I'm pretty sure Ashley, the attendant, could tell I'd never been to a laundromat before. She patiently answered all of my dumb questions with the utmost professionalism. I had some time to observe her. She never stopped cleaning, put carts away for easy access, and interacting with other customers. The place was spotless. The machines were fast and easy to use. I'm a bit shocked how nice this place is and how helpful Ashely was. I actually drove ~25 minutes from Tustin just to come here (based on the glowing Yelp reviews and great pictures.) I will continue to make the drive just to come here. I cannot stress enough how helpful Ashely was to my experience. The girl deserves a raise! To the owners: Please open more locations! Wow! I'm a little hesitant to write a review because I'd hate to see this place get super crowded. What a great place though. When you think about it, it's not really that expensive considering how much laundry you can do in one of the 4 load machines. I figured out that due to them being high efficiency that you don't have to use to much soap either so that cut down on the cost. I do have to mention the A/C. Who hates going to the laundromat on a hot day? I hate the heat. This place has the most awesome air conditioning (my husband owns his own AC business so I know cool when I feel it). Clean - Holy smoke! I don't think my housekeeper cleans as well as the people here do. It's spotless. Attendants - I had help from one of the gals working there (I saw two though). I hadn't been to a laundromat for 20 years so I had brought quarters. The gal was so sweet and super helpful. That alone gives them 5 stars. In this day and age of bad customer service it was refreshing to meet nice people. The Owners - I met one of the owners and his wife this morning. Again, the customer service was outstanding. He introduced himself and told me a little about the place. For me, I'd rather go to this laundromat for 2 hours and get my laundry all done at once. Doing laundry all day at home sucks. One load after another, ugh! All other laundromats can use this place as a shining example of how all laundromats should be. read more

Yes, the prices for the machines are a little bit pricier than other places. But I honestly don't think it's by much comparing it to other places in the area. And what you get in return is a SUPER CLEAN location with ample air conditioning, vending machines, a working cable television that usually has cartoons on it, enough carts and counter space to go around, comfortable seating, and charging stations everywhere. I can do ten loads of laundry in less than an hour so no more two hours+ sitting at the laundromat twiddling my thumbs. Being a young woman that is not originally from Long Beach and was not originally used to frequenting laundromats, my main concern going to different places is how comfortable I felt. Was it clean, is the location sketch, are there weird people, will the machines be working. I don't have to worry about ANY of that here. PLUS! The lady that's here is always SOOOOO helpful and friendly and is constantly making sure all the areas are spotless. Definitely my laundromat of choice after 5 years of bouncing between places. So glad we found this place. While in town from Utah, we needed somewhere to wash our clothes, as our air bnb did not have a washer for us to use. This was only two blocks away from where we were staying so we got lucky! We were greeted as we walked in one of the attendants helped us get our washer set up. The area is very clean, modern, and machines look brand new. The carts are all brand new, and there are really nice white granite top counters to fold your clothes on. For a medium size machine wash, soap, softener, and dry, it only cost us $5.75. Very glad we found this place on our stop in! read more

I washed clothes here today for the first time and I was very happy with the facility and service. Having the option to use your credit or debit card instead of coins to get a card to use the washing machines is great and so convenient. The staff was very friendly, the facility very clean, and I loved all the vending machines that provided soap, snacks, and even coffee or hot chocolate. An especially helpful and awesome detail is the little sign that tells you how much liquid or pod soap you should use. I will be definitely coming back here for all my laundry needs read more

I come from north Hollywood. Yeah I know it's a little strange for me to be doing laundry all the way down south. Regardless why I chose to lose my mind and travel far to do laundry all I can say is this spot is by far the best spot to do laundry. Staff here are very friendly and accommodating. It's not as busy and plenty of wide space to fold in piece. Machines are up to par and you can tell they take care of the machines. They wash really good! I had used the biggest machine. A 8 load machine for a reasonable price. The dryers here work a little too well I'm used to having to keep drying at other places but the dryers here are worth the 45 cents for 8 mins. Will be coming back if I find myself feeling adventurous for a wash! read more

Clean and efficient! This just opened around the corner from my home. I have a smaller stacked washer/dryer at home so I have to use a laundromat for my comforters. The parking lot is spacious, the floors are clean and right away I was approached by the friendly staff to help me. Staff is so friendly and helpful! It sucks you can't use coins instead you have to buy a card and load money to use it but you get a $2 bonus. They have huge and I mean huge machines along with an equal size dryer which is great because it makes it easier to be quick. Also I went during the later part of the day and it was awesome not to find any sketchy people or transients you usually see at any laundromat - this place feels safe (if you've had to do laundry at a coin op - you know what I mean). As much as I dislike the laundromat I will be back to wash my heavy duty items here. read more

Read the rave reviews on this place and so far it holds true! The staff are super friendly and greet you the moment you walk in. Props to Jackie for showing my husband and I how to get the card, how to load the cards, how the washing machine works, etc. Then Ashley introduced herself and offered assistance if we needed it. Super clean, super modern, purchase a laundry card from the machine and you can then use the card for the laundry vending machine, purchase bleach and soap, and edit your machine cycles .. extra long wash, extra hot, extra rinse,.... Whatever you like. I like this place alot, they're arent any vagrants here, but I end up going to an all night laundromat a lot since I work nights and am often awake & productive in the wee hours. read more

Super clean. Great new equipment. Free WiFi. The attendants are very friendly and helpful. While walking me through how it works there (you have to buy a card ($1) and load it with money. She explained that the washes are a bit more expensive (cost based on the water temp you choose) but that because they are new high efficiency machines the clothes come out of the wash clean and drier, so you end up spending less on the dryers. Seemed REALLY expensive, but I hadn't been to a laundromat in years. It was $6 to wash a comforter in a "double" washer and then another $2 to dry it. read more

This place is solid! Nice, clean, large machines to wash in. The instructions on them are clear and easy to understand. There are machines for different sized loads which is nice. Not hair or gunk stuck in the machines like some places I have been. Clean granite counter tops to fold your clothes on. Vending machine full of snacks, TVs with the game on. Free wifi if you want to work or play on your phone. You can use cash or a card to load up a laundry card to pay for your wash. The only issue with that is if you have money left on it but didn't come back then you lose that money, but so far I keep coming back! The parking lot is a bit small so sometimes it is difficult to find parking but this place is worth it. I have never done the drop-off service, so I have no idea how that is but if you want to do your own laundry this is the place! read more

This is one of the best, cleanest laundromats I have ever been to. The prices are more expensive, but this place has AC, wi-if and charging outlets. They have 2 load washers and up to 7 load. So if you have a family, you can get them all done at once. The attendants are super helpful and very friendly, seems as if they enjoy their jobs. The bathroom is very clean, and can only be accessed with a laundry card. The driers are good, and take about 24 minutes and cost 30-45 cents/8 minutes. Like I said, pricey, but definitely worth it. I will be back when I have to do laundry again and bring my laptop to do work. Also, you get $5 free on your birthday if you want to do laundry on it. read more

Believe the hype!! I've been to many laundromats and none compare to this one. I dread having to do my laundry especially at my building bc the washer and dryer is downstairs. I decided to check Laundry Guys out to wash my comforter, all my towels, and a couple of loads of clothes. I was in and out in about an hr and a half. Started coming here recently not long after they opened. The dryers are great and high powered, so stuff dries pretty fast. I can usually get everything I need done in about an hour, including folding. The staff is also really friendly and attentive. My first time here they guided me to the right size machines, which are easy to use. Today I accidentally overloaded one of the small 2 load washing machines with towels, so it didn't wring out my towels. It was my mistake but Bill took care of the spin and dry for me even though it was my mistake, which I greatly appreciated. They value your business and time here, which is great. read more

The employees need training on how to deal with racial diversity within the organization. I frequent this location reguarly and most times I'm asked for my name. While others casually walk in and out without being asked. I'm told by employees its due to Covid-19 protocols which I understand. But if this is the case why isnt there someone at the door asking everyone who enters for their name and explaining this Covid-19 policy? The employees pick and choose who they want to enforce these rules to and its a form of inequality and racism. This location is the best it is always very clean and the employees are always ready and willing to help with any questions or concerns especially the manager Jackie she goes above and beyond She's very polite and hospitable to everyone she comes into contact with and is all around just a great beautiful person to have a chat with. Even my son who seven years old likes coming to this laundromat with me he watches cartoons on the TV and get snacks out of the vending sheet. The only downside is the parking during the busy hours you're most likely going to be blocking somebody in or get blocked in. read more

Always have a good experience here. The machines cost a little more than surrounding areas but I'll pay to do my laundry at 845 pm. This place is open until midnight and that is extremely helpful to my schedule. Also it's very bright and clean inside always. Also an 8 load machine comes in handy for my comforter. read more

I don't like doing laundry since I don't have an at home washer/dryer. It's tedious and I feel like I'm wasting my time just sitting there waiting for my clothes to be done. I've been using their curb side drop off for about 5-6 "laundry Days" and I love it. It's super convenient. I am able to drop off the clothes, go to work, come back and pick it up. They get the clothes done pretty fast (depending on how much I have). I really love their scents they use but they have optional "BYO detergent" or an upgrade option. January 7th 2021 @ 5:58 pm ( pch location) Interaction with employee Jackie , I asked if she can give me a an extra $0.45 (8min) dry because my bedsheets and towels ( not even a full load) came out slightly still damp(not wet). I just needed 8 minutes max to make sure it was dry and she tried explaining that she couldn't because I didn't spend more than 24 minutes on that one machine . I used the $9+ machine to wash and 3 dry machines , all three with 16 plus minutes in each . She also said " well your bedsheets and towels aren't gonna dry in 8 mins , you'd have to dry it for 24 mins plus for it to dry and she kept repeating that . I explained to her that it was not that wet that it needed 24+ Minutes to dry , I just needed 8 mins or less so it's not damp. The few sheets and towels wasn't wet it was damp enough where it just needed a few more minutes , where as the other machines I used dried all fine except this one . Also I once knew somebody that worked here and I knew they could've easily gave you free extra minutes or washes if you weren't satisfied or something didn't work out well , long story short she got fired for helping customers be satisfied . I always came here since almost the beginning and that just ruined it for me . Outta all The times I came here I never needed help or had questions and I asked for help this one time and got denied . Don't get me wrong though , the place is very clean and good but customer service is iffy read more
