Just moved to the area, this being my neighborhood laundry mat, I wanted to give it a try. At First glance, the facility looks clean. But oh how I was wrong. Ive witnessed cockroaches, lots of transients and the washer I was going to use smelt horrible. I notified the closest staff member about the smell, i was greeted with "use another washer" by a lady named Martha. I asked if I can get a refund for the price of the card and the money I put into it ( which is overpriced in the first place) and was told no refunds. This is definitely the cleanest laundry facility I've ever seen tbh. Historically, I've resisted stepping foot inside any laundromat because I always afraid to walk inside a dirty, messy, dim, gloomy, and poorly maintained place. I mean, why do laundromats tend to look like a haunted house anyway? However, Laundry Guys is not only clean, they are also REALLY helpful and friendly. Upon walking in, you might be taken aback at how new and we'll maintained the machines look. Also, a friendly staffer will greet you and give you the low down. It can be kind of confusing at first if you to just try to do it yourself. My wife and I have ADHD and doing the laundry saps a lot of energy out of us. That's why we utilize their laundry service! It's a little more expensive but totally worth it! They get it done SOO fast and they even put some kind of sanitation liquid in the laundry too! With the energy my wife and I save from doing laundry, we can that energy towards something else like our own start up businesses! Also, we spend less energy and time on buying detergent and fabric softener, so their laundry service really isn't that much more expensive if factor in those costs. Let me just start by saying this review is solely based on the fluff and fold service. Laundry guys in general is awesome always clean employees super helpful and friendly I have been coming here since they opened. I use to live down the street, now I'm in Bixby.... I love the place so much that whenever I have large amounts of clothes to wash I still drive over here. With that said I have been using their fluff and fold service since day one; which is why I was a bit disappointed when I came to drop off my clothes recently they were unable to find me in their system stating there was a system upgrade. Ok fine life happens but this time in particular I dropped off about $200 worth of laundry to be fluffed and FOLDED and here I am folding clothes that should've been folded by laundry guys. I am accustomed to having to fold some items that they put on hangers but this time the job was done a bit lazily all of my pajamas were put on hangers!!!! Now a house dress understandable but it's pretty obvi what pajamas look and my work pants which should have been on hangers are folded I am so confused. I didn't recognize any of the workers this time either so maybe the new staff is why things are different but if I had time to fold clothes I definitely wouldn't have paid $200 for their fluff and FOLD services. I also noticed this time the environment was a bit different the music is usually very diverse which I love but there was only mariachi music playing this time, which is not a problem but the diversity was nice always a splash of everything.. This is most likely attributed to the new staff. I'm upset I left them a $30 tip I usually tip after but I tipped upfront because I trusted them. After this idk, me being home with an injured back trying to fold clothes that I paid laundry guys to fold is not ok. It's always sad when your favorite spot fails you.... But it looks like Laundry guys is turning into the average run of the mill business starts off great so you're willing to pay the high prices then lowers the quality and prices just go up So disappointed. Update spoke with I believe Ashley today and they apologized and made and effort to make things right which is all I can ask.... SCAMMERS!! They advertise that their dryers dry 70% faster but I spent money on them 4 times. Regardless of the price it should still work and if it's only a couple of cents then y'all should have no problem refunding me out of courtesy and common decency to the customer. Even McDonald's has better business etiquette. It's not about "resolving this offline" don't twist the facts. I DID come to you OFFLINE but you guys did NOTHING. You guys told me you couldn't do anything about it while I was there, so I made an honest Yelp review about my experience. What's your next excuse? Here's my original review: "I'm kinda upset that I had to spend extra money on the dryers because they didn't dry my 4 SMALL towels properly FOUR TIMES and they're still wet a day later. I went to the employees to complain but they didn't believe me. The employees seem to have this idea that the customers are always wrong. Other laundry mats are cheaper and more considerate. I couldn't help but wonder, "Are they drying the clothes half way to make you pay for FOUR extra dry cycles on purpose?" Overall, I'll need to find somewhere else to go for my laundry because they aren't reliable or kind. Other places dry your clothes for FREE when you buy a wash, have late hours too, or at least if they charge they're at least efficient at drying. And we've had this happen multiple times so at this point I feel frustrated." UPDATE (response to owner): That's the funny thing. I only washed 4 towels, a SMALL load, and they were STILL wet after FOUR times drying them. It doesn't take EXPERTISE to know when somethings wet and I'll appreciate it if you could take my word on that instead of falsely accusing me of "overloading." I spent money on FOUR EXTRA cycles for 4 small a** towels when I shouldn't have had to. And if it's ONLY a couple of CENTS, then why not refund those FEW CENTS? Exactly, stop trying to deflect blame when you're cheap and can't show some hospitality and consideration. I'll come back and take a video of it happening next time since you guys don't believe me. Seeing as to how shady you guys are I know you'll just watch the footage and say you can't do anything about it because that's what the employee said to me when I complained. Why not ask for a receipt? It's sad that McDonalds are more professional than this place. Most decent businesses when faced with a complaint will show PROPER hospitality by either remaking the order or some sort of accommodation WITHOUT checking the cameras and no questions asked. Why not ask for my receipt? It's off putting to call your customer a liar just because you think your dryers are 'top notch.' After hearing his response, DO NOT COME HERE. This place is immaculate. The employees are constantly cleaning the floors, each machine, and the folding tables. They are so kind and helpful and encourage you to ask questions to get the best wash from the machines and to make sure the machines remain in the best working order. Some things I have learned in my time here: only use the recommended amount of soap and softener as too much can damage the machines, do not overfill the washers especially with towels and blankets (ask attendants how much to fill each machine), clean up after yourself or ask for help if you spill, and using a bigger machine as opposed to two smaller machines saves a bit of money. I can't say it enough times, the employees here are the absolute sweetest and the most helpful people. I actually like coming here! They have drinks and sitting areas and good music! What can I say about Laundry Guys that most locals don't already know? This place is by far the cleanest and most up to date laundromat I have ever been to. The staff is phenomenal and the pricing is fair considering the cleanliness and accommodations that are available. They also have curbside laundry services which comes in really handy when I have a lot on my plate. I never have to worry about my clothing being damaged or stained because they are constantly cleaning and checking the machines in between each use. It was my first time coming into Laundry Guys on a Sunday evening and there were many washers and dryers available. The place felt extremely clean and there were many staff members throughout the floor to assist with anything I needed. I was impressed that as soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I had been here before. The attendant explained the whole process to me. She helped me get a new card and showed me all of the many settings of the washers and dryers. It's great having so many options depending on the amount of clothes you have. The thought of spending time on the weekend in a laundromat was not possible. However, enter the Laundry Guys- I dropped off my comforter to be washed. I would say my fiancé and I are connoisseurs of laundromats or laundromat snobs. I prefer the former versus the latter in our description although things don't always work out the way we want. On our first visit to this laundromat we intended to investigate what they have to offer: machine sizes, cleanliness, machine availability, elbow space, and payment options for the self-service laundry. They do offer fluff and fold service which is quite convenient even though I have always been uncomfortable with strangers washing my bras and undies. Standing in front of the payment card kiosk we were approached by an employee that offered us help. She was beyond kind and helpful. The laundromat is staffed with employees that do a wonderful job of keeping the place clean and working smoothly. We have found our new favorite laundromat. read more

Medium size private parking lot. About 15-20 spaces. There's also a restroom only accessible with a laundry card. You do have to purchase a laundry card. Its $1 for the card but you can reload it each time you come. To reload they take cash or credit/debit. A single wash ranges from $4.50-$10 depending on the load size and setting preference. Pros : So I've been coming here ever since I moved to Long Beach about 3years ago I love that it's clean and washers are really amazing they get the clothes really clean. The washers in my condo are not comparable! They are on the pricey side but if you plan accordingly and have large loads then it's worth it . Con's The Dryers are tricky because they run 10min at a time per usage/payment it's pretty cheap but you have to give it go few times in order for your clothes to completely dry. The main reason I have a 4 star instead of 5 is I finally decided to use their washing service. The cost for service is not so clear they have prices per load but does not specify blankets or comforters or you gotta know that it's a different price and to search for it. I was thinking at most I would pay is $70 but It came out to $100( without folding except for the comforter and sheets that were folded) Not their fault the price is the price just be aware and ask ahead of time. I still ended up paying because I just needed the job done! However, the unfortunate part was even though I paid for same day service and said it would be done by 3pm and they would call me they never called me by 7pm I called them several times I got nothing so I drove over and it was still not done and I waited. The guy told me they were under staff and training so I tried to be understanding and was just glad to have the job done but after me paying extra for premium detergent and washing twice why did my sheets smell worse then when I took them! I can excuse everything but when you come home you want to know that your clothes smell good and cleaned and I had to go searching for backup sheets and set aside all the clothes that didn't smell good. Quit frustrating. So lesson learned to wash my clothes myself. read more

HOLY SHIT! I usually take my laundry with me to meetings and find a fluff and fold service in the same area so I'm killing 2 birds with 1 stone. I came in here yesterday before my meeting and was extremely surprised by their service. I've been to many, many places and had this service done countless times...but this time was different. The store itself was EXTREMELY CLEAN....like way cleaner than any laundry I've ever been to. You could tell they take pride in maintaining a top notch spot. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, which is rare in my opinion at these types of establishments. I was immediately greeted with a smile, all my questions were answered thoroughly, and without hesitation. I'm probably one of the pickiest people when it comes to my laundry, but their fluff and fold was on point. They listened to what I wanted/needed, and went above and beyond to make me happy. And, best part, the PRICING! It was extremely competitive and I feel it was worth every penny. Can't beat these prices and quality!! First and foremost what a gawdamn gem this is. I had to do laundry this weekend and so I kept my laundry in my trunk since I was going to be out and about all weekend. I I was around the area and stepped into the Laundry Guys laundromat. As I stepped into the cleanest laundrymat ever I was immediately greeted by an employee. Idk what his name is but he looked like a friendlier Winnie the Pooh that's seen some sh*t. Anyway he gave a tour of the whole place and was so knowledgeable about everything! I felt like I was on a private tour through an art gallery or something not gonna lie. What a great guy. To wash you're gonna have to buy one of their cards($1) and then add on money to it. The computerized machine accepts debit card, cash aaaand ready? APPLE PAY !! So clutch. Keep in mind that if you want to add money again after that it is minimum $5 when using card. You can add whatever amount you need with cash though, I added $1 cash since I needed it for the 30 cent dryers. WiFi is free and there are comfortable ass couches to sit on. Service excellence is what you get here! This is the cleanest laundromat I've ever set foot in having said that we are a house under construction and have no washer and dryer so tried this place - they offered to do the laundry for us so we gave in although we were reluctant , they called us the next day and our clothes are like unwrinkled hung. They air dried my husband's specialty clothes they make my tennis shoes look brand new The socks are paired so professional. We really are hooked on this place now I didn't stay to do my own laundry but I see that there are really nice clean barstools and bar type places to sit and rest people have the kids that are sitting quietly it's amazing, welcome to signal Hill Laundry guys! A shout out to Norma and Ricardo who Bo th made us feel so comfortable and very respectful. I hope they get raises for the customer service excellence they provided We will tell our friends! Pretty clean and spacious laundry mat. They really put in time and thought into the floor plan of this place. Isles are not crammed, and you can have two people pushing their cart in each isle... VERY SPACIOUS! Each area has a distinguished area for folding, washing, snack machines and seating area. Each machine and bathroom in order to use will require a money card. They accept - cash, Apple Pay, credit and debit card for loading the reusable card. The place also have an area where you can sit and charge your phone which really makes them stand out as a business. Not many laundry mats are "updated" or offer this type of accommodation. While the prices are a bit too high, I think it's quite understanding considering the experience is worth it. You don't have to deal with the hectic people fighting over machine washing or drying. Hence, the owner is very helpful and explains to how everything works if needed. Prices on my experience: - 4 washing machine loads: $5.28 (added rinse and wash) - 1 load Drying machines: 8 minutes for 30 cents - larger Drying machine for blankets or towels: 45 cents for 9 minutes Overall, it's a very efficient set up. Would I come again, yes. It's pricey but the machine works on the first try! Hahah! Definitely a thank you for building a place close to home without me going out my way to do a dreading task.
