I went to this laundromat weekly ... today I was stalked by the employees here and told I'm being trespassed by the police and they are filing reports on me . ... then they show me a surveillance still shot of me . .. the morbidly obese female staff here is angry because I asked her to get her hands out of my face several weeks ago... I'm a person with autism . Being a neurologically divergent person ...I avoid loud, angry obnoxious or low IQ and obese people . The smell is always offensive .sorry. And obesity and a low IQ always seem to be in symbiosis. I simply like to be left alone . I do not need a minimum wage employee to teach me to use a bill changer .... It's pretty intuitive .thank you . I also don't need loud people waving their hands in my face. I do not know you . I'm not handing you 20$ or 200k . This female staff member I've witnessed quarrel with and harass patrons before. For absolutely no reason . She is the most rude person I've seen in years. seems this person has issues. Avoid this place and the horrible and annoying staff.... Also . In my weekly visits I have no interactions here . I listen to my headphones and do my laundry quietly . Why are these creepy people stalking me and taking my pictures? So gross. I think this is a case of rejection breeding resentment .... This whole company is stalking me . The staff and owners taking still shots of me . I look good 6'4 and muscly . lol . .... They have their delivery driver sit here and watch me do laundry for two hours .... sooo creepy . Bunch of icky stalkers . Then the plan was to tell me I'm trespassed as I'm leaving . If the owner does not realize this scenario is a problematic and quarrelsome employee.... I'm not sure what would clue Troy in . Nice talking to you. Bunch of creepy stalkers . I'm so so so creeped out by these icky people taking candid shots of me and sitting around and stalking me and creeping . While I do my laundry . So gross. The female attendant is morbidly obese and frankly incredibly egg shaped and unattractive. Loud and argues with anyone she sees. No one wants to be near this person . I'm sure this is why the pettiness and combativeness. I'm sure the obesity is linked to depression and a sad small life . So gross..... you never know what insignificant, unwell creepy and weird and delusional person that you are not even aware of is stalking you .... as you do something so benign as wash your clothes ....stewing over some imagined slight . Merely for not wanting to be near them . Occupying their mind and time with you . Just wow .... so so gross . This small business organized its whole day and all its manpower around stalking and harassing an oblivious patron to their business (me) to support the delusions of their obese and quarrelsome attendant . Like some intellectually limited lynch mob . Sick ppl needing to do anything for attention and validation. It seems this lady is racking up complaints quickly . The reviews are telling a tale. I'm sure more will come . This person likes to harass patrons of the business. Too bad . Plenty of other places to wash some junk . lol.... Only takes one bad employee to wreck a bizness. All those creepy weirdness and stalking because there is a complaint from a FEMALE . Sick creepy people needing validation. Gross .STAY AWAY FROM THESE CREEPY DANGEROUS AND DELUDED PEOPLE. Great new laundry location! Close to our hotel stay for a few weeks near the Boise Mall. BUSY on Sun. but we got in OK. Only suggestion, they need to update their price charts. We took the $2.50 wash and $1.00 drying, went well. Fast and easy within 1 hours time. Shiny new laundry carts, awesome deal! Can't go wrong, Fred Meyer's across the way for a quick grocery shop while your clothes wash.. My husband said it's the best laundry place he has ever been to in his life, WIFE AGREES TOO:) read more

I searched online for laundromats in my area. I live in Eagle, Idaho so it was a drive to get to this one but I was so impressed. It was as nice as it looked in the online pictures. The employees were very nice and helpful. I will return again when I need to wash sleeping bags and/or comforters that are just too bulky to do at home. Well worth the 12+mile drive to be comfortable when doing laundry in this environment. read more

I personal think a staff member should be there during business hours. Keep the place clean and inviting, if you need someone I would be willing to do that to help you and your company be successful. My husband and I had a lot of questions about this biggest washers, like how much softener and detergent it used, if we should add more, etc. and the very amazing employee, Laura, came and answered all of our questions and checked up on us and made it a really awesome and easy experience! I use the Spyderwash app on my phone to check on availability of machines before I go do my laundry. And then swipe my rewards card to start the machines and get free washes for being a loyal Customer. It's very convenient and saves me money, so I love it. read more
