly expensive. I walked out of there paying $18 for a ton of wash&fold laundry (yay!) but an additional $100(!!!) for a handful of dry-cleanable items, none of which had special instructions/stains/leather/etc. Also, they significantly overcharge for shirt service - $6-8 a shirt!! It's $2 and under at other places in the S. Valley. I will definitely go back to this place for my wash & fold, probably every week because it's so quick and cheap, but I will never make the mistake of dropping off dry-cleaning there again. if you do, make sure you get a price quote first. read more

This place does a fantastic job on wash-and-fold laundry. Their price is about average ($1.50 / lb) but the quality and speed are top-notch. I often drop off about 20 lbs of laundry before work and it is ready---washed, neatly folded and packaged in paper---by 5:30pm the same day. The staff are very friendly, and they even give out lint rollers as Christmas gifts! Highly recommended. read more

Very expensive coin laundry. 4.00 up for wash. Dryers are 25 cents for 8 mins. The dryers (the 2 we used) required an extra 50 cents, after starting with 75 cents to get them pretty well dry...but not completely. I think we'll look for another to try in the future. read more

Launderland Menlo Park is an extremely great place to do my laundry...clean & upgraded including TV, fans, vending machine, newer machines, Apple Pay on many. Pari the owner is very friendly & helpful. You can also drop laundry off in the morning & it's ready at the end of the day. 5 stars from Julie read more

New owners are friendly, helpful and exceedingly polite. You can't see the laundromat from El Camino. It's on the corner off a side street near Applewood pizza. Nice to see owners who care. There is a little parking lot on the corner. read more

$$$$$$ it took almost $4 a dry 3 loads of laundry each load. If not more. The washer was broke and I had to redo one of the washes which they did. It shouldn't cost $10 a load to do laundry. Maybe the owners need to look into fixing the dryer so they actually dry clothes. And the hot water and the washers I don't think we're hot. was hoping for a good washer place in Menlo Park but now I guess not read more

Came here at 8:29pm only to wash and take back home to dry as my washing machine doesn't accommodate my large comforters but my dryer does. And the cleaning woman would not let me in. So don't even bother coming in at any time close to 8:30. read more

Sad to say, this place is kind of a disaster. They stained my wedding shirt and then destroyed it in the stain removal process. The owner of the business was very sincere in her apology and promptly refunded my money, but the issue speaks to the broader concerns about this place: zero organization, zero technology (not even a computer to keep track of orders!), and zero communication. Not sure how a place like this can survive. read more

The wifi is almost never working! Keep this in mind if you're looking for a laundromat with internet connection. It is almost always broken, and the staff have no interest in making any attempt to get it fixed. This was the entire reason for me coming to this laundromat, and all for naught. read more

I'll be the first to admit I do not like to do laundry and for the first 11 years that I lived in MP I dropped my laundry off here. I'm now doing my own laundry and I received a good laundry lesson from Pari the owner. I now enjoy my Hour getting my laundry done I feel a sense of accomplishment. I have been going here for over 2 years now to use the wash and fold service. It started out great and I was very happy. But over the last 6 months to a year, articles have gone missing, clerk is not there during open hours, and this morning I waited 1/2 hour for the place to open and no one came. It was very strange that when I called up to ask about having a small sheepskin carpet approximately 3x2 cleaned, that they don't clean them there. I said to the lady, that the ad says they do dry clean them. She said no we don't, and that was the end of the conversation! I wonder why the add says that you can have leather cleaning through them! I will never use them again for dry cleaning. Was heading for a business trip and went to pick up my clothes as on my tag. Rude lady name Gaby said it was not there. I said I have to have the clothes so please call your third party cleaner. Se did and said I would pay when I reached that location for pickup. I said there is no reason for me to pay especially since I now have to drive to redwood city. She said fine but it's not my fault.... She clearly does not know how to speak with customers. Thus company should consider who that hire or they will lose a lot of potential customers. read more

Pari the owner hung up on me because he didn't want to hear a complaint from a 40 year resident of the neighborhood. Our (2) 100.00 comforters were THROWN TO THE TRASH!!!! in the morning, despite NOT ONE SIGN THAT SAYS THAT IS THEIR POLICY. Not only is this RUDE and poor business, i can tell you that this IS NOT State law, and laundrymats all over Southern California will bag up clean laundry and hold it in the office till the next day as a COURTESY. My 84 year old mother got confused that i had not picked up the two comforters, so she didnt realize this until the next day, were she was told they were "Thrown out." Are there not even poor people in the area or the Goodwill that could have benefitted from our loss? Not to mention that at Thanksgiving i went there and put 9.00 in quarters in the machine and the door would not lock. There was nobody to help. A random crazy guy went by and slammed the door shut and i got to watch my 9.00 wash nothing. I would not be at the laundrymat if i were rich and 9.00 was not a lot of money. I never called to try to get my money back as i was sure that Pari or whoever the owner was it would be an ordeal to get refund as i am sure they dont have anything on video tape and there was not a worker there to note my loss. So between being hung up on by "Pari" who has ZERO customer service skills and losing the TWO comforters to the trash, and the 9.00 would be better off going anywhere but here. read more

Today was the last time I will ever do my laundry at this place. The washers with the top loading soap and softner are full of standing water. God only knows what is in the water. The front loading washers have built up soap and fabric softner in them you have to ask that they be cleaned out so your not getting someone elses soap and softner on your clothes. The dryers never work. At times there are 5 to 6 dryers that don't work. Today 4 of the dryers I used didn't dry my clothes. I wasted at least an hour because I had to move them to another dryer to get them dry. And they didnt bother to put out of order signs on the dryers that weren't drying the clothes. Yes , they gave me my money back, but what about my time. And they let people eat on the folding tables and change diapers on them. Never have i seen anyone cleaning them. The place is just a mess. When I told the owner today I wasn't ever coming back, he couldn't of cared less. He told me those dryers are 30 years old, but they still work. I told him no they don't not if I have to wait 2 hrs for the clothes to dry plus spending more money. Well they won't be getting my money anymore. Another thing evertime you go in he's raised the price if the washers and lowered the time on the dryers that you get for 25 cents. I will be looking for a new place even if I have to drive further. I gave them one star because yelp won't let you post without giving something. They are actually minus 10 stars. I will say that the ladies that work there are very nice and helpful. They can't help if the owner doesn't maintain his machines. So 5 stars for the ladies, but zero for the owner. read more
