He is so flexible with timing and doesn't hesitate to walk up three flights when I'm sick, truly remarkable. I'll never use another shop. I like to use 2 bigger washers (price is $6.50 each for biggest size) when i do my laundry and i am amble to fit 2 weeks worth of laundry in these washers. The dryers are 25 cents for 6 mins so if you put in 5 quarters it will be for 30mins. Every machine is coin operated and there is a change machine and an atm in the laundromat. Every time I get hanging clothes back, I need to re-iron them because collars are ironed in the wrong place, pockets are crushed, or things got wrinkled after being laundered because of how they transport their orders. One time, I got an entire order back smelling of cigarettes. After denying it, they told me the driver had been smoking in the car, but refused to refund it. I spoke with the owner 4 times about my past order, which he kept promising would be taken care of. Finally, when I asked when he'd be picking up the stuff that wasn't laundered properly, as he'd promised he would do, he yelled at me saying, "There are no guarantees in life. I don't need your business."

I dropped it off; (parking is not an issue). They charge by the pound at pretty reasonable rate. They also follow instructions for any special asks, such as fragrance free detergent and softener, etc. You get a text on your phone with the progress from beginning to end so you are aware when your sparkling clean laundry is ready. I was kinda amazed, but more impressed. It didn't take long to do at all, and when I showed up an hour & half early, they already had it bagged and ready in the back. Now, it's a small lil place to do your own laundry, so wear yuh mask and side-step past other folks if you plan to do that.
