I'm in LA for work and unfortunately my hotel doesn't have laundry facilities. This laundromat was close and convenient, and based on the reviews, it seemed like a great choice. Clean Tide was clean, well-maintained, and the employees were helpful and friendly. I only washed a small load, so I used the smallest washer, which was $4.75. The dryers are $0.25 for 6 minutes. They also have an ATM inside, along with laundry detergent and dryer sheets for purchase. What I appreciated most was how fast the machines were, my wash cycle only took about 20 minutes. I also liked that they had a hand-washing station, which was a nice touch. I would definitely come back and would recommend this place to anyone in the area. read more

I've used this place before but I'm not sure why I returned. In the past, I've been treated to leftover bleach in the machines dripping on and ruining my clothes. This time, I tried to find a small machine to do my minimal load but they were all either out of service or in use. What kind of laundromat has so many machines that are out of service? Well, with so few other options in the area, I guess they can do whatever they want. read more

The dryers do not dry clothes. You have to add multiple quarters to dry towels. At least four times you have to run the dryer. The washer put holes in my clothes. Facility is too small and hard to get around people who are getting their clothes out of the washers and dryers. And they have girls working there who are doing fluff and fold so half the washer and dryers are being used by them. And this place isn't big so you have to WAIT. read more

It's really small spaced to do laundry and felt like we were silently judged by others since there's rarely Asians in Venice but overall if you're a Caucasian or European descendant but it's fine. It was so uncomfortable since we were the only Asians there and eyes were on us, tbh Otherwise, I would never come back there and it seemed like some of the workers didn't have proper manners It could've been improved if it was more diverse friendly and has a welcoming atmosphere read more

Need some patience to enter coins, they need to be inserted with momentum to get in; if they don't get all the way in, you can push the return button for the coins that didn't make it. I've been coming to this laundromat for years now it's under new ownership. I used one of the expensive washing machine six loads and there was a couple issues with the machine. No big deal moved on. The employee on duty hands me the phone and it's the owner saying they would like to pay for my laundry because of the inconvenience of a broken machine. I was not upset. We're looking for a refund but that's the type of business they are running over here. Much appreciated and I will be back. read more

This laundromat is great, it's clean/well maintained with an attendant always on-site. They have large commercial washers and dryers - as of 11/05/2023 the price for the extra large 75lb washer is 10.50 and 8.50 for the large 55lb machines. I have my own in-unit washer and dryer in my apartment but Ive started going to Clean Tide to wash my bedding and throw blankets to speed up the process. Their machines look new and up to date, getting my bulky items cleaner than my washer at home. My only con, is that its all coin-op/no mobile options for payment but they do have change machines on site + there's an ATM at the liquor store next door. read more

I tried Clean Tide laundry today for the first time and the vibes were off the charts. Brent greeted me when I had a question about exchanging cash for coins and he showed me that they have a change machine, as well as an option to zelle for coins. When I had an issue with one of the washers Patricia came to my rescue and fixed the problem within 60 seconds. Clean Tide is a remodeled laundry mat that is badly needed in the community. Before it was run down laundry with sketchy clientele. Most of the machines were broken, but a local couple brought it back to life! It's amazing. It's clean and bright with new machines, and now there is always someone on site. They offer laundry services with free local delivery. Many laundry mats are slowly closing, taking away a much needed resource. So happy to support a small local business. read more

It is within walking distance to a ton of stuff so you can hang and get postmates delivered or head out to grab a quick bite while your stuff is being washed. This laundromat has been completely redone and is under new ownership. The place is very clean and filled with larger new machines. The new owners are super friendly and are creating a great environment. They also now offer fluff and fold options, so I can just drop off my laundry and pick it later when it's done.
