I love the way my clothes feel after I wash here. They staff are always helpful and professional, especially Jackie, she showed me how to register my card to recover it quickly in case I lose it. I moved into an apartment that has no laundry in the building, so I yelped laundry mats and found Laundry Guys. This is the cleanest and nicest laundry mat I've ever seen. The staff is so nice and the Manager, Jackie talks to me every week when I come in. They're always playing the best music and I'm done washing/drying in less than an hour. First time coming to this laundromat, we mainly decided to go here because of the hours that they are open. All the laundromats that are near us in North Long Beach, last load is at 8:30 pm and this place closes at midnight. I was first impressed by the cleanliness of the place, it was quite modern looking and I could see the employees going around and cleaning the machines. Since it was our first time there we were helped by a very nice young lady named Leslie (I believe) that helped us out by telling us about the card on how to pay for the loads, along with the wash and fold services. I also really liked that there were plenty of outlets to plug your device in while waiting. They had plenty of seating and counter space for folding. Their washing services seemed very reasonable prices and we are looking into doing that when we have bigger loads. I can't remember all the prices but I do know $10 for 2 small loads and it includes drying as well, just no folding and I believe it can be ready within 2-3 hours. Overall very happy with the laundromat and looking forward to coming back here for future loads! read more

Absolutely recommend this laundromat!!! Nobody enjoys spending hours at a laundromat but the experience at this location is different! It is always very clean and they have plenty of machines and I have never had to wait to get my laundry done, even on the busy weekend days. The staff is great. I have been dealing with Jackie for a couple of years now and she is amazing! I remember my first visit.... she gave me a complete tutorial on how to use the machines and has been awesome ever since. I have used the drop off service a couple of times and Jackie got me checked in very quickly understanding that I was in a rush. She always welcomes me with a smile everytime! Great place to do laundry especially if you have animals or little ones at home. Love how clean my blankets, rugs, and comforters came out looking like new! I used the 8 load washers heavy soil and extra wash, rinse , and spin came out to about $12 a load for me. The best part was the fact that the dryers only took about 16-24 min a load. That's for jeans, blankets, towels... I'm amazed! Shout out to Carlos!! Thanks for all your help today. I will come back again even if I have to go 3 miles out of my way to get here. read more

Overall, this place is very clean and that is the best part. I recommend go in the evenings and at night. I'd say 80% of the time something happens when I show up with my laundry and I need to get serviced from someone inside. I recently had an experience where the washing machine was leaking water as I am trying to take my clothes out of the washing machine this has happened before and I didn't say anything last time but this time I did say something and I had to re-wash my laundry, which was covered by the customer service. However, the delay and extra wet clothes left in a domino effect. In that now I was not available to put both my loads into my one dryer at the same time as my other loads finished. The rewash caused a time delay and me more money to dry them because I had to wait for the washer machine to finish. I had already started to dry my clothes that were done and was planning on adding the clothes that had to be re-washed to that same drier. I felt compelled mentioned to the staff, asking please for some compensate since I had to wait for my wash to be re-washed making me late for work. and coast me more. Saying could you please assist in paying for SOME of my drying time because now at this point all my clothes are completely done except the load I now had to rewash on their account, I feel like there might be a lack of communication because the attendant I was trying to convey this message to said she did not understand why I should receive any dry time. I've then had to repeat myself to a manager, blond,thin built, (possibly)white, female. as I was trying to explain myself, she was super engaged with folding laundry and not giving me any good customer service and asked me to explain myself once again so after the second time, she decided to tell me that why didn't I wait to start drying my clothes and I already receive compensation when they paid to re-wash my clothes, and that was enough . I explain to her my clothes had already been started. She then proceeded to say that she's not going to help pay for any of the drying and why should they. I had previously already explained to her saying are you listening to what I am saying that it's not my fault that the clothes are delayed getting into the dryer is because your machine was leaking water all over my clothes and she says well we already pay for a rewash for you. To me it is right here where I feel like if you are a manager, you would understand that someone having to re-wash. The clothes is not some type of bonus. You're causing extra wear and tear more soap will cause more damage. this is a fault that lies completely on the washing machine being maintained, and the ability to understand how clothes being washed works if you are manager, you would think this concept would be a general understanding. However, I find it hilarious as she was trying to turn off the water she says oh maybe that's why that machine was not on this morning when I came in so therefore, as a manager, she was aware that something was going on. Please note prior to me even having the situation arise, I NOTICED I pulled an attendant over and said do you notice that my washer has way less water than the one next to me. I was worried from the beginning about this washer and suspect, but yet nothing was ever mentioned to me that maybe something could be wrong with it I was accused that I might've overloaded it. I do not feel like the responsibility was NOT taken seriously and I feel like the nighttime staff is way more friendlier and comfortable because she is not around. This experience was a rarity, but however, has left a bad taste in my mouth to say I want to keep paying for overprice washers and dryers is definitely a thing I am reconsidering, I thought I found the perfect spot but with attitude and lack of responsibility like hers in the workplace I just don't see it being something for everybody, especially someone in power with lack of compassion for the community. read more

I have been coming to laundry guys for almost 2.5 years and will never go to another laundromat! It is the cleanest place with the nicest staff. Today was no exception, they were quite busy with it being a Monday holiday, and when I arrived there were very few washers available. Jackie, helped by saving me a couple washers while I brought my stuff inside. Luckily while I was loading some other washers opened. My dryer died and the washer is on its last legs. Checked out this place on Yelp and decided to give it a try. It was not very crowded on a Monday afternoon, inside or in the the parking lot. Very clean and spacious inside with lots of washers and dryers, large and small! You have to load cash onto their cards in order to use the machines. Also, you cannot just use the dryers but must also run a load of laundry. Overall, a very good experience. I will likely return again to wash and dry large items such as comforters. read more

horrible service. a lady named martha wouldn't let me dry my clothes and refused to give me a refund. i have been a customer here since opening and this has never happened. i'm shocked. and now of course they responded like i wasn't in there washing my clothes earlier in the day... hints why i told "martha" to check when my card was last used, if she did then she would have seen that i was in there the same day. but looks like this business covers up for all the employees, considering the "manager" who responded was not even there at the time since i asked for him..... Moved to the area not long ago. Have been struggling to find a laundromat that is clean, where I feel safe and takes cards. Look no more! This place has all of those things. INCREDIBLY clean, the staff literally cleans the machine after you use it so it is ready for the next person. Nice and helpful staff as well. NORMA was very kind and helpful to me as it was my first time here. She showed me how to purchase a laundry card and how to load it with money from my credit card. She also taught me how to use each machine, helpful tips and tricks and educated me on the services they offer. Top notch customer service! Also, the gentlemen that was here tonight was diligently folding clothes (like super clean folding), and the lady with short blonde hair was very on top of keeping the machines clean. Although the machines seem to be clean and good they are actually over priced,and the machines do not release enough water to sufficiently wash and rinse the clothes.
