My dryer broke down and they had to order a part so I had to find a laundromat to do my laundry. Mostly towels and sheets. I usually use another laundromat but the last time I went there it was dirty and many of the machines were broken. I found Laundry Locals on Yelp and decided to try it. It was clean, all the machines were in working order (looked newer) and they had a credit card swiper so you don't need to have a pocket full of quarters. There was two attendants on duty who were very helpful and constantly sweeping the floor and making sure the machines were working. Will definitely be using this laundromat in the future. read more

Walked into this place blown away, very clean and super friendly staff. Alicia was very helpful. Showed me the machines and walked me through everything . The machines are top of the line , so top of the line, To me it felt like my clothes weren't washed after the first cycle. So to satisfy my needs I paid and Alicia offered to help me wash them again, And even provided me with additional pods. This was very very nice and IMO great customer service . I will continue to come back before I move. Super clean facility, Lounge, couches and huge TVs are a plus. The staff work very hard keeping this place squeaky clean. This was my first time at a laundry mat and I was very impressed, you can pay with quarters, apple or a card. They also have "free soap Wednesday's" from 10am-9pm asking with free dry if you washed your clothes here. The place is very clean and i will be coming back. read more

I'm staying in an Airbnb in this area that doesn't have laundry facilities, so I washed a load of clothes here last night. The machines were clean. The smallest washers I saw were $3.50 a load. The dryer was 25 cents for 8 minutes. No complaints! The employee was helpful--she caught me on the way to my car to give me a quarter I had left in the change machine. Do NOT go here. I took my laundry here to get washed over Christmas and not only did they lose my favorite pajamas, but I got someone else's dress. When I told them this, all they offered me was a credit to do more laundry there. Despite the fact that they were $80 pajamas, I took the credit. Big mistake. When I got my laundry back, the new pair of pajamas (just the top actually) as well as my new workout pants were missing. Another $150. I was told that they did not lose my items and were sure that I never even brought them in, even though I knew that I did because I just bought them and only had a few items in the laundry. I tried to get a hold of both the manager and the owner several times for weeks. I even went in person. No resolve, no attempt to reimburse me or even admit the potential of them losing my items even though they clearly did before. Really bummed. read more

I give this place 5 stars because the women who work here really do a great job of keeping it clean and putting up with the difficult customers. I came here to wash some clothes my charity is donating to the church when a young white man started to harass me. On other occasions it has been that there's a white man outside the door smoking pot and no one says anything to him. There's the white mans who talks to himself and gets angry if you get close to him. Now this white young guy harassing me. It's enough. It's called laundry locals not laundry for wypipos. I highly doubt the police wouldn't be called if it was a Mexican smoking weed outside the door or a black man harassing women but I digress. DO NOT USE THIS LAUNDROMAT! Negative stars should be an option. Laundry Locals is a waste of money and a waste of time. I chose the "Delicate" cycle and apparently that means the washing machine barely moves AT ALL. For several minutes the clothes were just sitting in water, no movement of the machine, RIDICULOUS! The woman who works here said she couldn't change the settings, couldn't stop it and I had to PAY AGAIN to actually wash my clothing. Finally, after she saw me taking video of the machine, she later offered to pay for the "Normal" cycle. I accepted because I couldn't take my wet clothes elsewhere. Btw, I should have known something was wrong when the place was EMPTY on a Saturday! read more

Their website has great pictures of new machines and also states that the machines are new. I would have to conclude that the pictures were taken long ago and the description was written long ago. It is expensive to use these machines: a wash in the small one costs $ 3.50 and went up to $ 4.00 when I selected "Heavy Soil". A wash in the larger machines costs $ 5.50 and the largest costs $ 7.00. The wash/rinse/spin cycle is short (about 25 minutes), there are large vanes in the drums to agitate the laundry, and the movement is pretty rough. The machine stretched my T-Shirts. Although the machines are front loading, they do not spin very fast so the laundry is more than damp at the end of the cycle. I used 2 dryers: one worked a little better than the other and the T-Shirts were fairly dry after two cycles. The clothes in the other dryer did not dry very well. The T-Shirts and socks were still soaking wet after two dry cycles. It is unlikely that I will go back there. read more
